Just had my car detailed today...I paid for the $225 level interior service, and my father did the…read morebasic $125 interior service. Total time for both cars was approximately 4 hours...but as it was done right in our own driveway, the convenience can't be beat. The detailer's name was Nick, and he was very friendly and considerate. When he was finished, he had us come and take a look before receiving any money. My father and I were both impressed by how wonderful the vehicles looked afterward. My only thought...and it's not really so much of a criticism...but there was a compartment under the passenger front seat and also the glove box that were not cleaned. My father left everything in his glove box because he didn't feel it needed attention and maybe the glove box isn't a normal inclusion to the service. In addition to that...and this one is on me...but I forgot to remove my steering wheel cover and I don't think that was necessarily looked over either...but as I use a steering wheel cover it's not a big deal and certainly wouldn't hold me back from calling this company again for a repeat cleaning in the future. All in all...I feel that the price I paid was well worth the service received. True that I may be able to find a similar level service elsewhere for less money...but as mentioned earlier...the convenience of having them come to your own home cannot be beat. They are not just there for the quick sale - they are there to make sure you know exactly what you are getting AND how to use it. My last purchase was my Father's Day gift - a Stihl chainsaw! It wasn't that I had never used one before, but they made sure I knew how to use this one. They didn't stop there either - they filled it up - got it running and explained how to change the air filter - how to clean the air filter - how to use the "Easy" start - how to change the bar, chain and put it all back together. They explained everything so carefully to me - even picking up a few expert tips on how to cut down a tree. Amazing guys here and they actually make you feel like you are part of the family! The prices may be a bit high, but for what I bought - I know I got the best deal around and know they stand 100% behind everything they sell. There is never a parking issue - they take credit cards - if they don't have it they can get it for you! My review is only about the purchasing end of things though - I only know about their repair second hand so will not comment other then that I've never heard about complaints. I just haven't had to bring anything back for repairs!
