Skull (back middle) and soccer ball mug (lower right)

Spoiler alert - I do not consider myself a crafty person. My daughter, on the other hand, has never met a craft she didn't absolutely love. We saw this place in the corner of our eye on our way to the St. Cloud Twin theatre right off the main road in St. Cloud and vowed to come back to try it. The four of us arrived and were greeted nicely- she explained the process (select a ceramic sculpture, pay for it, choose your table and colors, and get painting! I of course, chose a skull. My daughter and son selected a car and soccer ball mug. Mother in law chose a mug with, "There's a chance this may be wine" . We didn't feel rushed at all during the painting process and got to choose as many colors as we wanted. After we were finished with our 3 coats, we brought them to the back where we were told it would take about 1 week to get our items back. They've got a convenient Facebook page where they'll post a photo of it when it's ready for pickup! This would be an awesome plate for groups or parties!

First time and i really like it! They have a lot of options and colors! I am real bad at painting but i liked it haha! I think its a good place to have some girls time or family time for kids. The only thing i would suggest is to add like coffee or wines, i would have loved sipping on some coffee or tea while painting gaha

This is a fairly new spot in Downtown St Cloud where you can paint pottery. It is a great place for children of all ages to get creative. They have different pottery that can be painted and the prices vary. I thought that they had a nice selection but I didn't find anything that I loved enough to want to paint. However, my son and niece had an amazing time. They really enjoyed the entire experience. The space is rather small and when more people came in, it got a bit cramped. Hoping that the business does well so they can expand some. So after you paint your pottery they take it, glaze it and throw it in the kiln. They post pictures of completed items on face book to pick up the piece. I can't want to see the finished products of my kiddies! The owner said that they do parties, so if you are looking for something unique, this may be the place. 90/100

We had our daughter's 10th birthday here in their back party room and everything was perfect. Very easy going with letting me set up the day before because they didn't have any events scheduled that day. There's plenty of space if you want to bring in a lot of decor, as I did. Everyone had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to come again for another event! The only negatives... the room is on the warm side. It was cooler out so I opened the back door and we were fine--not sure how it would be in the summer. Also, the selection of pottery was a bit on the slim side when we were there. I've seen some pictures on here of the shelves very stocked so maybe we just came at the wrong time. Overall, great local St. Cloud place that I'm sure we'll visit again and again!

Is this place still open? Last time I looked in the windows it was completely empty!!?

One of their address on google I believe takes you to an empty studio. They are actually open right across from the St Cloud Twin movie theater.

I read the review of the other client walking in with no plan to have a birthday party for his daughter and felt discouraged at first.

You get to pick your piece, choose your colors, and paint at your own pace, which makes it perfect whether you're planning a date, a girls' day, or a solo outing. I came by myself as a little self-care adventure and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. I got in my head at first, but I just wanted to feel like a kid again, and this place made that easy. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel extra special and stress-free. They guide you without hovering, and they're great at answering questions if you're not sure what to do next. Just a heads up: your piece needs to be fired, so it takes about a week to get it back, but it's totally worth the wait. If you want a relaxing, creative activity and a memorable keepsake at the end, Get Fired Up Pottery is absolutely worth visiting.

We made a reservation for four people and were very excited to paint some pottery. The young lady…read morewho greeted us, told us we would be sitting at table #8 as she pointed to it. She then told us to look on both sides of the long shelves and pick a ceramic piece that we wanted to paint. They had a nice variety of pottery to choose from. We each took our time selecting our pieces. They were pricier than we expected. I paid a little over $100 for two small pieces (a turtle & a sun). My sister paid about $27 for a small leaf dish to put small trinkets on. After we all had our pieces, the young woman came out from behind the counter, showed us were the brushes were, how to pick the colors we want to use, and told us that the colors will ultimately look like the colors on the wall. She then said to make sure we give it four coats of paint, then she let us begin. We had a lot of fun painting and talking amongst our group. We even were able to walk across the street to see the Artemis II blast off before going back in to finish painting. One improvement that we would like to see would be more interaction/assistance between the staff and the customers. We would have liked to be given more guidance as to how to paint some of the more intricate areas of the pottery pieces. I, for one, wasn't sure which brush was the best to use on certain areas which caused some frustration. I do hope to return sometime to see if these areas are addressed.

We painted a couple plates for Christmas and couldn't be happier with our experience and the memories created. No previous painting experience needed. Highly recommend!
