Needed a heavy queen size mattress and some furnitures/junk for immediate disposal. Joe was quick to respond to my inquiry and quoted me a very reasonable price. He then gave me an 8-11am window for the disposal on their next business day. His guys were very prompt and very efficient, and were in and out in ~30 mins. Definitely recommending Junk Relief for disposal services! read more

JUNK Relief was great to work with. I contacted them in the evening and got an appointment for a mattress removal the next day. Luis and his partner were super professional and friendly when they showed up. They communicated their timeframes really well and were very efficient. I would highly recommend JUNK Relief based on this experience! read more

Junk Relief was fantastic. Came on time, worked efficiently, remembered everything I wanted them to take and things I wanted to keep, friendly, affordable. I will absolutely use them again! Had 1800Junk Relief show up to my storage garage to clean up some stuff that I have been pushing off to the side for quite sometime. It consisted of tile, paint cans, wood trim, 2x4's etc. I really wanted to do it myself but I haven't done it in over a year so who was I kidding? I just had to bite the bullet. Rolando came with his partner to give me an estimate and I was happy with the price. They literally started work immediately. They probably got done in about 40 minutes and they were on their way. The garage looks amazing! Great work guys! Jack Sanchez www.99painters.com www.myproslandscaping.com read more

Scheduling was a breeze. Pleasure working with you. Will use you again asap. Thank you!!

I've used JUNK Relief on two occasions to remove junk accumulated by my mother who kept lots of things in storage. On the first occasion, the haulers were delayed at an earlier job and arrived late, but they did notify me. They worked very efficiently and handled all the junk even though they had to make two trips to the dump because everything didn't fit on the truck. (They use smaller trucks than other companies). The cost was right in line with what was quoted to me. On the second occasion I used them, Joe was very responsive and able to get a truck out to pick up junk the same afternoon that I called. The junk was removed as promised and for the quoted price. I was extremely happy to have everything taken care of with no fuss. I would not hesitate to use JUNK Relief again for junk removal services. I recommend them highly. read more

Thank you Junk Relief for removing my old water heater from my driveway. When the repair person never came back to remove the old Heater after replacing it, we were stuck. They prices were good. They responded and came quickly. Got the work done and left. Wish I could knock off more chores that efficiently.

I really appreciated their prompt service as well as accurate and reasonable pricing. They texted 30 minutes before they arrived at house during the promised window. The crew was very respectful of house and COVID measures. They wore booties inside so as not to track in salt and snow. They worked efficiently and reviewed everything prior to charging my account. Thanks! read more

Junk Relief could not have given better, more professional service. The two person team took a lot of care as they carried unwanted furniture through the three stories of my house. They were prompt and efficient. On top of great service, their rates were substantially below the other quotes I received. Use Junk Relief. You won't be sorry. read more

Great service. They were here right on time and even waited because we had to get our elevator ready. My couch wouldn't fit in the elevator and they almost went down 12 floors with it. Thankfully they figure it out and off they went in the elevator. Thank you again! read more

I've used these guys twice: June and July 2014. Both times, I had different guys. But both times, they were all WONDERFUL. I love these guys. Because of traffic, I was late to meet them and they were really forgiving. My building has the most difficult management company/property manager and yet they were still forgiving when the building said we had to wait 45 minutes to start hauling junk. I felt so badly about this! The first time, they took away a ton of carpet I had removed. This cost $145 The second time, they took away a bunch of trash bags with paint supplies in them and an old fridge and some cardboard ikea boxes after I built some things. This cost $245 but they gave me $20 off for being a repeat customer. Love them! Would use them any time. read more

They responded very quickly, provided cost estimate and came next day in time. The crew was effective and polite. Thank you!

My husband and I were moving and didn't have room for a bunch of our current furniture - some of which was broken. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. The guys came on time, took good care of my building's walls and floors, and got rid of everything we needed at a REALLY fair price. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

The service worked just as it should. They were quick to give an estimate, then charged right in the middle of the range when done. I feel the price was fair for 2 couches and 2 chairs. Guys were polite and worked quickly. Showed up on time (actually a little early). read more

I had a complaint and the owner called me personally and took care of the incident and I would recommend this company hands down!!!!!

I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get out to my place the same day. They told me they do 3 hour windows so a 3-6pm but I couldn't get home until 4:30 and they reassured me they could get to me after that time, which they did. I'm so happy they were able to work with me. The two men did a fantastic job taking apart my treadmill in order to get it down the stairs safely without damaging any walls. read more

I needed a bunch of random junk & boxes removed from my apartment so I made an appointment online the night before and someone called me the next morning to confirm the details. They have a notice that they were on the way & came within the promised window. The two gentlemen took everything out quickly and smoothly without any issues or questions. They were very professional and they removed more items for less money than a similar company that I used in the past, and they stuck to the original quote. I would highly recommend this company and will use them a few times a year when I deep clean. Thank you so much! read more

These guys did a great job on a challenging project and were very pleasant to work with. Very responsive and clear in the initial email exchange. I had a very narrow window to get everything done, but scheduling with them was easy. The crew arrived on time and ready to get to work right away. I discussed multiple options for the job and, when they gave me a totally reasonable guaranteed price for the entire project, I had to go with them and dismiss all competitors. They finished the work over two days, just as I'd hoped. Great communication with the team onsite throughout. Very professional and thorough. They did everything they promised. I trust (hope) they handled the disposal (or reuse) of the stuff appropriately. Appreciated that they accepted charge cards. Gave a well-deserved cash gratuity for the team. read more

This was the first time I'd used Junk Relief. I wanted to get rid of a recliner and ottoman and being on the top floor of a 3 floor walk up, I wasn't going to do it myself. I contacted the company thru their website on Sunday and described the job and uploaded pics which was very easy. I received an acknowledgment email with an estimate about an hour later. Being Sunday, I hadn't expected to hear from them until Monday. I accepted the estimate and was able to schedule for that Tuesday-only 2 days later. As promised, the crew sent me a text 30 minutes before they arrived. The two guys were personable and professional and the whole job was done in 20 minutes. Even better, I got $10 off the estimate which was a nice surprise. I will definitely be using them again as I have a sofa bed that is being replaced with a new one. I was very pleased with the service read more

I ordered a new sectional for my living room on Black Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that it could be delivered right before Christmas. But I had to get rid of the current furniture which was not in a condition that could be sold. I called Junk Relief on a Saturday and on Monday they had a team out to remove the furniture. I was quoted a price range and the amount charged was within the range. The team was professional and courteous and they were even early! When I couldn't give away a couch & loveseat, I called Junk Relief. What an unexpectedly good experience! First, they were able to quote the price ($125) without coming out. These guys are the bomb! I had them come to remove a built-in refrigerator as part of a kitchen remodel. The refrigerator probably weighed between 400-600pds and our two guys - Pablo and Reinado - did it on their own! I mean, sure I was terrified for them (and I'm sure they were terrified getting it down our front steps haha), but they got the job done and were so pleasant to boot. Professional, fair pricing, and a great crew. Oh, and one additional comment - the owner was also awesome to deal with. He was super nice and extremely responsive. Every time I reached out I would get a response in under an hour - more like minutes. I would absolutely recommend and use again. read more

Junk Relief was awesome! We're moving and with all the restrictions about donations and consigning items, we had tons of items that needed to be picked up. The guys were very polite and careful and cognizant of the Covid-19 requirements. But the outstanding thing they did was come back a second time! After they left I realized how many closets and drawers hadn't been totally cleaned out (note: when kids and even some adults clean out a closet and say it's done that means they've removed what they want and left everything else). I called the office and they said they would have the truck come back and pick up the new items, which they did. Highly recommend! read more

Great experience. Needed a mattress and box spring removed. Crew gave me 30 mins notice, showed up on time, and were able to come up to my condo to remove the items. They were very careful not to touch the freshly painted walls as well, which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend. read more
