I told her during the appointment that it wasn't what we discussed, but nothing changed. I woke up the next morning--two days before my wedding--still hating my hair. I called the manager right at 9 AM to ask if someone could fix it before the big day. The stylist had promised a dark color, but it came out completely wrong. I wasn't able to get in until the following Monday, after my wedding. The manager did a much better job, but it still wasn't what I originally asked for. I then spoke with the owner, and that's when things truly went downhill. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me I was just "an unhappy customer who can never be satisfied." I had visible dye stains on my forehead and cheek, and my hair looked nothing like the photo I provided. I even had a bald spot, which I documented in photos. After seeing the pictures, the owner agreed to issue a refund. But when I asked when I could come in to receive it, she said she'd "make an appointment." I followed up for two days asking what time worked for her, and she replied that she's only in the salon one day a month and I needed to be patient. Her tone in the messages was just as rude as she was on the phone. Bottom line: the owner is the rudest I've ever dealt with, and the stylists need serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

Emma was so warm and friendly, she took great care of the girls. Emma made sure the girls were comfortable with different kids of booster seats at the washing station and her cutting station. She let them pick from mermaid and unicorn capes, was really thorough with the haircuts and then offered the girls styling options including curling their hair or braiding it! The girls will definitely be coming back to Ms. Emma!

B is so depressed about her hair & the fact that she may have to have a short hair cut in order to fix it, which she's does not want. She tried wearing a hat to cover it up & even a messy bun because she's so embarrassed, she should not feel embarrassed from a so called professional stylist!!! The owner of the salon, Keri Storie, would not offer a refund because she guarantees her stylist work. GUARANTEES????? Really?!?! I no longer have faith in her salon or the stylist professionals she chose to represent her salon. So I will have to pay another stylist to fix her hair.
