We had so much fun here over Christmas 2023! We went for toddler time and the adults have just as much fun, if not more fun, than the kids!!

I loved seeing all the children play, bounce, and flip around. They were so happy…read more We registered and paid for admission and cool socks that celebrate St Judes Children's Hospital. Fun with a purpose. The checking was very easy and the staff is very gracious, kind, and efficient. I did learn that I needed to bring my water bottles from home instead of paying $3.50 for a drink from the event's snack zone. Parking is free, great and there is a lot of it available. Everyone is friendly. I will play with the children next time we come. It looks like fun to me.

This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a family…read morevenue. The facility was filthy and clearly neglected: * No soap in the dispensers * Toilet paper scattered all over the bathroom floors * A completely broken changing table that made it impossible to safely change a baby For a place marketed toward families and children, this is unacceptable. What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the Operations Director, Logan Lortz. When I brought up concerns about the condition of the bathroom, he openly told me he "didn't care." During our entire visit, he instead followed me and my children around the facility for well over an hour, obsessively watching and policing every little thing my kids did to the point that it became deeply uncomfortable and concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate sanitation and safety concerns, management chose intimidation and harassment. We ended up leaving early and canceling our membership because the environment felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely not family-friendly. Parents should seriously reconsider before bringing their children here.

Unlimited jump Tuesday's is a way to go. The birthday parties here are well worth it…read more I think they can clean the place better. There were foam pieces all over the floor and they can sanitize just by seeing the restrooms and the floors. But the experience here is worthwhile for my kiddoes. You have to pay for the socks and it's $16.99 per hour. But Tuesdays is all day jump! I've done it twice and my kids hearts were won thorough all the fun they had. My son did his birthday party here and I like that I get to customize the party to bring food and cake without all the extra restrictions. You have to pay for the drinks so, that alone can add up. I come here to bring a group of teenagers and everyone stayed entertained and happy. They would have promos through the week. The obstacle courses here, toddler play area and games are an added bonus. The zip line is another kid favorites.

Went to The Surge with my kiddo and we had an absolute blast! The place is huge and there's music…read moreplaying in the background which really adds to the fun atmosphere. There's so much to do and they even offer party hosting if you're looking for a spot to celebrate. We played for about an hour and a half and spent around $40 for the both of us (including socks, I think). One thing I really appreciated was the area reserved for kids three and under it's nice knowing the little ones have a safe space away from the bigger kids. Overall, we had a great experience. My only downside was the restroom it was pretty disgusting, smelled bad, and definitely wasn't clean. Other than that we really enjoyed our time and would come back.

They have made improvements to some of the broken equipment but one of the main attractions (ninja course) is still down for what seems like forever. If i could i would give 3.5 stars due to the ninja course area being down, but due to everything else being great i rounded up to 4!

My SIL mentioned that Sky Zone is a bigger name and comes from out of state, but don't quote me quoting her lol. My kids love going here. They ask all the time to go. There are various sections like the foam pit, dodgeball-type area with ramps and basketball hoops and there is a main trampoline area in the middle. They let kids of all ages on from little tots all the way up to more mature folks, as in, adults. During our visit, something I had not seen at previous businesses is that they have organized games on the trampolines, which I thought was nice, but I feel like the little ones should have their own area because there were a few times that they came really close to getting trampled on. It was hard to watch. Things to note: - you must sign a waiver for your kids before jumping, the QR code can be found upon entry - they have memberships available - a one time jump pass was $22/child - you can bring your own jump socks, but they also have some for purchase - they also have drinks and snacks available in vending machines, but during out visit, it was over the holiday break and it was prime time, and the water machine was empty Be careful and enjoy! Never stop exploring!
