Siri said Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep was 6 miles to the west but it only has 3.1 stars... "Do you want this one?".... Without options, I said YES and showed up unannounced. I was greeted by the kindest, most professional, and extremely empathetic Service Advisor, Jason. More than most, I have a great appreciation for the service industry. I never feel/act entitled which may contribute to continued luck here. Jason finished what he was doing to quickly plug the vehicle into the diagnostic system; found the problem; checked for parts and indicated they would get me in/on my way in a few hours. All the service information was available for me to look at before deciding to purchase the Jeep. Same thing with our 2nd car. It was a Chrystler 300 with very low miles, bought from Farrells brand new, serviced there, then traded in. We recently took my husbands grandmother there to purchase her new car! The only complaintg I have is about a certain service department employee. He is rude & not helpful at all. On 2 occasions he treated me like i was dumb because im a female & told me i was wrong about the problems i was having with the car. Was a very good choice going to larry's for an oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment a few couple weeks out and the morning appointment and as soon as I got there they put my SUV on the rack and started the oil change. they did a great job at the oil change and tire rotation and it was very well price compared to Mercedes and even a couple of other dealerships where I had a couple estimates. Actually I sold saw a older gentleman walking around introduce myself and it turned out to be Larry the owner of the dealership. Larry was very friendly. I would definitely go back there again.
