Still the most lovely park, especially the Intracoastal side. Ample parking right along the shore, and a large shallow are ripe for snorkeling, far from boats which might pass by. We arrived early and staked our spot in the shade under mangroves. My kids take their kayaks out to explore the mangrove islands and paddle around. It's so protected without currents pulling them out or speeding boats close by, which is such wonderful freedom for them. This is a popular spot on the weekends, and some folks bring out tents and equipment for the whole day. This is a perfect first-time snorkeling spot for beginners, because the water is so shallow. We swam with a sea turtle this time. Even not at high tide, it's still a lovely way to be on saltwater without waves or seaweed. It seems that dogs and fires are welcome. read more

Traveled to "Jupiter" looking for a nice beach as I heard their beaches are clear and clean.. stumbled across this beach park. There was plenty of parking, which we liked. The boardwalk was closed for repairs so we had to walk thru the sand with our stuff (coolers etc). Part of the beach was on a small like hill, you had to jump down to get towards the water which was annoying. The beach was filled with seaweed. I did like there was a lifeguard on duty. It wasn't crowded for a Sunday. Probably won't be back to this one. read more

Soo I had my small ceremony here at coral cove on a Sunday around 6:30pm and it was magical!!! There was literally no one on the beach! Which made this more intimate and perfect!! I was soo worried it was gonna be super crowded and I was soo glad it wasn't!!! The draft wood that was there made it that much more perfect for photos! However I do believe it's no longer there but the views are just as amazing! It doesn't even feel like you're in Florida with the rocks all around you!! It's truly a beautiful spot that me and my husband love so much!! It's definitely become our spot for intimate moments! This is also the location he proposed to me and we took family photos!!! I parked under the shaded canopy of trees, then tracked the sand to the concrete walk - the ocean breeze crossed my face as my eyes tracked the plumes of the ocean's blue waves that washes the coral laced beach. The palms were bent in the wind with their frons embracing the green coconut's husk as a gecko clung to the vines that strung across its trunk in rhythm with the gull's screeching songs as they glide in search of their next snack. They say these are the perfect days and they may be for most but I consider myself an in-perfectionist so the foot prints that stain the sand and the confusing weaves of the man-groves that border the dunes providing shelter for the innocent creatures is what stirs me. I love that the product here is it's beautiful and that could never disappoint, I'm sure there were others here but that never distracted my focus so let this place overwhelm your senses and hydrate your soul. If you're here for the day embrace your fortune, if only for a moment then take your communion or penance because this place can change you - the ocean is tranquil, some say zen but that's above my pay grade I just came here to take in the phenomenon of nature... read more

It was a surprise trip & I'm glad I said yes. was a quick trip just to board & workout but it turned out to be more. I would definitely be coming up with my camping gear next. Sooooo.... Beautiful!!! :)))) Wow! Beautiful beach. One of my bucket list is to swim with the dolphins and they swam up to me I wanted to die of excitement. God is so good to me!!! Thank you for bringing me here. I saw so many school of fishes too. I get all emotional for stuff like this. So peaceful, great place to distract the mind! Bike. They have bbq areas. Coral cove park is a waterfront park located in Tequesta, Fl, right outside the city of Jupiter at 19450 state road 707. The park is beside the Atlantic Ocean, near the Indian River and is managed by Palm beach county parks. The beach is guarded has bathrooms, playground, showers, canoe launch, charcoal grills, snorkeling , fishing, canoe trails and is beautiful to take pictures with the rock formations on the shoreline.I love that parking is free and ample . Would have loved to have spent more time but it started to rain. read more

A surprisingly nice beach in a park where you don't have to pay to park. We were here on a rainy morning and had the beach to ourself. I can only guess that on a sunny day this place is packed on its wide sandy beaches. We had no idea that this place was a shell haven like on Sanibel. I love the beaches of Jupiter. They are so clean and have free parking. This park is 14.64 acres and offers 2,610 of beach and 600 feet of intacoastal waterway frontage. After parking you climb up a small and hill where you find a boardwalk that takes you across the sand. I loved going through the tunnels of sea grapes. The beach has a life guard. You can launch a canoe or kayak from the south extension of the park. You can also salt water fish here. Park amenities include grills, covered picnic tables, a playground, restrooms, and outdoor showers. This beach is a popular snorkeling destination because of the eroded rocks of the Anastasia limestone formation that are in the area. They along with the reefs attract sea life. Just look for the dark shapes in the water to find the best places to snorkel. Pack up a picnic, grab a beach chair, and prepare to relax. The beaches of Jupiter are the best free fun you can have in the area. read more

I liked this small beach side park on the Atlantic Ocean. It spoke to me. If I lived in the area, I'd be here often. There was ample parking when we stopped by midweek in the afternoon, off season. And parking was free. It was an easy walk to the beach. There are a couple sets of stairs -- one closer to the lifeguard stand and one a walkway through a lovely canopy of sea grape trees. Other facilities include picnic tables, and a shower, and restrooms. The beach is not very wide here, but it is quite a long stretch along the ocean. The breeze was refreshing and the sound of the waves hypnotic. This was a time when I wished I'd brought along a bathing suit or at least a beach towel -- stretch out, listen to the waves, and relax... maybe dream. read more

If you're into photography or Instagram pics, this beach is for you. It's got some amazing shots if you've got a creative eye. I came here with my wife and 4 younger kids, and although it was fun exploring, trying to keep my kids from getting cut up or hurt on the rocks was causing me more anxiety, than relaxation. We found a spot about 25 ft away from the rocks that wasn't bad and the kids had fun. But there is coral and rock all along the beach and in the water (which wasn't unexpected) so just keep an eye on your kids if you bring them to avoid injury. I tried to get some cool shots of my wife and kids on the rock formations and wound up cutting my foot. SO, if you go out onto it or plan to, bring shoes with good tread (probably hiking shoes) and avoid sandals (unless very secure). I'd come here again if I were local but we drove about an hour and a half and wasn't blown away enough to come back any time soon. read more

Very very few people out and tons of shells on the beach. Went looking for beach glass but never found any. We did have a good walk and got a bit sun burnt in the process. If you want to stay away from people and find shells this is the place to go. read more

One of the biggest perks of this beach/park is that it's generally not very crowded. The crowds tend to hang out a little further south at Juno Beach or Jupiter Inlet. This is a beautiful park with rocks and blue water. It's perfect for a nice day at the beach with friends or even by yourself if you're just trying to kick back and relax and reflect. It does kind of take a while to get here because traffic can be kind of slow going up A1A, but the views are worth it. This beach isn't under construction like Jupiter is right now which is part of why I opted to come here instead of going there. Definitely one of my favorite beaches in the county. Run, don't walk! Then sit back and enjoy the scenery. read more

Coral Cove park is one of my favorite places to photograph maternity and family sessions. I love that park as it has a nice boardwalk with leading lines, sea-grapes, and tall palm trees. I had no idea that rock formations existed like this in South Florida. When you're so used to flat, flat, flat sand beaches, these rocky cliffs and crags took me by surprise! We arrived at a ridiculously early hour to catch the sunrise, and it was one of the most gorgeous sights I've ever seen. My boyfriend is a photographer and he got some amazing shots! Apparently, he wasn't the first person to think of this idea - even though it wasn't overly crowded, there were definitely a few amateur photographers, trying to find the best angle. We found some local food and stayed through the afternoon - what a lovely day! read more

On a sunny day with calm waves and clear waters you're guaranteed to not want to get out of the water. If you want to enjoy the marine life I suggest entering close to the rock and swimming alongside to the far south side of the beach. Perfect place for shelling as well after high tide. This beach offers of grand scape for the outing. You get the beauty of shallow rocks and gorgeous reefs at low tide and reaping the gems that get washed up at high tide all while basking on the beauty Jupiter sands. Very pretty beach with a life guard and lots of rocks in the water! There is plenty of parking and showers as well as a picnic area. There is a pretty little trail covered with sea grapes that leads to the beach. The beach itself has two entrances (both involve lots of stairs) and a life guard. I would recommend wearing shoes in the ocean because the rocks on and in the water can be slippery and sharp. Watching the waves smack against the rocks is so fun! read more

Nice beach hike with our group. Perfect weather, nice breeze--plenty of parking at 7:30 am. Jupiter Island is a quiet hidden gem in north Palm beach county. We hiked to blowing rocks preserve, then walked back along Rt 1...pleasant area with very little traffic. read more

Great snorkeling! We saw rays, a loggerhead turtle, and a large variety of fish. There was also a ton of shells along the beach.

Since blowing rocks closed at 430 I ended up here instead or sunset! Beautiful beach! Perfect to spend the day or afternoon.

The beach water is so relaxing! I was surprised to step inside and notice how different it felt compared to Cali beaches; Cali beaches are super cold even on the warmest days of summer. My sibs and I came here so many times to swim and it was so fun. When we come back to visit Florida, we will make our way back here for a nice swim! read more
