And they don't do paper work... very SHADY. Do your research! In short after talking to Robert Stevens, the owner, he is refusing to give me any kind of recourse for the botched job they did on my front bumper. He's broke and can't afford to give me a refund which is a sad excuse for any businessman... and not my problem as the customer. Today I took my car into Rock Collision after it was damaged in a parking lot earlier that same…read moreday. I was especially upset because this was the exact area that Rock Collision had repaired for me just a few months ago. When I called, they immediately told me to bring it in so someone could take a look and see if anything could be done, maybe even buff it out. When I arrived, Frankie came out personally, buffed out the transferred red paint, and made the damage look so much better. He also pointed out two small spots where the paint had chipped and explained that they would need touch-up paint. He even told me exactly what to ask the dealership for and said that if I didn't feel comfortable doing the touch-up myself, I could just bring it back and he would help me with it. This level of customer service is rare these days. Rock Collision truly cares about their customers, takes pride in their work, and treats people with kindness and honesty. It's refreshing to do business with a company that is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair or body work.

Do not take your car here!!!…read more I took my car here in April because my AC was not working and they were the closest auto shop to my apartment so it was convenient. They first inspected it and recommended I replace a valve because there was a bit of liquid around it and that could be where the leak is coming from. I paid $400 for them to inspect the AC and replace this valve. Took my car home and a few days later the AC was not working again. I called back and they didn't seem surprised that it had stopped working. They told me they had put a fluorescent dye in when they recharged my AC so that it would be easier to spot the leak when I brought it back. I now know this is common practice and was necessary to identify the AC issues, but I dont know anything about cars and was annoyed they hadn't communicated this. They replaced the valve again and within days my ac stopped working. They quoted me to replace my entire ac system. At this point I got a second opinion and found out the problem was with my condenser and it was an easy fix. I called pampered auto care back bc I was hoping they'd offer me some kind of refund for wasting my time. Instead she kept insisting that the other place must've missed something and fixed it wrong, she told me she would be surprised if my ac lasted through the summer and would give me a refund if it did, but said she's "never been wrong before" My ac works perfectly. I called again now that it's the end of summer without much expectation. She insisted I bring the car by so they could inspect it and "make sure I didn't end up getting my compressor replaced too." I don't want these people to ever touch my car again bc it's clear they have no clue what they're doing, and she just kept trying to argue with me on the phone about how I waited till October to call when the end of summer is in September. Didnt fix my car, terrible customer service, wasted $400

I cannot say enough good things about the kindness and outstanding service I received from Eduardo…read moreat Toyota of Round Rock. I have a 2025 RAV4, and a strap from a bag became caught in the rear hatch. The hatch would not open, the interior lights would not turn off, and the vehicle beeped continuously while I was driving. I first contacted Toyota of Cedar Park, where I leased the vehicle, but they could not see me for almost a week and made no effort to take a quick look or offer any assistance. I then called Toyota of Round Rock. Although they were also fully booked, they told me to come in and they would see if they could work me in or at least take a look at the problem. I live in Leander, so it was nearly a 30 minute drive, but I was very grateful that they were willing to try to help. When I arrived, Eduardo was incredibly kind and understanding. He initially explained that they did not have any appointments available and that I might need to leave the vehicle overnight. However, when he saw how upset I was, he kindly offered to take a quick look himself. Within about 10 seconds, he identified the problem, pulled the trapped strap free, and everything was working perfectly again. What impressed me most was not simply that Eduardo fixed the problem so quickly. It was his compassion, patience, and willingness to help when I was stressed and unsure of what to do. He could easily have turned me away because they were fully booked, but instead, he took a moment to listen and assist me. Thank you, Eduardo, for turning a frustrating experience into such a positive one. Toyota of Round Rock is fortunate to have you on its team. Your kindness and excellent customer service truly made a difference, and I will absolutely consider Toyota of Round Rock for my future service needs.
