Definitely a no frills, hole in the wall food truck, located in a lot next to an automotive shop…read more I've heard of this place from locals in Vancouver and wanted to stop by. Warning, they are cash only so bring cash. There is parking here just don't expect a nice lot, there's a gravel lot for parking which isn't an issue. I ordered a variety of tacos such as the lengua, tripa, cabeza, al pastor, and asada. My favorite was their lengua, tripa and cabeza. The al pastor was good, but lacked the smokiness I usually look for in it. The asada is a classic and was flavorful. The tacos had a good amount of meat to tortilla ratio. I had all the toppings on it and they added salsa for each taco, the type of salsa varies for the meat you order. Most of the tacos are $2.50, some are $3. When I visiting they have chicken tacos for $2.

I ordered a veggie burrito and it was pretty good. It could've been hotter in temperature though. I'd like to try their tacos next time. They would've been more messy to eat (taking my food back to work). I asked for both red and green sauce. I liked the red better-great flavor! The green wasn't bad either. I usually like green better but not here. I'm looking forward to going back to try other things. Sorry I didn't get a pic this time. The portion size was good but not quite as big as some I've had.

We were at the Mall and wanted something different. I went to google Maps and typed in "food near…read moreme," to get every possible option. At the edge of the screen I saw "Mediterranean." It was only a couple of miles away. We find what appears to be a food truck and behind it a tiny storefront mostly hidden by the truck and an empty store next to it. There are a few parking spaces. Most people might turn and drive away, but having traveled the world and growing up near NYC, I know not to ever judge a restaurant by its unfortunate location. We ordered two of the Gyros. They serve a nice tea for free. The owner's name is Edmund. He was very friendly and he gave us some samples of his Chicken Shawarma and Falafel so we could try them. All the food was fresh, carefully prepared, and was delicious. You can see he takes his business and his families traditional foods very seriously. So if you want a break from pizza, burgers, cold cuts, and greasy American Chinese food, go experience Edmond's Humas Humas. Don't forget to tell him a guy on Google sent you.

On our last visit there earlier this week, we had gyros, falafel, and salad. The gyros they serve are the best we have ever eaten as well as their falafel. The sauces are all topnotch and delicious also. Their food is authentic Middle Eastern and it is the best we have had in Vancouver. The restaurant is small and is located in a strip mall, so it apparently does lots of take out orders. We always dine in but our orders are always served in take out containers, but each table in the dining room had vases of fresh roses. We are just happy we discovered this restaurant and this wonderful food. Highly recommend if you like Middle Eastern fare.

The burrito is huge and has tons a juicy pulled pork in it. I would say it easily weighs a pound. I munched on it on my way home. It was very tasty and hot temperature wise too. The first couple bites I got some potatoes and then mostly after that I got pulled pork. It would have been better if there was more eggs in the burrito but over all it was delicious. Oh, it's was ready within 5 mins of placing the order too. I think next time I got there I will get the biscuits and gravy again.

We tried the Cubano, the shiner burrito and brunch fries. The cubano is different than others I've had but it was still really good. The burrito was simple but the kalua pork they use was delicious. No one ingredient overpowered another which was ideal. The fries were my favorite. The soft pork, with the crispy pork and the melted cheese. So simple but so good. They were super nice and it was relatively quick considering they were pretty busy. My only struggle is that they are not open on the weekends and I could only go due to being off for the holiday. Overall I would definitely recommend if you're able to stop by.
