Have a Mercedes Benz ML 350 and did not want to drive to Buffalo and back. I like to give local businesses a shot. Was a very good choice going to larry's for an oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment a few couple weeks out and the morning appointment and as soon as I got there they put my SUV on the rack and started the oil change. they did a great job at the oil change and tire rotation and it was very well price compared to Mercedes and even a couple of other dealerships where I had a couple estimates. Actually I sold saw a older gentleman walking around introduce myself and it turned out to be Larry the owner of the dealership. Larry was very friendly. BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle here. We bought a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD that they said had supposedly "passed their 132 point inspection process" but NO inspection sticker on vehicle. When attempted to get vehicle inspected in PA, it failed!! Larry Spacc refused to even speak with me on telephone, unlike his immediate call to me to get information for financing. Unwilling to do anything to correct problem. Lied to PA Attorney General office and told them he made offers to repair when he did not. Said "Brooke from Service Department would call me" but she did not call me either. Save your time and money and buy somewhere else. This dealership does not care about it's customers, only selling and making money. You are on your own for any problems. This dealership should NOT be in business!! Allison Spacc promised to deliver a GMC Denali before the Thanksgiving Holiday, GM was offering 0 % financing at that time. First, the car "was on the train", then "I'll check the system" and finally, "the government will not allow GM to give 0 % financing. After the vehicle finally arrived on January 11, the deal was to be redone with almost 5% interest. I smelled a rat and walked away from the deal. Worst owner ever! At first they appear to have great customer service , until theres an issue. I bought a vehicle there and was given one key, for a ford, which was not the admin key (at the time I knew nothing about there even being administrative keys or other keys). And then some settings were accidentally activated on the vehicle which restricts certain things like speed and music volume, and I am now unable to deactivate these restrictions without an admin key. I spoke with the Ford company and The only solution to fixing this is to buy a new key and have it programmed as the admin, which would cost $250.00. When speaking to the boss/owner , he played dumb as of hed never heard of this "my key" setting , and said how does he know he didnt give me 2 keys and I lost one. So I asked him to pull up records and the records were worded as buyer was given "all" keys , without a number of keys...I explained the problematic wording of that and how if you only have 1 key to give then you technically gave me "all" keys and that you should actually write the number. This conversation just went around in circles, and he was un willing to cover the cost of the admin key. Then following this i have since been since searching to trade in my vehicle and with my fiance's assistant and through talking to other dealers I have come to realize what a shitty deal they gave me , as well as having thrown in extra warranty type things with out my knowledge....$700 for tire protection basically that was never discussed. I have learned my lesson to be sure and read paperwork much closer from now on, but I would never buy another vehicle from these people, they are sneaky unprofessionals... even GMC wont work with them anymore...you'll notice they had to take their GMC sign down...that would be because they lost their GMC licence they suck so bad. read more

I am majorly disappointed in this dealership. I tried to find the price and trade price for a vehicle at their Jamestown location a few years ago. I was told they needed me to sign a paper to get me the info since I needed to leave quickly to go to work. A few of days later I got a call wondering when I was going to come in and sign my loan!?! That was what the paper was and I had NOT committed to anything while I was there. I contacted the main office in Dunkirk to complain and all I got was that it was the only way to determine a price! I was between 65 and 68 years old at the time and had purchased MANY vehicles and NEVER had anyone try that tactic previously! I got an e-mail add from Spacc the other day and there was a (supposed left over) New 2018 Acadia listed so I figured that I would give them a second chance after this few years. I gave my guidelines and asked them to please respond either way and that I understood if it was outside of what they could do. I wasn't even so disgusted by the fact that they failed to respond as I was about the fact that they sent me a new e-mail to join in their "Price Watch" program. I will say the prices are not bad, and the financing was made very easy. I have to say though that if you buy a vehicle from here make sure everything is done BEFORE you take it. It has been 4 months that I've been trying to get a problem fixed that was supposed to be taken care of the first week I bought the car.
