Then she said she could be there in 30 min and she would give me 50% off. Fine. This was the only time slot I had. This conversation happed at 2:04 pm. 2:34 came and passed. Her mother showed up looking for her and visibly irritated that no one was there. She informed me that Mardi Gras was where all the employees were. WHY a business owner would allow every employee off in the same weekend is beyond me. Then her mother said that the sister had to leave to take her 4-year-old to the dr. I get that, but there should have been communication with the owner for her to come up there if the sister couldn't stay all day. Or AT LEAST call the rest of the appts. and cancel them. This was at 2:39. Her mother called her and she was then 15 min away. 2:54 came and went. I waited until 3:10 before driving off. I wasted an hour and 45 min of my time for literally nothing. Not a place I would recommend to anyone that has to stick to an actual schedule. Can't speak to any of their work since I didn't have anything done other than sitting in a parking lot for over an hour.

I came here after being sick for a whole week to come and relax. Tried calling SEVERAL times to make an appointment but there phone kept on saying it was unavailable. When I arrived they said they had been having issues with there phone and I ended just going with whoever. John (Juanito) took care of me. I had to sit up and go right behind him telling him to not be afraid to dig into my toes. I understand my feet are dry and my cuticles were bad, which I had advised him, but he kept on telling me the reason he couldn't do so much was because of that. My toes were left uneven when I had told him I wanted them square. There was a toe nail chipped that he didn't even try to even out nor file down and when I told him about a fuzz being in one of the toe nails I could tell he was already frustrated with me and decided to leave it alone. When I went into the front to wait to get my nails done I noticed it more and let Cindy (the owner) know and she went ahead and buffed it out for me but on our way back to the chair John said "NOW WHAT" and started speaking in there language. When I told Cindy about my pinky toe not being painted all the way she agreed with what John had said and didn't do anything at all other than the buffing out on the toe nail. When I went to get my nails done, Tim didn't buff out my previous color from before and cut me 3 times. I was tired of complaining with John and Cindy that I just ended not saying anything at all at the end. I paid my full price of $107 with a $10 tip to each which they did not deserve. Went into my car and cried from all of this. Sent a picture to my neighbor and right away let Cindy know my disappointment. Cindy right away called me and told me to go but I did not want to go back after she had clearly agreed with what was done with my toes was ok. Pictures down below for reference.
