We were invited to a 7th birthday party at this location, it was perfect. This location is nice sized but not overwhelmingly large. It was easy to keep an eye on the kids. There were not a ton of jumpers there, which was great for the smaller kids. The facility was very clean and the staff were very supportive to any needs of the guests attending the birthday party. We recently visited Get Air Trampoline Park in Tucson and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. While the park has a lot of space and potential, it really fell short in terms of value and upkeep. The facility feels quite dark and uninviting, and aside from a large open area with basic trampolines, there isn't much else to do. There are a few small foam pit features like a swing, a ladder climb, and a trampoline jump, but those were the only highlights. The small playground area was in poor condition, with ripped netting both on the structure itself and on the divider between the toddler area and the main trampoline zone. The air exhibit that's supposed to blow balls was broken during our visit, and the dodgeball area had only a few balls available, making it barely functional. We paid $50 for two kids and honestly didn't feel like we got our money's worth. The experience was bare-bones and lacked the engaging variety we expected. With a little maintenance and a more thoughtful layout or additional features, this place could really shine--but as it stands, it needs a lot of improvement In comparison to the many other Get Air locations we have visited in different cities. read more

My daughter absolutely loved Tot Time and much of our time was spent in the "lil air" section with this HUGE inflatable obstacle course, She was smiling and laughing the whole time, and it was such a joy to watch her explore and burn off energy. Horrible service. Employees are very rude. We attended a party there and they gave us our pizzas later than expected and also didn't give out the ice cream with the cake. When we notified them of the inconvenience, they told us they'd give extra jumping time. Our party ended at 6 so we began to jump until our extended time until an employee came and kicked us out. This place is big and could be great, but it falls a bit short. The kids loves jumping for an hour and there were plenty of trampolines and kiddie area for them to entertain, but they came out a sweaty mess. There are swamp coolers and some big fans that sometimes point to the jumpers. My kids kept on coming back for cold water. Staff wasn't very friendly and even though there weren't many people, we struggled to find people to answer questions. In other jumping areas, there's usually a staff member in the jumping area... not here. The bathrooms also looked very dated. I'll probably be back in the winter when it's more comfortable to jump. My kids and I decided that we were going to go to Get Air for our first time during the day on a Monday. To accompany us, I brought my mother who didn't quite know what to except- honestly none of us did. When we entered, there was a sign which directed us to watch a safety video and to fill out an electronic consent form. The process was quick even though there was a line. After this process, you move around to the front of the desk where you can pay. There are a variety of jumping specials depending on the day and you can purchase time from one hour up. We were greeted by an extremely kind employee who you could just tell was friendly. He spoke about Get Air like he loved his job which I could tell by his enthusiasm. We ended up purchasing three jumping bands (2 kids and myself) and my mom was a spectator. (She needed a bracelet but she was free.) There were plenty of places to jump and even an obstacle course. My mom also had plenty of places to sit and I just add- the place was incredibly clean. So clean, it smelt like the inside of a carwash- in a good way. We will definitely be back- lots of options for the family and places to chill if you need it. read more

Coolness! Another place for kids to go have fun when its just too hot outside to do anything. They just opened Friday and the A/C is back ordered but there are lots of big fans to keep you cool. Go early if its a concern. Edit: As of 9/14/13, the A/C has now been installed. The Small Air area ($6 per hr) is for those under 48 inches and is separated by netting from the adult areas. They furnish these big balls for playing. My 3 yr old granddaughter was allowed to use all the areas along with other little kids. But if she wants an adult free area there is an area specifically set up for those under 48 inches. The Jump Pits are really cool. Get your air then jump into a pit filled with 6 inch cubes of styrofoam. There is no bottom to find because there is another trampoline buried underneath; I think its at least 6 feet deep. They have a separate area for playing dodgeball on trampolines. There is a tightrope setup across one of the jump pits. Its a two inch wide strap that's really taut. Also set up at the end of one large trampoline is a basketball goal so even us shorties can dunk! Prices are $11 an hr for adults. Additional hours are only $6. Locker rentals are available for free. They sell soft drinks, Gatorade and bottled water for $2 and some snacks & candy. And they are set up to host parties as well. Edit: During our visit on 10/16/13 we find new overstuffed couches available to sit and watch those jumping. Although the facility looks nice, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Safety is not a priority and the safety training for people wanting to come use the facility is far under par. I will not be returning and I am really disappointed that the staff took such dis-interest in ensuring everyone was aware of the rules and safety hazards. "A place for kids, run by kids" is how I would describe Get Air. We have been here several times due to its location and, each time, I have inquired as to whether a manager is on site. Nope, just a lead person who is barely legal age in most cases. I have brought up a few safety/health concerns each time I am there and see that they are never addressed on return visits. The only safety concern the employees are trained to recognize is people sitting/lying down on the trampoline mats. Everything else gets the green light. *The steps leading to the obstacle course NEED a handrail. *Exposed electrical devices (receptacles missing cover plate) NEED to be corrected. *The urinals/toilets NEED to be operating correctly. *The soap dispensers NEED to be working. *The air-handling system NEEDS to be turned on when there is a full house. * The foam blocks in the foam pits NEED to be cleaned/disinfected frequently. Perhaps if a trained manager were on site things would be different. Until then, I guess we just take our chances with what's available. read more

We used to love taking the kids here and jumping as adults but it seems like they staff/management don't care anymore. We've been coming here for 3-4 years. The bathrooms have always been horrible but today my teenage daughters said that's rather use a portapot. No one watches for people that screw around and break the rules. There are adults just laying around in areas and if they were doing normal checks, the staff would ask them to get up or get out of the area. This was our first time here. I took my 3 and 1 year old daughters for some fun. At the entrance after signing the waivers and giving us the rates, I felt so unwelcome. I felt like they were expecting me to know everything. He said socks are required for everyone, I explained how My one year old is not walkIng yet and my 3 had her grip socks from another jump place. I received attitude stating it was still mandatory and to leave my daughters socks up front. When jumping on the toddler section I was sitting on the side rail watchiing my one year old. I was asked to move Away and let her be alone. I understand the concept of not having adults all over the place for little ones. But we are talking about a baby here, how do I leave her just there! This place is super fun! I have a four-year-old niece who loves to come here and jump. They have a kiddie play area just for the kids and single person foam pits. When I go with her I don't buy a ticket for myself. I did the first time we went and saw it was no point. Because she is under 4 feet she can only play in the kid area, which I am not allowed to jump in, or the single player foam pit. So I just buy her a ticket and watch her jump jump jump :) You can rent areas and have parties and they have vending machines for snacks. read more

I will not be patronizing this business ever again..total rip-off, joke. I used to enjoy bringing my kids here to jump and play when the amenities worked and the prices were reasonable. The staff was helpful and fairly friendly in my past visits here but today was completely different. I came at 3 pm on a Saturday so I anticipated that it would be crowded but my kids really wanted to come so I figured it would be tolerable. I paid for 2 hours hesitantly because "they don't do 1/2 hour increments" and I wasn't sure 1 hour would be sufficient with the amount of people. After being inside for about 20 mins I discovered that the "play land" had no balls for my 4 year old to play with. This is most of what the play land is centered around since there are 5-6 ball machines that take balls and shot them out or keep the balls suspended in the air when you push a button. At this point I felt like I didn't want to stay for two hours and went to the front desk to let the staff know I only wanted to stay an hour. She very quickly stated, "sorry we can't do that, once you pay for the time, we can't refund you". Let's take a minute to reflect on that...if your business was worth $56 for 3 kids to play for 2 hours, you would have no problem refunding somebody an hours time or at the very least, giving them credit to use another time. It's suspish when you have policies like this...it's like you're locking someone in because you know once they see your shitty business they won't want to waste 2 hours in it. Integrity people...what's happened to it? I then responded, "well can we get some balls for the play land so my little girl can play in the play land, they are all up in a crane?" And the young snotty employee replied, "yea that's because it's currently under con-struc-tion but she can still slide down the slide and....push the buttons that...and I finished her thought with "blow air?". Wow, I could've busted out my hair dryer and saved $56 bucks. It's sad and discouraging to see that this business feels justified in over-charging people and then being rude when questions arise. Let me give you a little tip...make the trip to Defy, it's a little further of a drive but way better!! The employees are friendly and helpful, there's trampolines AND obstacle courses and a swing and a basketball hoop and foam pits and a zip line and super trampolines, a warped wall. This was the worst experience I've had at a fun center. I went for my niece's sons party and they had piss poor service. It was WAY too expensive for what it was. The lady at the front desk had an attitude from the moment I checked in, she seemed like she did not want to be there at all. Items were missing from the party package that was purchased and when they asked for the missing items, the workers were upset and didn't want to give them the missing items( 2 candy bags and some icecreams) finally after asking a few time for the items they gave the 2 missing candy bags, then when it came time to leave the rude lady at the front desk told my niece not to come back on the property. Part of the area was closed down as well, this place is expensive with horrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone read more

Such a HUGE disappointment! For the first time, my son asked to have his birthday party here. I sucked it up and agreed. They charge an insane amount of money first of all. My one star rating is based on the following... 1. Checking in-took forever to get thru the line for doing the release/waiver. Then-you have to go thru a second line to check in! There was only ONE person doing check in, so it went even slower! I arrived at 10 after for a 1230 party. I brought one of the friends with us-then learned his release had expired-he told me to have the parents do it online and it would go right to him. He had me move out of line while this happened. This caused me to stand back in the horrible line a second time once the release was completed five min later. The right thing to do was to have me not have to repeat that line once done-but given me priority. 2. While waiting back in line-the "staff host" person disappeared. Then-once I got back thru the line, finally-the check in kid says "Your host will be back up to get your shortly" ---I responded with "Will this be in the next minute or so? Because the party was suppose to start 10 minutes ago?" He had NERVE enough to respond with "Well you got here late-you should have arrived earlier to do the check in process" Are you KIDDING ME?!?!?!? 3. We make it back to the party table--not a private room mind you--but a table! We waited there for 45 minutes before I had to flag down our person to ask where our drinks were! Mind you--we discussed what drinks we wanted while walking back to the table. Then-once we got the drinks, we had to wait another 10 minutes for cups! 4. At 1pm--when drinks were finally taken care of--we asked about the order for the pizza--which again, had been discussed upon walking to the table! He had not yet put in the order !! Seeing as it had been discussed upon arrival, you would have thought he would have put in the order! 5. The party host employee was walking by when I flagged him down at 145 to ask about the pizza and where it was--he said it would be another 15-20 min! Mind you--we only had reserved the table till 230!!! 6. Pizza arrived, no napkins or silverware. 7. Finally was able to do the birthday cake--but had to ask for napkins and silverware as we never got that with the pizza. 8. My eldest son brought my 18 month old grandson to the party. He was on a trampoline all by himself. He needed help getting up-so his mom (who had on a jumper wrist band) went down to get him. She got yelled at for being on the trampoline because she was over height. She explained that she wasn't even jumping, she was out there to get her child. The staff was horrible to her. Then, my 11 year old son went out to jump with his nephew. He was, according to the height and line listed on the pole in that area--right at the line. The staff told him he could not be on there with his nephew as he was too tall. My eldest showed her the line on the pole and said-"he's right at the line, so what's the problem?" Staff looked at him blankly and stated "yeah-we don't go by that, we go by what's in the lobby--if you want to jump with your child, feel free to come on Tuesdays and Thursdays for toddler time-but even then you can't go on the trampoline with them because you are over height" WTH?!?!?!? 9. I never saw the employee after that--so assumed I was suppose to go back to the front to pay for the horrible party! Stood in line for HALF HOUR to pay this! There is no breakdown receipt provided--so I have no idea what the heck I was charged for! We will NEVER be doing another party here EVER again! For the amount of money they charge at this place--you would hope that the interaction from staff and follow though would be on point---what a horrible experience this was. read more

So many restrictions and rules. I was told to stay in the kids corner which I was fine with,paid the fee and bought the socks. When I got back the kids corner was only two trampolines, no adult is allowed to be in the kids corner. My child had to stay in one place I wasn't allowed to play with him and he couldn't come play with me in the other sections. Please tell me how I force a wild two year old to stay in one place and when he begs me to come play I have to say no. By the way most of the other tramploines were NOT occupied. I spent most my time trying to redirect my child to the place he was allowed to be,and bring scolded my the employees Everytime he went on a tramp he wasn't allowed to be on. They have one tiny area for young kids and they aren't allowed anywhere else so you can't bring kids of different ages or someone ends up going unsupervised. They are constantly approaching kids telling them "you can't go here" or "don't do that," like how are we supposed to have any fun?
