I called Peddle, spoke to Francine and she helped me fill out the pink slip and answered all my questions. A huge inconvenience. Was told my car would be picked up between 8am-12pm Friday, 8/30. Called at 11am after nobody contacted me for pickup && was told my carrier was still en route. Called BACK at 2:30pm and was told my order for pickup had never even been pushed through. I was transferred to the actual company picking my car up and told somebody would definitely be out that afternoon/evening and I STILL HAVE YET TO BE CONTACTED. I've been trying to sell my car through the site for several days now. I get the same error every time saying the "offer is no longer valid." How can it not be valid when the offer is 30 seconds old? Then I received a couple emails letting me know the offer was still available. The same error appears when I try to accept those offers through the email. No problem though. I'll just call the support line on the website. Except the phone number listed on the site isn't for Junk Car Medics. It's for a service called Peddle. When I try to explain this to the man on the phone he has no idea what I'm talking about. He quotes me a new offer for a MUCH lower price. I give him the offer ID that was included in the email for the original offer 2 days earlier. He cannot find it in his system. No problem though. I'll just email the support through the website. After a day I'm finally emailed back and am told that there must be some mistake and I have to call to get the issue resolved. She give me a phone number to call. It's the same number as before. My first red flag should have been that after filling out my information I got sent to Peddle, then I got paired up with a carrier. I would not bother with them, they made me an offer, i agreed on a price, they assigned me to Peddle.com, who set me up with a carrier. The one issue was that I had misplaced my title, but they said they had some companies that would take it, I just needed to have recent registration in my name and my ID.I talked to the carrier, we agreed on a day for them to come get car, I called them back on the morning of that day, and they still said they were coming, they would call me when they were on the way. Then they never showed. When I talked to them again they said they were busy somewhere else, and I asked them why they didnt at least let me know so we could reschedule, and the guy just grunted at me. I called Peddle, they call the Towing company back to try to do it another day, and now they said I was too far away and they wouldnt come at all. They supposedly searched for another carrier and couldnt find one. When I asked why they said they could do it if they werent willing to come this far, they got very rude with me, and told me it was my fault because I didnt have my title, which they had told me would be ok.
