Some advice, if you're going to give your credit card to a company that practices like this, is to make sure you block them with your credit card company after your membership is up. ( the following is a reply to the reply from one life) Hi Kelly, I think it might be wise to get some facts straight before you reply. Your regional manager never "explained" anything. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

I typically went during the mornings and found that I rarely had to wait for equipment, which is always a plus. Better experience here than most gyms I have been to.

I was greeted by a nice young lady, wish I could recall her name. She was studying to be an accountant! She let me have a day pass since I was considering moving to the area. The website had a free pass for visitors. The inside had two floors and had tons of equipment. Being a gym rat for most of my adult life and an amateur bodybuilding competitor, believe me when I say this place has plenty of equipment. I did not have time to see everything but very clean! One of the most impressive things about this gym is the fact that is beyond meticulously cleaned and sanitized. They have a a good amount of classes. They have plenty of trainers. My last location told me they didn't have time for me, so I like that there are several trainers available. And something else I really love about this location is that it is CLEAN!!! Not only do they do a great job in making sure all of the equipment is where it is supposed to be, they have people cleaning the floors, equipment, etc all of the time. Having grown up in a military family, I enjoyed seeing how they incorporate that into each workout as you "fall in line" and have a battle buddy you pair up with (in this case, my Army veteran Father-In-Law)! Everyone was so supportive as we worked through each round. The leader was motivating and encouraging throughout the whole workout. I feel very confident saying that there is not a single OTF owner anywhere else in the world as engaged or passionate as Scott. He takes class regularly, is always at the door to greet members (and knows me by name already), and holds mini games and contests to keep things fun. When OTF has promotions or special days, Scott takes it to the next level, and it makes it really fun to come work out here. The front desk staff is amazing - super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always positive. Coaches are great, and of course, it's always a great workout. I really feel like Scott has created an incredible gym culture, and I think everyone should come give it a try!
