This post office is dreadful, the young man that serves at post office counter is abrupt and rude…read moreand unhelpful and sarcastic when you ask him a question, he over charges , dont stick labels on parcels properly, swears, just throws your parcels regardless if there fragile. he is a angry nasty young man and dont ever use this post office unless you wont to get over charged and swore at, he never smiles or even says hello, nasty nasty man. I will never use again and advise everyone to never use it either, i will put out as many posts as possible as it really is that bad!!!!! avoid. use another post office. This post office was better before with friendly staff, but since it recently changed hands and now everyone in there is new and it is now the worst post i have ever used. She was quoted £9.90 . She questioned the price and they said they could do a service for just over. I interrupted and asked why they just couldn't quote her the first class price. On doing so,s he paid just over £3 for the service. I then asked why the continuously always quote the highest price to customers first. I was met with silence. I only now use the shop in an emergency. I choose to walk an extra 20 minutes to go to shop where the staff are friendly and helpful and quote the first class price first and THEN ask if I want to pay more for registered or recorded services. They must be on commission - treating customers like this, especially pensioners is appalling. Shame on them!

I have sent a parcel with Fedex via this branch and it was suppose to arrive last Saturday 4th September 2021 to Qatar. Th parcel however did not arrive on time and after 4 days of delay no one is giving us any clear answer about the reason of the delay or the current situation and location of the parcel. even though I was told by the branch staff that the service is guaranteed to arrive on time but they are now refusing to take any responsibility. After contacting the branch for several times begging them for a update, I went to the shop in person to see the branch manager. Mark was rude and useless. He refused to send me any email regarding the latest on my parcel delivery. He insulted me in many ways constantly calling me a lier and somehow kicking me out of the shop. He even told me do not move your hands when you are taking to me. When I asked him to chase the parcel with FEDEX, he refused saying there is nothing he can do but to wait. Meanwhile FEDEX is playing a game asking us to contact the third party (Mail boxes ect). The parcel was crucial to arrive on time as it was work related and my company's reputation has been severely damaged by this awful delay. We are desperate to learn about the fate of our parcel but no one is taking responsibility. I would never recommend Mail Boxes ect and would never use them again.

Went to drop off a pre-paid UPS package. They're a registered UPS vendor. They wanted to charge me…read more£2.50 to hold the package for UPS to pick-up. I'm certain UPS would already be stopping by to pick up other packages. And even if they weren't, UPS wouldn't charge MBE to make a pick-up. I've done business with this store before. This is the last time. They won't get any more of my money. Very short sighted to treat their customers this way.
