I have been on the receiving end of her extremely rude attitude everytime I have been there whilst at the same time she spoke in a very friendly manner with other customers. Not only myself but other female friends of mine wearing the headscarf have noticed the exact same attitude so there is no misunderstanding. 5 people can not be mistaken! What she can not see past her prejudice against the Muslims is that we are professionals myself having served in the forces for 6 years, my friend who is a dentist, another who is an accountant and other two who are professionals too paying thousands in tax into the country and do not deserve such pathetic attitude from a middle aged prejudiced lady behind the counter. We will take civil action against her should her bad attitude continue. Also someone like her should not be representing a big name such as the post office which is affiliated with Royal Mail. Hope somebody can have a word with her and blow some sense into her prejudiced brain.

Not so much a post office as an Aladdin's Cave. There are 5 post office counters although the two…read moreat the front of the shop are seldom manned. You usually have to queue for one of the three at the rear of the store. This takes you past an array of items on sale from the predictable; parcel wrappings etc. to the unexpected; knee support bandages and shower curtains! The staff are generally friendly but they do tend to 'upsell' whenever they can. They also unlock phones and fix laptops here! Bizarre but handy shop.

Zero concept of speed, customer service, or listening to complaint or feedback. Prime concern is upselling - do u want this that or the other madam/ sir, to boost our profits? My response - 'no, I've waited 30 mins in queue (a line of skeletons) during my lunch hour whilst you have spent 5 mins on each agitated customer trying to sell them stamps phone cards zebras unicorns and all else they would have asked for if they wanted - and all I want now is for you to keep your gob shut and give me a receipt of my recorded delivery letter so I can depart this hellhole'. A former sweet shop which should have remained a sweet shop - a Royal Mail reorganisational disaster. Complaints or feedback met with blanks stares - always the customer's fault, never theirs. None of the staff would last 5 mins behind the bar of an empty pub on a Sunday evening

Went to Kensington High street Post office to renew our expired passport today 10am 10/07/24. We were served by a gentileman (name Badge was Harinder). Harinder considered our age and explained the cons and pros of the application system and chose the safest system to apply and receive. He was very knowledeable in that field. He also advised us not to travel with out a travel insurance, and to my wife about a life insurance for six pounds. We were very happy with the service. Now a days Super market to Hospitals are considering people as consumers. This gentleman treated us as a friend advised for our welfare. Thank you Harinder.

It's spacious, clean and bright, with a reasonably sized sales area selling stationery items - the queue goes through it, so you can browse while you are waiting. Service is pretty reasonable - the queues here don't seem too bad, and move fairly quickly, and the staff are generally friendly. Christmas is the exception though, when you may have to wait 15 minutes. It's always better first thing in the morning. Services include everything you'd expect from a large branch - Royal Mail, Licences, Bureau de Change, Insurance and various other offers from the Post Office (though these are mostly available online too). There's a bus stop just outside with a wide range of services.
