We were looking for a fun family event in Tucson and this hit the spot! Staff was great and helpful. We love all the fun interactive screens, basketball, dodge ball and so many fun events!

Looking for a great way to tucker out your kids? This place will do it! My 3 and 6 year olds had a blast there for a birthday party. We also went when they were younger, and thought it was pretty pricey for how long you were there, but definitely worth it if the adults don't have to jump. My 6 year old was fine, but I was a little worried about my 3 year old as they do little supervising with rowdy older kids so you have to watch them closely. The place is huge so makes it hard when your one person watching 2 kids.

This place is fun but always packed! Tons of stuff to jump around on and play. Pricing isn't too bad, we came here so my nephew could jump around with a couple kids from HS. They loved it and had a great time. Pricing is based off time spent here. Not much in the way of food but tons of stuff to drink! We'll be back forsure

Overall, this place is pretty cool. It has way more to offer than Get Air. Comfortable seating options for the "observers" all over the room. Disappointed about the hamster balls (not sure what they call them there, but the large clear balls you crawl into and then roll around). They weren't out and when I asked why I was told that a couple had broken so they weren't going to bring ANY of them out at all. This stinks, since its one of the main reasons we came and no one told us when we were buying the 26 dollar tickets (for 2 hours of jumping time). I asked when they'd be back and they told me they have to order them from corporate so they don't know. They also said I should get there early in the morning if we ever want to use them because when it's busy they usually put them away! What?

It was so much fun, the girls enjoyed. The only bad thing was some teenagers running arround and no one telling them anything I was just extra careful with my daughter but even tho it was super fun and great environment. Love the music. So did the girls. Something different from the rest of the others trampoline parks from town. Will come back. Not trading socks due to COVID-19 $3 each pair Which was not bad.

It was fun! The kids always have a blast! Not really any complaints- but some of the people working were more hanging out with their friends (non employees or at least off the clock employees) so it made lines go slower. But other than that the workers who walk the play area always seemed to be enjoying themselves! Good environment!

Defy was just as fun for us adults as it was the children. We took four girls ages 10,7,6, and 5. We all had a blast. There is so much to do. They have food and drinks off to the side. The food was a bit pricey but good and convenient. You pay for time slots when you first arrive. We did the 2hrs and I feel like that was a perfect amount of time to do everything without feeling rushed. Staff was helpful and kind. We will be repeat customers!

Great fun for our grandson! One hour $15. Good investment in exercise and experience with other kids.

Absolute waste of $40 to get two kids in for an hour. Stuff is broken, staff is on the trampolines in street shoes, place is nearly vacant.

We recently visited Get Air Trampoline Park in Tucson and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed…read moreand disappointed. While the park has a lot of space and potential, it really fell short in terms of value and upkeep. The facility feels quite dark and uninviting, and aside from a large open area with basic trampolines, there isn't much else to do. There are a few small foam pit features like a swing, a ladder climb, and a trampoline jump, but those were the only highlights. The small playground area was in poor condition, with ripped netting both on the structure itself and on the divider between the toddler area and the main trampoline zone. The air exhibit that's supposed to blow balls was broken during our visit, and the dodgeball area had only a few balls available, making it barely functional. We paid $50 for two kids and honestly didn't feel like we got our money's worth. The experience was bare-bones and lacked the engaging variety we expected. With a little maintenance and a more thoughtful layout or additional features, this place could really shine--but as it stands, it needs a lot of improvement In comparison to the many other Get Air locations we have visited in different cities.

This is not a place for older kids, and it can get extremely busy all of a sudden. When they do get busy they often do not have enough staff to man the front counter and the stations, especially the climbing area, which causes long lines slows down participation big time resulting in wasted time. Often during spring break there was only one staff member running that whole climbing area. One thing that I cannot stand as a parent is that they require you to purchase and wear their propriety grip socks. C'mon. Grip socks are grip socks and we have a whole drawer full of grip socks from different places we've been over the years. I've never been to a place where they care which grip socks you are wearing. But if you can't find their branded socks for each kid and adult then you have to purchase another pair just to participate even if you have a handful of viable grip socks. The only mention of it online is when you go to book a date they through it on the screen all of a sudden. It's says you have to have wild Katz grip socks but doesn't exclusively say you can only use their socks. It's just dumb. Lava Island off of River Road and Orange Grove does not have that policy and is also much more suitable for both older and younger kids! This would be a solid 4 star place for younger kids if not for the hit or miss staffing causing lines and the grip sock nonsense!

Lots of different areas and things to do. Always something that piques their interests. They do serve some food, like pizza, but haven't tried it yet. The check-in process seems a little unnecessarily complicated. The wrist bands take the employees a long time to do and they sometimes even seem flustered--which is totally understandable considering kids can be rowdy and the line can get pretty long. Overall though, we are grateful for Wild Katz and look forward to our next visit.

The whole park is huge but we just hung around by the playgrounds. It was super busy on a Saturday late afternoon (understandably). It was a little dirty but not terrible.
