Pablo and hew crew trimmed up my palm trees. but after they left I discovered that my STIHL CHAINSAW GTA26 was missing. (It had been in a box disassembled for cleaning). The oily box was still there but no chain, no blade, no chainsaw. We searched for days to see if it had been "relocated" in the garage but it had disappeared and the ONLY people who had been in the garage besides myself were Pablo's crew. I wrote Pablo a text explaining and asked if he could hopefully return it. (Why would pro tree trimmers even want a small single handed chain saw) Pablo was very quick to respond; he was upset. But he came the next day and gave me cash to replace it‼ So we give him KUDOS for taking care of this problem in a very honorable and prompt manner. Thank you, Pablo. read more

Just a note: they parked in my driveway & ON my landscaping. When my friend asked them nicely to move their truck, the "boss" came over & gave him a hard time about moving the truck. He was very rude to my friend & when he was told that they'd be responsible for any damage caused, the boss' response was, "Like Hell I will." Then he walked away. I would have liked to provide a review based on services rendered but this company chose not to consider my business. We exchanged communication around availability and adjusted my time after being told "it's better after work". When that day/afternoon arrived I was simply told "I'm not going to see" half hour before the arranged meeting time. No further explanation or discussion to reschedule was offered. Once again, Yelp reviews were spot on. Pablo and his team were amazing! I called for an estimate to remove a ginormous tree, clear away a lot of branches and trim some overgrown trees on our lot, not an easy task. I spoke to Pablo on the phone and he was able to drive by and call me for the estimate the next day, which was fair and definitely worth the money. We were out of town, so scheduled for a couple days later. When we returned, all was cleared, trimmed and the tree - it must have been at least 30 ft tall, was gone. The yard looked so clean! I found Pablo on Yelp and what the other reviews say is true! He does great work and is reasonably priced, on time, responsive, etc. We had a palm tree that needed trimming, a dead cactus that needed to be removed, and dead vines growing up the back of our two story town home that needed to be taken down. Pablo handled it all! I communicated with him via text message and sent pictures of what I needed done and he was able to quote me the estimate from that. Pros: Quick response, very polite. Cons: I feel like he saw nice cars in my driveway and decided to try to get a lot more money than the job could possibly be worth. The quote was for one large tree removal WITHOUT the stump. He quoted $1800!! I've had 4 other quotes and NONE of them were even close to that. The other highest quote was at 1200. We have a yard full of trees in a neighborhood with irrigation that had been unattended for 5 years. It was a jungle out there. We called a few places but really liked the professionalism and friendliness of Pablo. He was responsive upon calling and quickly provided the most reasonable quote we received and promptly scheduled the work. There were four 30 feet pine trees, an overgrown ash and two dead tree removals. There were also four large trees in the back. He and his team arrived promptly and did an incredibly beautiful job. Some tree services just cut back; however Pablo and his crew took the time to shape as well as cut back appropriately. They really seemed to know there trees. They were courteous and considerate in our getting in and out of the house as they did the work. Now our yard is transformed into a place we are proud to spend time in. Pablo did an amazing job on my yard. I had some palm trees that had grown too big and busted through my block wall. He came to remove them and did a great job and kept the wall intact, which I didn't think was possible. Price was absolutely fair for the work and less than I was quoted with someone else. Don't hesitate to call Pablo. I'm very skeptical of hiring people I don't know but i'm very happy with his work. This was the first time we used Pablo but he came by way of recommendation from a friend. For the estimate, Pablo showed up on time and he was reasonably priced. We agreed to trim a variety trees and palms at different heights and states of overgrowth. Day of the work, Pablo was again on time and well prepared. For tree trimming he was diligent and safe. I noticed that he used all the proper safety equipment, dropped branches with a safety line plus used ladders to trim the palms (as opposed to climbing with spikes). Pablo and his crew removed three overgrown focus tress that were planted too close to our house. He was courteous, respectful and completed the work well. A sprinkler line was broken during tree removal. I called Pablo to come take a look the next day & he came early to diagnose the problem & fix the sprinkler. Pablo is a trained arborist to the highest degree. After a severe storm last September I called him on a recommendation from a friend. I had called three other people to get quotes, and even though his was the highest, but still reasonable, his answers were the most thorough and honest. His knowledge and opinions were spot on. He saved two trees with high quality cabling system and after accidentally breaking a paver took the replacement cost off without hesitation. He returned free of charge to adjust the cables over the next few months. His work was so thorough and done with care that we hired him to plant two new trees to replace two that we lost. That too was done with great care, running existing drip lines and returning free of charge (labor) to put in stakes with cables. He will forever be my guy for anything tree.
