I walked out to look at my worn equipment and without any hassle the mechanic showed me what I had, or in this case, what I didn't have. I went back to the waiting room, full of all different types of mags, a full coffee pot and a clean rest room, yea, those two kinda go together. My car was down off the lift and out for a test drive within an hour and the price was exactly what was quoted on the phone. (cheapest of 6 places that I called) No one tried to sell me anything else or find other stuff wrong with the car, in fact the one mechanic actually gave some great advise on how to solve another issue I'm having with out spending another chunk of change. He worked with us to get a used tire on the rim, balanced, and ready to go. He got the tire out of the car, and when it was done, he put a bag over it and placed it back in the car. Especially noteworthy was the initiative that he exercised in giving us the tire for free, only asking that we come back and purchase tires from them in the future. I appreciated the kindness and I will be back to purchase tires in the near future. As I said, wonderful initiative to build customer relationships without depending on manufacturer discounts.
