My husband and I have needed Cassatt's towing services 3 times since the beginning of 2023. Each time Kyle came to our rescue. We want to take this opportunity to tell Cassatt & Sons and everyone else about the excellent service we received. Kyle arrived in a timely manner, and before even looking at the car, each time he made sure we were OK. Kyle shows a sincere concern for his customer's wellbeing as well as their vehicle and their property. The first time we called for help (4-10-2023 MVA), Kyle came to our rescue. It took him almost 2 hours to free our car from the collision site dangerously near falling into the lake, because he took extra care to keep our car drivable and safe. On the other two occasions, we were glad to see it was Kyle again who came out to assist us. Kyle was able to suggest possibilities we could pass along to the dealer and repair shop concerning a recurring engine problem. This saved us the cost of additional car rentals during repairs. I had suffered a concussion/traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the 4-10-2023 motor vehicle accident, but purposed to write a review on Kyle's excellent service as soon as I could. I'm delighted now to give Kyle and Cassatt & Sons Towing a 5-Star review. read more

I called AAA because I couldn't start my car in a restaurant parking lot (and tried jumping battery) they contactiEd me immediately and kept me informed of when they would get to my car. I thought I would need diagnostics and a long wait to get my car serviced ( thought it was the starter or alternator) but they were able to jump it, it started right up, they assured me it was only the battery and replaced it. I was able to drive away a short time later. i have not had a problem since. i was 150 miles from my home and I can't say enough about their kindness, efficiency, care and concern for me. they are the best! I would rate them ten out of five stars if I could! read more

My car was broken down at a gas station and there wasn't a tow service nearby. They drove in from Sinclairville all the way to Limestone, then towed my vehicle to Olean. They were extremely fast and efficiant! The owner took time to explain step by step what was happening with my vehicle. He even went the extra mile by calling the car dealership to explain what he saw and what was happening with my vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend them over any other towing service! read more

The team was great they were able to get my Brother in Law picked up ,drop him to a near by hotel and drop the car at a local garage where someone could review the cars needs. All this was done over the phone with me being 400 miles away. They put me at ease with the response time and call back to verify everything was taken care of. Thank you for making the unknown easy and known. I would highly recommend this team they were friendly and helpful. read more

We had a flat tire on our Ford F150 on May 2, 2024. Prior experience with the difficulty of removing the spare from its position under the truck bed influenced our decision to let the pros take care of it for us. The young man who came out (Dakota?) struggled for a while with the mechanism for cranking down the spare from its perch but persevered and figured out the correct procedure. Job well done and appreciated! read more
