In order to do this, we had installed a harness wiring system that was needed to give a connection for lights for the trailer. Before we even left, the wiring gave us all sorts of unbelievable grief ( another story for sure) and about an hour into our travels, all of the emergency lights went on and we were stuck with the owners manual trying to figure out what to do next. Less than a mile away, we found Sunset via a Google search. Literally 8 minutes before closing time, we pulled in and Roy reassured me that we were in a " no crying zone"!! He knew exactly what to do do get us in the road safely and gave us the confidence that we would be ok. Part of me didn't want to write this review, because I don't want to have Roy inconvenienced by other desperate drivers right at closing time!!! The used Jeep we bought was reasonably priced & it was originally bought brand new from Farrells, serviced there & then traded in. All the service information was available for me to look at before deciding to purchase the Jeep. Same thing with our 2nd car. It was a Chrystler 300 with very low miles, bought from Farrells brand new, serviced there, then traded in. We recently took my husbands grandmother there to purchase her new car! The only complaintg I have is about a certain service department employee. He is rude & not helpful at all. On 2 occasions he treated me like i was dumb because im a female & told me i was wrong about the problems i was having with the car. A few months later, the problem became a bigger problem that was gonna cost me a lot more tahn is would've a few months earlier. Farrells, of course, took care of me :)
