Contacted Junk Relief to remove an old piano. They responded within 24 hours to our request. We were able to schedule an appointment for pick up within the next couple of days. We had Junk Relief come and remove our old back deck, and when it turned out the job had some complications, Michael the manager called me and explained what was going on and how they were going to solve the problem. Turns out the deck had very deep concrete posts underneath that would require specialized equipment to remove without damaging our sidewalk and garage.
