Happy camper at the dog beach!
    Laurie D.

We drive an hour and a half to visit Jupiter Dog Beach with our Golden-doodle! We absolutely love it! 3 miles of dog-friendly gorgeous beach. Picture perfect! Other dog owners are great for the most part. Luckily the beach is so big that dogs aren't on top of each other like Hollywood Dog Beach! :)

My dog Miso loved the beach, and had many positive interactions with other dogs. The only thing that blows are the careless owners that don't clean up after their dogs. I observed several piles of dog doo and observed a dog do its business with no response by its owners. This type of inactivity is why dogs can't go on public beaches.

Fun place to bring your dog! A bit far from where I am in Boynton, but worth the trip to let my dogs romp and play. I do wish more if the beach was dog friendly, as there is just one section you're permitted to have them here.

It's AMAZING!! Go to the Jupiter dog beach website for an exact map of where to park (parking was easy peezy and free!) and you'll be in exactly the right place :) our girl had a great time and it was so chill, not busy at all! Highly recommend. We drove to Florida from Colorado and, as tourists, it was so easy to navigate and enjoy.

Elmer leashed at a dog park

We have family that live in Venice, so on this trip we decided to take a two day trip east to Juno with our dog, Elmer. He loves, we love, the Venice Beach Dog Park. We've never seen anything like it. Dogs everywhere, running free, having so much fun. Then we check out the Jupiter Dog Park and all the dogs are leashed. Occasionally a dog will run free so we would let Elmer play, but then you'd have people look at you like you're being rude allowing your dog to run free. Wasn't fun for Elmer or us. Maybe it was just the day we chose.

Love this beach and so does my pup! Great family outing, the parking can get a bit hectic during the weekend but nothing that isn't expected.

The bad review from the person from Venice dog beach is wrong. Venice dog beach is a leashed dog beach, Jupiter dog beach is unleashed. I live in Venice and our beach sucks compared to jupiters unleashed dog beach.

The palms were bent in the wind with their frons embracing the green coconut's husk as a gecko clung to the vines that strung across its trunk in rhythm with the gull's screeching songs as they glide in search of their next snack. They say these are the perfect days and they may be for most but I consider myself an in-perfectionist so the foot prints that stain the sand and the confusing weaves of the man-groves that border the dunes providing shelter for the innocent creatures is what stirs me. I love that the product here is it's beautiful and that could never disappoint, I'm sure there were others here but that never distracted my focus so let this place overwhelm your senses and hydrate your soul. If you're here for the day embrace your fortune, if only for a moment then take your communion or penance because this place can change you - the ocean is tranquil, some say zen but that's above my pay grade I just came here to take in the phenomenon of nature...

Traveled to "Jupiter" looking for a nice beach as I heard their beaches are clear and clean…read more. stumbled across this beach park. There was plenty of parking, which we liked. The boardwalk was closed for repairs so we had to walk thru the sand with our stuff (coolers etc). Part of the beach was on a small like hill, you had to jump down to get towards the water which was annoying. The beach was filled with seaweed. I did like there was a lifeguard on duty. It wasn't crowded for a Sunday. Probably won't be back to this one.

We absolutely loved DuBois Park and Beach. It's now one of our favorite family spots in Florida…read more With calm, shallow waters and a sandy lagoon perfect for kids, plus picnic areas and shady spots for relaxing, the experience completely blew us away. I've honestly never found another place quite like it for families. The water is calm, shallow, and sheltered, with no waves or strong current, making it ideal for time with our three-year-old. She loved playing at the water's edge, and the tranquil conditions made it much easier to relax without worrying about waves or tides. The setting is also beautiful, with sandy areas along both sides of the water, natural trees that provide real shade, and plenty of spots if you prefer to sit out in the sun. The park felt incredibly clean and well-cared-for, with picnic benches and grills throughout, public restrooms nearby, and a lifeguard tower, though no lifeguard was on duty when we visited. There is also a pirate-ship playground, which is a fun bonus for families if kids want a break from the water. One tip: the rubber surface gets very hot in the sun, so flip-flops or other shoes are a good idea. One of the highlights is watching boats come and go from the harbor from nearly every vantage point, giving the area an authentic Florida vibe. Crossing the bridge over the lagoon's mouth also leads directly to the beach. What truly impressed us was how welcoming and inclusive the park felt. We heard multiple languages, saw diverse families and groups enjoying themselves, and everyone seemed relaxed, content, and authentic. The genuine, easygoing atmosphere made the park even more memorable. It felt like a blend of locals and visitors, both welcoming and family-oriented, with immaculate grounds. Although parking fills up, it never feels hectic. We've visited many beaches in Florida and beyond, but this one genuinely stands out. We plan to return as often as possible.
