The oily box was still there but no chain, no blade, no chainsaw. We searched for days to see if it had been "relocated" in the garage but it had disappeared and the ONLY people who had been in the garage besides myself were Pablo's crew. I wrote Pablo a text explaining and asked if he could hopefully return it. (Why would pro tree trimmers even want a small single handed chain saw) Pablo was very quick to respond; he was upset. But he came the next day and gave me cash to replace it‼ So we give him KUDOS for taking care of this problem in a very honorable and prompt manner. Thank you, Pablo.

I can't imagine that immediate response is something that can be offered on a regular basis but I certainly appreciated it! In no way did I expect him to perform the work that day but he said yes he could come back and remove two trees that I hated, several thorny, stupid bushes that should never been planted in the first place and clean up my entire half acre lot! He is extremely reasonable for such good work. I'm going to have him take care of my yard from now on and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for Solid service! How much do you think it costs to drive to your house and do even an hours worth of work? Think about it. Adrian and his crew are hard working and do a much better job than the previous companies I have been frustrated with because they did absolutely nothing.
