Despite being informed of the facility's supervision policies, my daughter sustained a serious injury, breaking two bones in her arm. At the time of the incident, multiple staff members were standing approximately two feet away, engaged in conversation, and failed to notice the injury. I reached my daughter before any staff member responded or intervened. This lack of awareness and response is deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility to ANY parents, especially those who expect active, attentive supervision of their children.

I went here a couple Saturday mornings ago with a group of about six. It was the first time playing…read morepaintball for all of us, which staff was aware of. The staff was very friendly however it did seem to be a bit disorganized. For instance, they did an orientation for the first group initially there at opening however they did not do another orientation for anyone that may have come after they opened. I was under the impression that they would be doing another one when I asked and they said they were. So I did not attend that orientation since I was still waiting for the remainder of my group. Once my group bought tickets, we sat under a Ramada and waited until it was our turn to start a game. However, no one actually approached us to let us know it was time. We watched a referee approach another group and tell them it was time as well as their group letter. When we bought tickets, no one told us our group letter. There was another group nearby with the same issue and we both had to approach ticketing to learn our group letters, which were in fact with the group which was ready to play. Once getting on the field to play, there are so many different games you could play which is really cool and they do a good job explaining them to you. h However, they never explained how to use the gun. Once the game started, I found my gun didn't work and had to find out from nearby kids that it did not have air, which I did not realize I needed to check. I also don't understand why I was given a gun with no air when we were there at opening. One of the staff apologized that he forgot to let us know about this. He was very friendly. So we filled my gun with air. But going back, my gun still didn't work for the 2nd game, so I had to learn from the referee how to use the gun, making this the 2nd game that I was still unable to use the gun. If they were to give more clarity to new guests upon starting play, I think this would really improve the experience for beginners. The course seem to be extensive and they sell snacks, including full size bags of chips. For $45 they give you 500 paintballs, the gun, and the helmet and allow you to play until your paintballs are done. My group was able to play about Five or six games. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and had a good time. I would return.

First time at Old Tucson! This place is a Tucson classic…read more Old Tucson is a historic film studio and Western-themed attraction located just outside Tucson, and it was originally built in 1939 for the movie "Arizona." Over the years, it has been a major filming location for various Western films and has been preserved as an old Western town for the public to visit. The summer night markets have begun with free parking and admission. There are various vendors selling their crafts and food, and it's nice to be able to support a local establishment and vendors.

But there is kids and senior and military discounts for general admission once they are in full swing which should be January 2027

Lots of parking, lots of tennis/pickleball courts, pools, exercise, kids area and even a beauty salon! Very cool local country club vibes but still family run. My mom mentioned they're doing renovations here and there and it's looking great so far. The pool was lovely and it's salt water which is nice. We had a post pool lunch in the restaurant. Fast and friendly service and we both enjoyed our sandwiches. I saw that they do live music and bbq's on Friday nights which sounded fun. Overall very impressed with this lil slice of paradise.

There is always something going on here. Today after a late lunch, I took the time to walk the…read morepark's perimeter. I had my dog Gretel with me. I parked near the rec center in the covered parking area and used my Strava app to show me the paths. None of these paths were marked. My route was a combination of dirt and paved paths, starting from the rec center and walking south along the paved multi-use trail leading to the Pantano Wash. I passed several sports fields. Most of the fields were well irrigated and green. I then turned east on a wide dirt path along the southern boundary. This was the least scenic section because of homeless camps here, accompanied by the trash the people leave behind. I didn't see any one here, so I felt safe enough to continue. The southern section is for BMX and dirt bikes as dirt trails converse in all directions. I walked north on another wide path back to the more developed area and finished off on the walking path that parallels Tanque Verde Blvd. The entire perimeter was 2.16 miles. I did not go inside the rec center since I had my dog with me, but the center seems to have everything an active family enjoys, including a swimming pool and splash pad. The Farmer's Market is Friday mornings on the north side of the park.

I went for a taichi class in a big dance, exercise & aerobic studio w wood gym type floors & mirrors . ( I believe it's available to rent ) Big gym , pool , exercise & weight machines , indoor walking track & , walking paths around big soccer fields . Many classes available & a big senior center with so many activities . My parents used to go Sunday nights maybe in summer to hear the Tucson pops? Orchestra outdoor concerts . The senior center even used to have tours available , parents had fun on a trip to Ruidoso NM group stayed at a casino. Lucky to have this inclusive exercise & activity county center facility . Parking available under shaded solar panels .

My oldest child has been attending Playformance since preschool, with birthday parties…read moreand so many different programs, and now as a teen she still loves it just as much, possibly even more, than she did back then. The coaches create such a positive environment, not just in terms of being supportive and the act of teaching, but I would argue their even more important work is being positive role models for empathy, frustration tolerance, and working through hard things. They teach kids how to work with people who might believe differently than they do, or who might just rub them the wrong way, and they've built a truly inclusive environment with programs for all ages and abilities. Kids learn to face their fears in a supported way, how to scaffold experiences when they feel nervous, and how to build toward their goals instead of avoiding them. We have not met a coach at Playformance who wasn't amazing. It isn't just one kid, though. My other children love it too. They still offer caregiver and child classes, and when we were able to attend, they were so engaging for both the toddler and the parent, creating a supportive place where parents could find community too. Camps are huge fun, and every birthday party we have attended has been wonderful, regardless of the age range. If you're thinking about joining this community, because that's really what it is, I highly recommend you jump in. You won't regret it.

She has issues with them because the coaches here are terrible. They do not "coach" or give advice. They don't teach technique. The just babysit. For $150/mo, one would assume the coaching would be at a much higher level. I've even paid for the extra training on Saturdays with no help. Before bringing your child here, you should know that the shady management team charges tuition at the beginning of the month, requires you give them 30 days' notice to cancel, AND makes you fill out a sheet and send it back to them before they'll stop charging your card. This is just a dirty tactic for them to grab a few hundred bucks extra from you when you decide to cancel. Lastly, be aware that management closes the business during all holidays as well as certain breaks and other times throughout the year and yet they still charge the $150. They're already charging more than most places, and they reserve the right to skip many sessions throughout the year without discounting the price. This is the worst gym, please consider taking your child elsewhere.
