But for those unfamiliar, bottomless doesn't divide your shots into two physical shots. so it looks like "one" shot. but it would be 2 shots if it had that attachment. Shots are dialed by weight, so your coffee will be consistent! The layout of the cafe is nice: entry/line formation moves in a counter clockwise motion. Allows customers to enter space and wait in line while leaving space for people to exit/ wait to pick up their drink. First come, first serve for pastries - expect this for freshness purposes. Drink and their components are measured for consistency and quality control. Wait is subjective in relation to volume at the time which you go. Came in at about 1:30 PM on a Sunday (today was 8/16). Curated menu for their specialty drinks that aligns with their identity. Standard menu for espresso based beverages. Great selection for their Single Origin menu. Roasters they use align with those they highlight on their shelves for retail as a multi-roaster cafe. Ordered a Columbia from Hydrangea - enjoyed thoroughly! When it was still quite hot you get the heavy aroma and flavor of the pastry notes in the coffee. Then more tea-like once it cools down more. Coldbrew in the Woodman did not feel like your typical bold-in-flavor base. Which I think works for the inclusions in the beverage. Not your typical/second wave coffee shop. A friend and I came in at lunchtime intending to order lunch and coffee, but we had to leave without ordering because there was nowhere to sit. About ten of the available tables were each occupied by a single person working on a computer. I understand that cafés can be comfortable places to work, but in such a small space, it would be helpful if Saint placed some limits on laptop use during busy meal hours. Customers coming in to enjoy lunch or coffee together should also have a reasonable chance of finding a table. I truly hope they address this, because I would like to keep supporting this lovely neighborhood café.

It was really thick, creamy, and smooth, and I loved the cold foam on top. The foam was rich and had a nice texture that made the drink feel like a dessert. The coffee flavor still came through underneath all the creaminess, but it was a super heavy drink. Definitely a drink I would get again. The vanilla latte was just okay in comparison. It wasn't nearly as thick or creamy, and the vanilla flavor tasted a little artificial to me. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the vanilla flavor tasted a little more natural and the drink had a richer texture. The drink sizes are also pretty small, especially considering the price, so I wish there was a little more in the cup. Both drinks were ready really quickly though, which was nice since we didn't have to wait around. Parking is probably the biggest inconvenience here. There is very limited parking around the shop, so you'll most likely have to find street parking nearby, which can be difficult depending on how busy the area is. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would come back for the cloud cream coffee.

Customer service is wonderful! It's always nice to come here and talk with the employees. They're great people overall and they seem to be of similar personalities. The indoor space gets filled up very quickly. It's an open area, but there's almost always a line out the door. They can get really busy and your drinks may take a while if you come during peak hours. Thankfully, they might open up the window so an outdoor breeze comes through. This way, the place never gets humid. Plenty of outdoor seating areas if you want to spend more time here. It can be hard to get here because you have to street park, but it's worth it.
