We went to visit the area and got to check out some of the beaches.. Located at the confluence of the Loxahatchee River, Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, Jupiter is one of the top spots in The Palm Beaches for water sports of all kinds--with calm, clear waters that are perfect for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, surfing and snorkeling, to name a few. You can easily plant your umbrella at outstanding beaches like Carlin Park, Ocean Cay Park and Jupiter Beach Park, or you can head to DuBois Park to explore a mosaic of shallow coves and lagoons unlike anywhere else in the region. Riverbend Park, located on the Wild and Scenic Loxahatchee River, is one of the most popular places in South Florida for kayaking and canoeing, and intrepid paddlers can even navigate the river all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. So, when the Yelp category came up with Jupiter Beach, I really wasn't sure which one is the one they were referring to, as they all kind of run together.. Either way, beautiful !!!!!

I highly recommend Jupiter Beach. It's always clean, there are lifeguards in certain spots, and signage is well done advising beach goers of all of the pertinent information for the day. Additionally, the water is always beautiful and there is plenty of sand for lounging and walking. Kite surfers, paddle boarders and surfers flock to this beach as well as to neighboring Juno Beach. Finally, some portions of the beach in Juno and Jupiter are dog friendly.

Perfect, family and dog friendly park. People clean up after their dogs so the beach is very clean. Most mile makers have a water/shower area to rinse off. There are also bike and surf racks. It's a safe area for kids and families. We love this beach!

Beautiful beach, sparkling turquoise water. Plenty of (free) parking on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely one of my new favorites.

This beach was pretty amazing. It's nice to see so much land given back to the true owners ....animals some of the area is developed but for the most part it belongs to Mother Nature and it's truly beautiful

    Beautiful sun rays booming. AK

Im a Floridian. Love this town. Been here most of my life. Best sunrises are in late September, a bit warm, but, still they are awesome. See the photos ive taken this year.

This is my favorite beach in Florida. I can take my doggy or just run stroll or fish with lots of friendly folk. It's not too crowded or too empty. There is a pier If you like also. There is no extra charge for taking your dog either. Great beach!

A little rough and windy today but a pretty looking beach..

What a great beach to relax and to go shelling. Everyone else was looking for sharks teeth so the shelling was abundant!

The palms were bent in the wind with their frons embracing the green coconut's husk as a gecko clung to the vines that strung across its trunk in rhythm with the gull's screeching songs as they glide in search of their next snack. They say these are the perfect days and they may be for most but I consider myself an in-perfectionist so the foot prints that stain the sand and the confusing weaves of the man-groves that border the dunes providing shelter for the innocent creatures is what stirs me. I love that the product here is it's beautiful and that could never disappoint, I'm sure there were others here but that never distracted my focus so let this place overwhelm your senses and hydrate your soul. If you're here for the day embrace your fortune, if only for a moment then take your communion or penance because this place can change you - the ocean is tranquil, some say zen but that's above my pay grade I just came here to take in the phenomenon of nature...

The boardwalk was closed for repairs so we had to walk thru the sand with our stuff (coolers etc). Part of the beach was on a small like hill, you had to jump down to get towards the water which was annoying. The beach was filled with seaweed. I did like there was a lifeguard on duty. It wasn't crowded for a Sunday. Probably won't be back to this one.

It's now one of our favorite family spots in Florida…read more With calm, shallow waters and a sandy lagoon perfect for kids, plus picnic areas and shady spots for relaxing, the experience completely blew us away. I've honestly never found another place quite like it for families. The water is calm, shallow, and sheltered, with no waves or strong current, making it ideal for time with our three-year-old. She loved playing at the water's edge, and the tranquil conditions made it much easier to relax without worrying about waves or tides. The setting is also beautiful, with sandy areas along both sides of the water, natural trees that provide real shade, and plenty of spots if you prefer to sit out in the sun. The park felt incredibly clean and well-cared-for, with picnic benches and grills throughout, public restrooms nearby, and a lifeguard tower, though no lifeguard was on duty when we visited. There is also a pirate-ship playground, which is a fun bonus for families if kids want a break from the water. One tip: the rubber surface gets very hot in the sun, so flip-flops or other shoes are a good idea. One of the highlights is watching boats come and go from the harbor from nearly every vantage point, giving the area an authentic Florida vibe. Crossing the bridge over the lagoon's mouth also leads directly to the beach. What truly impressed us was how welcoming and inclusive the park felt. We heard multiple languages, saw diverse families and groups enjoying themselves, and everyone seemed relaxed, content, and authentic. The genuine, easygoing atmosphere made the park even more memorable. It felt like a blend of locals and visitors, both welcoming and family-oriented, with immaculate grounds. Although parking fills up, it never feels hectic. We've visited many beaches in Florida and beyond, but this one genuinely stands out. We plan to return as often as possible.
