Very impressed. Easy to schedule an appointment and friendly receptionist. Anthony and Ramiro were outstanding. Polite, efficient, and hard working. They took apart a broken huge deck umbrella that was surely not an easy task with a heavy base and removed a broken bar fridge. They brought the correct tools and swept up after themselves. My deck looks so much better with that junk gone. Reasonable prices. I will be recommending them to others and I am sure I will be using them in the future. It is so nice to work with professional people who are clearly experts in their field. read more

I needed a large rug hauled asap. Because the padding had deteriorated it also need to be wrapped in plastic. I had a reply within 15 minutes or requesting bids. And the job was done by 9:00 the following morning. Fantastic service! read more

I could no longer get into my storage locker, and basically the stuff hasn't really been touched in years. YEARS!!! Finally called for help and Junk Relief came to the rescue. Booked online, included pics, got an estimate on the price range, and actual cost came in just below the high end, which I expected. Pics never show everything, so I was not at all surprised. Work got done quickly, they even stacked up my tiles that I am holding in case I need repairs in my K or BA. Cleaned everything out, and I already don't miss it at all. Could I have done it all myself? Maybe, but it would have taken a whole lot longer to get it done and carry stuff off. Now it's done. Thanks guys!! read more

We had a great experience working with the Junk Relief crew. Their quote was competitive, they were very professional and they got the job done quick. I'll be recommending this crew to friends and neighbors going forward! read more

We used Junk Relief for a large residential pick up. We required 2 full trucks to remove a bunch of furniture including 2 sectional couches, dressers, beds, electronics, trash bags, etc. Kyle was helpful in getting us scheduled for our desired pick up day and time. The team was exceptionally efficient, conscientious and accommodating when they arrived. We had movers at our house during the same time and the Junk Relief team followed instructions perfectly to make sure they took only items labeled junk and that they and the movers stayed out of each other's way. They made a stressful day that much easier! Would definitely use again and highly recommend! read more

JUNK Relief lives up to the hype. I easily booked online and received a phone call, text, and email confirmation to pick-up a handful of large pieces including a broken elliptical machine. Jose and partner called 30 minutes prior to arrival within the window I designated. They were very friendly, courteous, quick and efficient. I will definitely recommend JUNK relief to others and use them again should the need arise. read more

I used JUNK Relief for my move out - I had several larger pieces of furnitures that couldn't be donated. Joe was prompt in his response and all of his correspondence. His quote was competitive and clear. The team texted about 25 minutes before they arrived and took the necessary precautions with COVID. Couldn't have made my life easier. Highly recommend. read more

Very professional. They replied to my quote request right away and came in with the best price. They were able to come the next day to take our two mattresses out. They were prompt and professional. read more

Absolutely amazing service!!!! After a mix up with my original request not being submitted through the answering service, I called back and spoke to Joe. Joe was professional, and very accommodating. His guys came out the very next day. I needed a very old and very big piano moved. His team came out on a cold snowy day, and had the piano gone within 20 minutes of arrival. I couldn't be happier with the service!! My only regret, is that I didn't call years ago. read more

I contacted Junk Relief for an estimate and got a decent quote fairly quickly. Very courteous and professional. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to accommodate my Saturday request. The 2man team came promptly after getting a text message that they were on their way. They got down to business and was thorough and very conscientious about how they removed my items. They did an excellent job! Totally worth it. I would recommend their services! Appreciate the work!!! read more

Junk Relief responded promtly to my initial contact for a quote. The truck arrived within the promised timeframe. The workers were very professional and friendly. They removed several items of furniture from multiple levels of my home and completed the task in a very timely manner. The cost was very reasonable and worth its value. read more

I felt so much relief after just making the arrangements by phone with Kyle at Junk Relief. We were cleaning out a basement locker from the last 20 years. We were able to schedule easily for a next day appointment. They called us 30 mins before they arrived, which was really helpful. Jamal and Anthony were incredibly strong, efficient, helpful, and easy to work with. They made a very difficult job seem easy and even pleasant. We will definitely use Junk Relief in the future and recommend them to friends and family! read more

One of the best junk removal services out there. Very responsive from the beginning with professional and friendly service. Brian called 15 minutes before the crew arrived and during the time slot that was originally provided. The price quoted upon arrival was around the same price of the estimate so no gimmicks or extras which is a great way to do business. I will definitely continue using Junk Relief and recommending them to family and friends who could benefit from their services. read more

These guys were amazing. Well worth the money and they took care of so many leftover items after our move (we had been living there for 12 years). Highly recommend them. read more

I needed to get rid of an old sofa, bed and a few other items after a move. I tried selling them but couldn't find a buyer and I had new furniture coming. So these things had to go. I was so pleased with this company every step along the way. I contacted them early in the day and was grateful that they could provide same day pick up. They followed through with their timeline exactly how they laid it out. They gave me a window of time to expect them, they called when they were 30 minutes away and when they arrived I met them downstairs at my condo building where they were already loading the box spring that was waiting at the loading dock. The 2 men loading were super nice!! I paid by credit card and they were off! I will definitely use their services again! Thanks for a great experience!! read more

These guys are amazing if you are in a pinch and need something removed from your home. I did my yelp research and found junk relief & stellar reviews. Everything was easy. Went online & requested a quote and time. I got a response quickly and confirmed the pickup time. The crew was prompt, friendly, professional and worked quickly. I showed them the items, they confirmed the price and got to work. They were in and out within 45 minutes. Super pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again. read more

The service from Junk Relief was excellent. I needed a garage cleaned out as well as a portion of the basement in my father's rental property. When I called with questions, I received professional and patient responses. I appreciated that I was able to upload pictures of areas to be cleaned as the property is not near my home. Communication on the scheduled day was excellent and the job was completed in under three hours! I read many of the reviews here and they were spot on! I would highly recommend Junk Relief! read more

We've used Junk Relief for several projects and have been fully satisfied with their service. Unlike some of their competitors, they actually show up for appointments and are responsive when they need to come out on site and provide a quote The workers have always been professional and courteous, and take great lengths to make sure that they keep the surrounding areas clean (again, unlike our experience with certain competitors) They separate items that can be donated or recycled so everything doesn't end up in a landfill Highly recommended... much better than the other junk guys out there. read more

They arrived on time and did a phenomenal job for a great price. Will definitely hire again.

These guys were terrific, start to finish. They were super responsive, didn't ask a million questions and were fair in their quote. They arrived early in the window given and were prompt, polite and efficient. Highly recommend. read more

After Salvation Army bailed on picking up our couches the day of pick up (despite us having a reservation for over a month) I was in a pinch to find someone to get our couches out of our apartment within 2 days. I reached out to JUNK Relief on Yelp for a quote and had a response within minutes. I spoke with Janely over Yelp messages and she gave us a clear quote, no nonsense or dancing around the price and could schedule a pick up for the next morning. My junk removal prayers were answered! She was very helpful in finalizing the pick up and the next day, right on time, two very nice gentlemen came and picked up our couches. They called ahead of time so I knew they were on their way. They were very polite and extremely quick. They picked up my couches like it was nothing and moved them out of the building with zero damage . I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get junk removed - especially in a tight time frame! read more

Y'all...do NOT hire anyone else for junk removal, I'm serious. Don't waste your time, because these guys are more than you could ask for. I had an entire 1-bedroom apartment's worth of furniture (bed, dresser, nightstand, entertainment center, couch, loveseat, recliner, coffee table, bar table, stools, lamp, and maybe 10 boxes and 5-6 bags of clothes - A LOT OF JUNK), and they got it all cleared out in 45 MINUTES. I kid you not. Absurdly fast and the most considerate, easy to schedule, and most reasonably priced guys in the business. Oh, and they left behind zero mess. I don't know how they do it, but they're doing it well. I'd hire them again in an instant, but they cleared out my apartment, so it may be a while until I can accumulate more junk for 'em. Until then, you should absolutely hire them and enjoy having the easiest, most pain-free junk removal sweep ever. THANK YOU GUYS! read more

I can't say enough great things about Joe at JUNK Relief! My husband and I got in completely over our heads removing a large, dilapidated old brick planter from the front of our house ourselves! We initially assumed the planter would dismantle easily and had multiple people interested in the "free bricks" available. Unfortunately the planter had a strong will to live and it ended up taking a jack hammer to dismantle the bricks and rock base leaving the majority badly crumbled and broken. I started calling junk removal services and literally lost my mind at the quotes I was receiving to dispose of the debris. In a last ditch effort to not move the enormous pile of debris into my garage while also balancing a husband refusing to "EVER touch those rocks and blocks AGAIN" I reached out to Joe from JUNK Relief. Joe was very compassionate to our situation, worked within our budget, and even when the amount of debris far exceeded what he quoted he stuck to his word and did not charge us more! Joe was professional, had integrity, and was genuinely kind which can be so hard to come by in the trade industry. His team arrived on time, were clean and professional, and completed the work quickly. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They literally saved us from giving up a parking spot to construction debris!! read more

I had to remove an old not salvageable sectional couch out of our house the next day since our new one was being delivered. I emailed them for a quote and they were able to come between 9AM-12PM the next day. Eddie and Erasmo came around 10AM and texted they were coming within 15 minutes. They wore masks and footies. I gave them specific directions and were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend! They even helped me move a sleeper couch in my house. These guys were nice and professional. read more

Junk Relief is top notch! I had a few items of old furniture I needed to get rid of and they were heavy pieces. They had no value but were hard to move. Junk Relief was the best! They were very responsive to set up an appointment. The Junk Relief movers showed up on time and they were polite, wore masks (still Covid) and moved out the items out quickly. The price was reasonable. I tried to go with a cheaper option, but the other company didn't show up, just texted a lot of excuses and were unprofessional. I can't say enough good things about Junk Relief! read more

I highly recommend this place of business. I looked online for a junk removal company and they exceeded my expectations. I got my quote and everything and we sealed the deal in a few hours. They were punctual and the price they quoted me was by far the best rate. I definitely would use them again. read more

Carlos and his crew were great: I needed a couch removed from an incredibly tight space (requiring it to be maneuvered thru a small door and around an unmovable desk) as well a dresser, some old electronics, and miscellaneous items. They were kind, efficient, effective, proficient, and FAST. They were also wearing masks without prompting which I greatly appreciated. They were running late from a previous job and kindly called far in advance of the end of my window to give me a heads-up to see if it was going to be acceptable. It allowed me to manage accordingly (rather than simply waiting around); I appreciated it. The organization was also very prompt in responding to my request with an estimate. I was able to secure an appointment for the following day! Their pricing is also much more reasonable than 1-800-JUNK. A HEADS-UP for Customers: you are going to want to tip (they deserve it) and their current invoicing system does not allow you to add a tip before signing. You must tell them BEFORE they total the invoice (once it is processed, there is no going back). I had to contact the company to make separate arrangements for the tip (since I do not carry cash). ANOTHER HEADS-UP: this company apparently does not require all of their workers to be vaccinated. Personally, I think that this is a bad look for a company sending people into your homes (despite them ensuring that they take other precautions). Vaccinations CAN (and should be mandated IMO). For Junk Relief: I would suggest changing that policy. It almost made me go elsewhere. That said, they were more than accomodating in only sending me vaccinated workers and offering to provide proof if required. So, if having only vaccinated workers in your residence is as important as it is to me during a killer pandemic, request it (they will happily oblige). All in all, a very positive experience, ridding me of the burden of unnecessary items before I became a candidate for "Hoarders." Thumbs up! read more

Junk Relief was wonderful! I had a sizable number of heavy items to remove from a three story walk-up and they didn't even bat an eye. They were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, and the price was reasonable, and within the quote range. I will definitely use them again. read more

Excellent service! Very timely and fairly priced. I will definitely call on Junk Relief for future pick-ups.

These guys were fast, efficient, and the best pricing in the area. I had 3 heavy pieces of couches and a china cabinet that needed to removed ASAP and they came the following day.
