Don't ever call Mancuso Service Center for any kind of towing. I've been waiting for a tow for now for almost 4 hrs. The driver (Justin) did contact me and told me that he's sorry it's taking so long to get me. He's been slammed all day with no help. I won't be calling them for anything. a lot of the reviews for this garage are old. this is my personal mechanic and I can say out of the 5-6 times I've gone to him he's been incredibly helpful for me. now I've seen some reviews that attack specific mechanics and this could be the case but the reviews are old and in my experience I've never had a problem with this shop. the prices are fair. Very fair probably the best you'll get in Fredonia. I cannot attest to his level of ability since I didn't ask him to replace a motor or something incredibly hard, more simple stuff (exhaust repair, power steering repair, so on and so fourth) but I can tell you that he is a good guy (the owner that is) and while he may come off as blunt, that's exactly the thing I look for in a mechanic. he just tells you how it is. he tells you exactly what he needs to do, he's straightforward and honest about the entire ordeal. Super super respectable. If he can't fix it he'll tell you that. took a car that has been going for years and was on the end of her life. told me exactly how much it would cost and even recommended (instead of taking a job that would get him a good amount of money) to just buy a new car because even after repair he didn't think it would last long. At the end of the day all mechanics make mistakes but I've absolutely never had a problem with this guy. as far as my interactions and experiences have went he's always been a stand up, honest, and respectful guy. That's all you can ask for especially in a town like this where the other options are either over priced or mechanics that live on their high horse. would absolutely recommend and have as well to people in my personal life and anyone who needs a personal mechanic. Completely unprofessional and will never be taking a vehicle here again. I've never had a problem with a garage like this before but when my brake line went, I took it to them. I had an appointment at a better garage but Mancuso's told me they could do it 4 days earlier. Instead, it took them just as long and they did not call me when it was finished. I only found that the car was ready to be picked up when I called them to check the status the following day. They suggested replacing both lines but were able to repair the rupture so I requested the latter. When I left, I found that they had drilled a self-threading bolt straight into my front, passenger side tire only after stopping to pump my tires when the pressure light came on. Bolts flip on their sides when run over where nails puncture tires and there were socket friction marks around the bolt on the rubber, suggesting that the puncture was deliberate. Kevin was the name of the mechanic that handled my vehicle and likely the mechanic responsible for the bolt. Completely uncommunicative and intent on nickel-and-diming their costumers. I would suggest Pompender's or Dunn instead. read more

Pulled in with my 93 Honda civic thats a full street car . Semi built , tuned on 93. I tell the guy 20 bucks of 93 . He puts reg gas in my boosted civic. I should have made his old ass drain my tank and repump it but I had places to be . I had to stay out of boost for the whole tank of gas because it would have blow the motor had I reached full boosted. I was tuned for 93, I said 93 . HUGE MISTAKE. Told him if it blew up id be back for my new built motor! read more

While traveling over I-90 we got a flat tire. Clearly the donut/spare was not going to get us to our destination so we pulled off the next exit. Mancuso's was recommended to us by a man my husband talked with. Our tire was fixed and replaced and we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better service. read more

Good garage for big and small jobs. My two old cars are still serving us well cuz of them. Best to get appt - getting parts can take time.

they have worked on my car previously and I've never really had a problem until lately. the customer service aspect of the business is at an all time low. it's sad to see such great have a bad taste in your mouth just because of the bad experience with the front end people. read more
