You have to get the Jalepeno bombs to start things off ! My favorite sushi roll was their power roll ! Must try! Part of their march special was the 3 hand rolls for $19 !! I hate to do this, but honestly this might be one of the worst sushi restaurants I've ever been to. I paid over $100 for sushi that was lower quality than grocery store sushi. I would have preferred getting a few rolls from Vons. Restaurants need to differentiate themselves. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with our visit. We ordered both salmon and yellowtail kama, deep fried avocado, 15 piece sashimi plate and the red dragon roll. I loved the yellowtail kama it was perfectly cooked! I didnt like the salmon kama, it was too fatty. The deep fried avocado was okay would have been nice if it was stuffed with crab or tuna. Boyfriend and I last minute decided to grab sushi for dinner and had this place booked marked so glad to finally try it! Came here on Saturday evening around 7pm. It's next to a brewing company and there was football game so the lot was pretty busy. Not sure how the parking is otherwise. It has a decent sized lot though. We love the 3x3 sushi, kids boxes, and rolls (e.g. caterpillar, rainbow, Philly, Long Island, no rice roll). The atmosphere is so wonderful. They recently upgraded the interior and it looks great. The appetizer arrived first and omg I was in Tokyo Heaven! It was spicy and so delicious! My taste buds were dancing with happiness! Then, my sushi roll arrived which I devoured because the flavor was fresh and flavorful! I ate my entire appetizer and entree because the flavors of the food were out of this world awesome! Also, there is familiar and trendy music playing in the background to add to the dining experience. I had a wonderful dining experience. First time at Tokyo Jump - it was awesome! Super fresh fish. I had the no rice roll #1 - for $11 it's a steal! So many types of fish for that price! Also the stuffed jalapeños were a highlight, and our waitress was very sweet and brought me all my extra fixings (aka SAUCES) and tons of wasabi and ginger. My bf said the egg rolls were fire too. I am not one to write a review, I just read them, but we had an awful experience at jump sushi. Granted it was a busy, busy night, we waited a long time for our food. One roll came out, 10 minutes later another, and the 3rd was forgotten completely, even after another waitress told ours we had one missing. And we really tried to wait and give grace. We were never checked on, I was waiting for an opening to gently grab our waitresses attention, the chef told her we looked like we needed help and she didn't even look our way. Then we got another waitresses attention, we said we had a roll missing and she immediately told our waitress, again, she didn't acknowledge us, apologize, or even ensure it was ordered. & that was after waiting 20 min to see if it was just because they were busy. Then, another 15-20 min pass and the second waitress realized we were still waiting and ours finally turned around, at that point my son was in tears waiting for his food and we told her to just give us the check and we got him food elsewhere. She basically tossed a free packaged ice cream at him and sent us on our way. On top of that, nigiri was room temp, baked roll was overcooked... just overall not the best. read more

We visit this restaurant about every two weeks and the food is as great as the service, especially the sushi rolls. Prices are very reasonable, too. My only complaint is that when they recently did a renovation, they added a souped up stereo system on which they always play really LOUD RAP MUSIC! For me, it spoils the otherwise excellent ambience. Not sure who thought this was a good idea? Maybe it helps the sushi chefs to move faster?! Anyway, we usually ask them to please turn it down and sometimes they will but at other times, they won't. My advice guys: Switch to smooth jazz or something a little less grinding.
