We needed to part with four bookshelves, an office chair and an entertainment center. The furniture was too cumbersome for us to handle. But, not for Junk Relief. After reading its positive Yelp reviews, I called and made an appointment to come to our home and take the items away. The process was seamless. Making the appointment was easy; the driver texted me about 1/2 hour in advance, within the agreed upon arrival time span; the furniture was moved quickly and safely; and the service was reasonably priced. A five star rating well earned. Highly recommended. read more

This company is awesome! I called a month ahead of time and pre-booked a pickup for an old sofa sleeper. Then I had to add on a second project (move a different, very heavy sofa sleeper down a tight set of stairs). Each time, the people were super professional and courteous on the phone. On the day of pickup, the guys came on-time and were fast/friendly. They hauled away my old sofa sleeper and did my move with no complaints, no damage, and no big mess in my home. Their rates are reasonable and they do top quality work . Will use again in the future. read more

5 stars well earned! Junk relief cleaned out an office for me in under 2 hours, disposing of 3 decades of "stuff"! They are timely, courteous, didn't have to rent a dumpster as they use their truck, and the cost was below what I had expected. I will be using them as my go to in my real estate business from here on out! Great group... read more

This is the second time that I used Junk Relief in a two month period and again I was not disappointed. Kyle, Zack and the the rest of the office staff at Junk Relief are professional, honest and on top of their game . Joe the owner of Junk Relief is a great person who follows up to ensure his clients get the best service . He has also been outstanding to deal with during my two jobs with Junk Relief . I had to change the amount of pick up items many times over a two day period and they worked effortlessly with him to pick up the items and give me the right pricing . This company did not bait and switch with their price like other companies I called. The gave you the price upfront and there were no added cost when they came to our home. The technicians for the pick up were outstanding. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were courteous and knew what they were doing with the removal of large furniture items. If you need removal of items from your home , garage , basement , etc..... do not call anyone else but Junk Relief. They are honest and upfront!!! They are one of my go too companies and have have recommended them to family and friends. read more

I needed to have a 2 piece sectional removed and Junk Relief was super easy to work with. My appointment was set up in a few minutes of when I first inquired. On the appointment date the guys were on-time, professional, and in and out in just a few minutes. Definitely would use them again and will recommend. read more

Super satisfied. Everything went smoothly - from scheduling to removal of my junk. It was so quick and easy. They followed covid protocols which was very reassuring. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend! read more

I had been putting off junking some old furniture amassed in my garage for the hassle and cost I'd assumed it entailed. JUNK relief team was quick to answer my questions and both professional and swift to come out, move the furniture and be on their way. My only regret was that I took so long to call them! The price was reasonable enough that I plan to use them again to help free up more dead space in my storage shed too! So glad I took the chance! read more

REPEAT CUSTOMER This was our 2nd time hiring Junk Relief. We hired them in May 2018. We hired Junk Relief AGAIN in November 2018. We are repeat customers and will be as long we need to hire a company to remove old furniture pieces or anything else from our home. I mentioned to Joe, the Owner, that we hired them in May 2018, and are "repeat" customers. Joe said, "I'm giving you a discount" because we hired his company a 2nd time. We really, really appreciated the discount. It was an unexpected surprise! We had our old beat-up broken down 16 year old leather sofa removed. We called Junk Relief on Monday. We needed the old sofa hauled away Tuesday to make room for our brand-new Italian leather sofa (which was delivered Nov. 14, 2018). We received a quote from Junk Relief almost immediately. We booked a request on-line, but also left them a voicemail (company '800' phone number). They contacted us in under 2-hours, Monday, and came Tuesday to remove the old sofa. Howard and "Q" were professional, courteous and on-time. They worked hard taking apart the old sofa. They hauled away the old sofa within minutes. They were in and out quickly. I gave Howard and Q bottles of water. I thanked them for doing a fantastic and efficient job. Again, no damage to our oak hardwood floors, wall or front door. Plus, it was a reasonable price-point. We are thankful for Junk Relief. This company hires excellent employees who are professional, courteous, helpful, kind, hard working and efficient. If you ever need to have junk removed from your home, with excellent employees and outstanding customer service, Junk Relief is a company you SHOULD definitely hire. The company also followed-up with me AFTER the job was completed to make sure I (we) were 100% satisfied. Howard hauled away our entertainment unit and queen-size sofa sleeper in May 2018. He came with "Q" in November 2018 and, as always, they did an excellent job. Don't bother calling for estimates -- save yourself some time and HIRE Junk Relief -- you will thank me later. ;) read more

Had the pleasure of working with JUNK Relief 9.15.18. Emailed for a quote at 6pm on Sunday evening and had a reply with solid quote before noon on Monday the week before. (Other companies stated they would have to come out to assess item before giving me a definitive quote)? Driver called 45 minutes before scheduled time to say that they could arrive half hour earlier if that worked to my schedule, or keep scheduled time. Upon arrival, they navigated an unexpectedly heavily congested parking situation in my neighborhood, showed up with great attitudes, came in and took care of business with professional and friendly dispositions, and were on their way in the blink of an eye. Extremely efficient - hands down!! I highly recommend Joe's JUNK Relief and his team. Next time I need assistance, I now know who to call ... JUNK Relief. Thanks guys! Tamara H read more

These guys live up to their 5-star rating! I arranged for some furniture to be removed from my parents' basement. Joe was prompt and helpful in settling up the appointment. The workmen arrived when expected and got everything out and on their truck in 35 minutes! I didn't meet them, but my parents could not stop singing their praises. We like how they try to recycle as much as they can, leaving less stuff for the landfill. Later, my dad thought something that wasn't supposed to go had accidentally been taken away. They called Joe who said his team would look for it. The item was eventually found in the basement. But my parents loved how Joe called to follow up on the missing item. I'm not sure if there will be a future need for me to clear out junk, but if there is I will certainly use these guys again! They do a good job and provide wonderful customer service. read more

Junk Relief was perfect for my needs- remodeling my rental unit, I had old countertops, cabinets and other objects that needed to be removed. The 2 friendly workers arrived on time, accessed the job and quickly removed all my waste without having any issues. They were extremely safe and the whole operation was touch less-and very affordable! Thanks read more

We have a very narrow city entryway and getting our couch removed was a big concern. I called Junk Relief for a quote, and they said they could be here the next day. The two men ended up having to cut the couch to get it out, which was expected. Not only were they nice and professional, they swept and cleaned up afterwards and didn't damage anything. Would highly recommend and will consider for future needs. read more

Very quick responses via email and their webpage. Accurate quote and easy contact-free pickup. I only needed a few things picked up this time but I will definitely use them again. read more

Needed 3 rooms of carpet, padding, and an entire kitchen's worth of cabinets and lumber taken out and hauled away. Was super easy to get a quote over text and schedule a date over a week in advance. They arrived early in the window and were fast, professional, and took great care not to knock debris against anything in my unit or the building common areas. I also had more stuff to throw out by the time of the appointment and they gave me a new, just-as-reasonable quote for the total volume of junk. Couldn't recommend them enough and I'll continue to use them as our renovation progresses. Jose V and Ramiro were awesome! read more

They responded quickly and were very accommodating to schedule - they immediately sent a follow up requesting photos to provide a more accurate estimate which was incredibly helpful. The final cost ended up coming in just under the quote. They were also really clear that they donate first, recycle second and trash only as a last resort which I really appreciated. The folks who showed up were professional and so fast, couldn't have asked for better! They moved some tricky items too. Huge thanks! read more

We used Junk Relief twice when moving out of a rental and into our house. They are very professional, courteous and all around nice. We are on the 4th floor of a building and had a few big pieces of furniture to dispose of - they didn't complain at all. I think I complained more than they did about having to walk the stairs. The second appointment I had to change last minute due to a work conflict and they were very flexible and responsive via email. I definitely recommend. read more

I'm preparing to move and had a couple of large pieces of furniture that just had to go. I reached out to JunkRelief and was able to quickly setup a pickup the very next day. They were punctual, friendly, professional, efficient and speedy. It also felt good to know that if any of the items could be donated to charity, they would be. I can't say enough about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review!! Thank you JunkRelief! read more

They were excellent. I made a request and they were able to accommodate me the next day. They sent email confirmations and called me beforehand. They were quick and professional. Also, they adjusted the price when at the last minute my neighbor was willing to take an item off my hands and I would not need to have it removed. All in all it was painless, quick and efficient. Ricardo and Elias were courteous. professional and careful when removing items. Kristin was great and quick to respond to emails and details in regards to the timing and price adjustment. I highly recommend them. Moving is difficult and not all movers do junk removal so having this service right before my move was a lifesaver. read more

Great service, got rid of my couch and a few other small items. Very careful and fast!

Fast, easy, courteous, and reasonably priced, what else could you ask? Repeat customers get price breaks so if you need to throw out big stuff they are the folks to call. read more

Wow, are these guys great! Communication was fantastic, they were reasonably priced, and the gentlemen who came (Willie and DeAndre) were as nice as could be. This could not have been easier. Highly highly recommend! read more

Great company...by far the most professional experience you can get with cleanup services. Shout out to Shalya who was awesome to talk to over the phone and was more than willing to work with me. I needed to remove some junky old patio furniture from my roof deck. I called JUNK Relief and they came the next day. Everything was removed safely, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Howard and 'Q' were great! read more

After the not-so-hunky college guys were a no-show two days in a row, I decided to use a company that "graduated" into a real business. Junk Relief was a real relief in getting the items removed from my 97-year-old mother's home. They gave me a reasonable quote and removed the stuff within hours. If you need junk removed, don't waste your time with the college dropouts, use Junk Relief! read more

The guys did a great job I'm very happy with the service . I highly recommend them ! Prompt service and very respectful .

Let me just say, these guys are the real deal. I called on Thursday and they came out on Tuesday emptied my entire place in less than an hour (we're moving into a condo and decided to start fresh). They arrived at the top of my appointment window. The best part is it was affordable and safe. Both gentlemen were wearing mask and gloves during the service. I will definitely be using them again for future moves and referring my friends! read more

Highly recommend!!! We had a handful of things in our garage that needed to be removed. They were quick to provide a quote based on a picture of what we had, scheduled it for the same weekend and were in and out within an hour! They will be the company I recommend and use in the future!! Thank you so much JUNK Relief!! read more

Junk Relief was fast, cost was what they quoted, the guys were excellent to work with and communicate with. However, when I called to discuss the services provided I was assured that stuff that could be donated or recycled would be. We separated our "junk" into these categories. In our junk were some new clothes with tags, basic furniture in good condition, lamps, etc. We also had a large pile of trash. It was all thrown into the truck together. When we asked about it we were told the guys were going to the dump to empty the truck then would come back for the second load. There is no recycling or donating happening. It made us sad because we wanted to do the right thing. On the other hand, we had to empty the house in a short time - and Junk Relief enabled us to do that. For that we thank them! read more

A few weeks ago we were left with a lot of stuff and junk in a rental property after our tenant was evicted. It was overwhelming and my wife found 1 800 Junk Relief online and decided to give them a call because they do a conscious recycling and of course because of the 5 star rating. It was a pleasant experience since the moment we called until the moment they left with the last bag of junk. Everyone who works there is great but I want to give a special thanks to HOWARD because he went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with their service, 1 800 Junk Relief should feel lucky to have such a good person and worker as an employee. Their price was affordable and they helped us through this stressful experience. Thanks 1800 Junk Relief Thumbs up to Howard!!! read more

I fully recommend Junk Relief. I needed some old furniture removed from our place for a reasonable price. They offered us the best quote + a very, very courteous and professional service. They also told me that they donate/recycle whenever possible. Communication was made via email and they always responded promptly. Movers were very efficient and accommodating, and were wearing masks. I would contact them again for removal services. read more

Excellent service, would definitely hire again. The price was fair for the scope of work, and the scheduling was easy. Reggie and Abel removed a 40" tube TV (yeah, the Sony model that weighs 300 pounds) and an old 250 pound elliptical machine from the third floor of my townhouse. They did a terrific job with these very heavy and awkward to carry items, and left my home in great shape. They also took out a few other miscellaneous items that are difficult to dispose of. I'm really happy to have this stuff out of my house. I would definitely recommend this company and these guys. read more

Fast response. Great price and very professional. Would use them again when I need this sort of service.

We used them last week to move out a couch and chairs and did a tremendous job! I highly recommend them!

I had a 52" tube TV on the 4th floor of my townhouse. 2 guys came and took the TV apart to get it through the door and down the stairs. They wore masks and gloves, were super polite and made sure they got the job done right. I also asked for help moving a grill, which they also did. Best price in town. read more

I've used Junk Relief twice now, and this is 100% my new go-to place when I need stuff removed. Like many people, if I have an okay-ish piece of furniture that won't sell for more than 20 bucks or won't fit in the back of my car, my goal is to get rid of it as fast I can without the hassle of trying to sell it to flakey people on the internet. So I'm already sold on a junk removal service. I used another certain "1-800" junk remover in the past, and they charged an arm and a leg and scheduling was a hassle on their website, so I knew I didn't want to use them during my latest clearout. I came across Junk Relief which had awesome reviews here on Yelp, so I reached out to them and they messaged me back within 10 minutes and got a time set up within 3 or 4 messages. Let me tell you - these guys are great. They are in and out SO FAST and are courteous and careful as they move things. Both times I used them, I had to either reschedule or fit a tighter time window on short notice, and they were more than willing to work with me. I'll continue to use them as my go-to, and I'll continue to recommend Junk Relief to anyone who needs stuff removed in a pinch! read more

I was first interested in this company because they are focused on donating and recycling. They have a large warehouse where they sort through every item they collect and either donate usable goods or recycle as much as they can. Beyond this, the quote they gave me to remove my sectional couch was much lower than quotes I received from any other company. I was so impressed with their responsiveness to my questions - really nice people to work with. The pick-up was great, nice and careful guys. I highly recommend them! read more

The team was really great. They quoted me a time between 12 and 3 and ended up arriving a little later but still within the quoted time frame. Even so, a manager personally called me to apologize and let me know the team had gotten stuck behind some bad traffic and was en route. They were also very accommodating and made it easy for me to change my request even day off pick up. As part of the set up process they do ask for pictures of the items that need removal. If your picture shows multiple items, ie bed + nightstand, just make sure it's clear that you need both items removed. Everyone was very friendly and respectful of my time and apartment. read more

Shot over a message and received an instant reply as king what I needed done. I explained I wanted to get rid of a heavy overstuffed type couch and a chair TODAY. Price was only issue as everyone is just way high. These guys were reasonable and fair, fast, friendly and honest. Nothing to complain about here. Higher them! read more

I had just days to move a family member's son's stuff out of his apartment and get rid of the debris left behind him and his three roommates. I called JUNK Relief, and they gave me a fair quote and agreed to do the job two days later. The team they sent was terrific; they worked hard and somehow managed to Tetris the items into the truck when I underestimated how much stuff I needed to give away. I am grateful to JUNK Relief for their help. read more
