We are furious with the service here. The lack of communication is just disrespectful. They will over charge you and use crappy parts. My car ran before I took it here now it can't even drive and they only made it unsafe for the road. They installed a radiator and broke the fan. Disconnected the PCV valve which caused the car not to be able to even run. Make claims about other shops being really bad and dishonest. I've been a customer here for almost a decade, but I am FIRMLY committed to no longer doing business with anywhere that charges this 3% fee instead of simply including it in their prices. Also, the 3% surcharge is not mentioned anywhere on the written estimate I was given, and wasn't point out until after the work was done and I was about to pay. Then, after I indicated that I wasn't happy, I was told by the guys working the desk that EVERY shop in the area is doing this. So I decided to call, and after 5 shops that are all within 1 mile of this shop, literally NONE of them are doing this. Don't get me wrong. I like the guys at Douglas. But Even more than that, I really don't like being lied to. I won't be going back.

My son was leaving soon for a day trip to Wisconsin, so I was worried this would take too long! Tim said about an hour and Discount does tire repair for free!! Mind you, this was a car we recently bought used and I did not get the tires from Discount. It didn't matter- still free!!! And the promise of an hour? Ha! More like 15 minutes!!! They removed the screw, added a plug, checked the pressure in all the tires and reset the monitors so the dash would stop saying I was low on air! All for free!!!!!!!!Discount Tires is a first class, state of the art facility! We have 3 cars-- from now on, i will get ALL my tires and related services at Discount!

I had a screw in my right rear tire and made an appointment online to have it repaired. This is a…read morerelatively new DT, so I didn't know what to expect. I showed up on time for my appointment and was serviced immediately. Dylan was the associate taking care of me and he was professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I could trust him. The garage crew was also polite, letting me know that I could stay in the car or wait in the lobby. All said and done, I was in and out in about 30min. They patched the hole, measured my tread, and refilled all the tires with air. All for the amazing price of $0. That's right, it was free and they were honest about the depth of my tread and didn't try to sell me on a new set of tires. But I will be here when I do need a set, because of this experience.
