I ordered a variety of tacos such as the lengua, tripa, cabeza, al pastor, and asada. My favorite was their lengua, tripa and cabeza. The al pastor was good, but lacked the smokiness I usually look for in it. The asada is a classic and was flavorful. The tacos had a good amount of meat to tortilla ratio. I had all the toppings on it and they added salsa for each taco, the type of salsa varies for the meat you order. Most of the tacos are $2.50, some are $3. When I visiting they have chicken tacos for $2.

What stood out right away was how different they were from each other in the best way possible. Each had its own flavor profile, and both were incredibly well-balanced, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into the seasoning and preparation. We also got the garlic dipping sauce, and while the wraps honestly didn't even need it, it took everything to another level. So rich, so flavorful, and the perfect complement. On top of the food being amazing, the service was just as good. Super friendly, welcoming, quick and happy to help. We'll absolutely be coming back. I was quoted a 10 min wait time so I would expect a longer wait time if there was actually a line. I'm more used to Asian variations of these types of dumplings. It came with a container of sour cream and it added a layer of hearty deliciousness I wasn't used to but was a rich treat. It was a fabulous comfort lunch on a chilly rainy day.
