Owner Jeremy Cahill responded to my call for an estimate very quickly. He understood the work I needed done and gave me a fair estimate. He arrived at my place on time as promised and did a professional job. I will definitely be using his service again! read more

A month ago Jeremy came to rescue our tired yard. He started with the 15-year-old mesquite tree which had recently had a huge limb broken off during heavy winds. I was amazed at how carefully and meticulously he analyzed and reshaped it into a nicely shaped tree again. It is now growing furiously and will even be giving us shade again soon on its "broken" side. He nicely trimmed our bougainvilleas and removed many pounds of excess aloe vera. But the best part for me was a very special chaste vitex that we had planted as a memorial bush for my late husband. I have done all the trimming on it during its 10 years and it really needed a professional touch. Jeremy treated it with such care and detailed pruning. A month later it is blooming with more beautiful purple blossoms than ever. It makes me so happy to look at it. Jeremy is your guy for all your landscaping needs. I highly recommend him. Besides, he is just an all around nice guy! read more

The cleanup crew did a very good job. This is the best yard cleanup job we've had so far. When we are ready to get rid of the grass, we will definitely give this company a call. read more

I just had Jeremy at Grass Roots finish an irrigation project for us here in Chandler. He did an amazing job, taking the time to explain the scope of the project, estimated timeline, execution, and ultimately a final walk-through upon completion. He was very respectful and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and his company. read more

Jeremy stopped by a couple weeks ago and we went through a few items I wanted done in our front and back yards. I had told Jeremy I wanted plants which were butterfly and hummingbird friendly. Jeremy was up front with me about when he would be able to put together a quote because he was just completing a large job for another client. A week later I got an email from Jermey containing pictures of shrubs & ground covers butterflies and hummingbirds love. Today our landscaping plans came to fruition. Jeremy and Elly(?) showed up at the exact time,8:30am, they said they would arrive. I now have four Dallas Red lantanas, two in our front yard, and two in planters Elly and Jeremy built for us in our back yard. In our front yard they also added two wooly butterfly bushes, trimmed down our two slightly overgrown bottle bushes and fixed a major leak in our 1/2" drip line. A yellow bird of paradise was placed in an area we had previously had two queen palms, and two coral fountain plants were placed near our pool's rock falls. My wife and I are both extremely pleased with Jeremy and Elly's professionalism and checking with us to ensure placement of the plants were where we wanted. Jeremy and Elly checked the drip lines they installed and ran our 1/2" poly line in PVC so we wouldn't have future leaks. Jeremy also gave us a heads up on how often to water the plants for the first two weeks. I highly recommend Grass Roots Landscaping for any yard projects in our Valley of the Sun. read more

Had Jeremy Cahill of Cahill Landscaping (not a licensed contractor)come out for a quote to replace our drip systems for our plants and trees. We didn't need new valves for these two lines nor did we need sleeving under sidewalks or driveway since we already had an existing system working. The problem with the existing system was that we no longer had the pressure that we should have. Jeremy measured the drip lines with a tape measure for the replacement system. Then, sent me a quote. Cahill Landscaping was our second quote and I couldn't believe it when I read it. To put in new poly tubing, drip emitters, trenching, and backfill. One week to do this job for 640 linear feet at a cost of $6,400.00. The prior quote we received was for $2,400 from a licensed contractor, and 2 days to complete the job. I wouldn't waste your time. read more

Highest recommendation for Cahill Landscaping. Jeremy provided an estimate to install an automatic sprinkler system to replace the existing aging manual valves. Jeremy and Jamaal were on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jeremy freely shared his knowledge on other landscaping questions I asked. He was great at communicating at all stages of the project. Jeremy and Jamaal asked my opinion when there were optional ways to complete the project and even took my height into account when placing the controller on the wall. Personalized attention to detail! Quality work and Jeremy even programmed the system for me! The final cost was very reasonable considering the difficulty working with an aged system and was the same as the quote. Other landscapers had previously declined even to bid on this project. read more

Cahill Landscaping did a fabulous job trimming a mesquite tree, two citrus trees and removing a dead tree for me. They were very professional, great to work with and will use them again in the future! read more

My wife and I had 2 large jacaranda trees that were over due for a trimming. We hired Cahill Landscaping and Jeremy did an absolutely incredible job. He was very professional, knowledgable, and personable. On top of making the trees look amazing, he went above and beyond to clean up the yard after the job was done. We plan on using Cahill Landscaping again for any of our future yard projects and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their yard! read more

I would rate 6 stars if I could. Jeremy and his crew were not only reasonably priced but quick to respond to come out to our property to give a quote that was fair and very reasonably priced. The project started relatively quickly after that after breaking down the price for us (they were very transparent and honest). They were able to troubleshoot many issues the existing landscaping and watering system had. They added on a last minute tree trimming as well! They took the time to match the border used around the grass to our existing pavers as well. The final product is better than we could have ever imagined. After the project was completed, Jeremy took the time to return to ensure the new sod was being watered the correct amount and to teach us how to use the timer. Very professional, always courteous. We hope to use them again in the future! read more

I couldn't be happier! Our yard has been a disaster and we had no idea what to do with it. Jeremy came in built a plan and we loved it. it's unusual when your contractor shows up on time and actually charges you what he quotes you instead of jacking up the price as the job goes. Not only does Jeremy do a professional job, but he's a joy to be around! read more

Jeremy delivered and spread 20 tons of rock in our back yard after spraying weed killer and pre-emergent, clearing the dead weeds and mowing the front yard. He moved quick and delivered a good service with a smile. The yard looks great and clean. We'll definitely have them back! read more

Very grateful that I found Cahill Landscaping! After many attempts with other landscaping companies not answering any calls and if they did would schedule a time for an estimate and not dhow up. Cahill Landscaping was prompt with getting back to me, answered all of my questions, showed up early to give me an estimate and showed up early to provide services. I am thrilled with the work and with their customer service. Highly recommend! read more

All I can say is WOW!! Not only are they reasonably priced, the work came out better than I envisioned! Jeremy is extremely responsive and his team is very professional. Jeremy did a great job trimming our trees. We appreciate the hard work that he did he did an awesome job.

I called them to get some work done. But when they were supposed to show up no one showed. We received no phone call or text. Update. They got back to me and were able to be here the next day. Did good work at a good price. I will use them again read more

Jeremy is a true professional who really understands the work he's doing. This isn't just labor, he actually studies his craft and puts it to use. He knows where best to cut branches (for example) for the best long-term results, and knows the peculiarities of our local trees and plants and how best to deal with them. He was a pure joy to work with and got an enormous job done quickly and efficiently. He even went above and beyond and helped with a few other issues he hadn't been contracted for. I really can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Jeremy and co have been helping us with our yard for a few years now and we're glad to have found him. Our yard has seen some pretty hairy days and we're always amazed at how great it looks after Jeremy's done with it. It can be really hard to find a landscaper you know will do a great job and with reasonable rates. He is super personable and great to communicate with, and our yard always looks impeccable after a visit. Thanks again as always Jeremy! read more

We originally hired Jeremy to clean up weeds in a rental home that we were planning to put on the market, but then he suggested that we make a small investment to beautify our backyard to make the house show even better. We are so glad we did! Jeremy is highly responsive, knows what he is talking about, offers helpful solutions - and he is a really nice person to boot! Thank you, Jeremy, for helping us get the house into tip top shape. Wee the before and after pictures. read more

Last year my dad decided he's finally getting too old to try to maintenance the palm trees. We have been living in this house for 14 plus years. My dad told me to call and get quotes. I ended up just calling only Cahill Landscaping. My dad was happy that Jeremy was able to estimate the cost for us last year over the phone, but he also told us that he wanted to look at the palm trees first before telling us the exact quote. Jeremy came out did the quote and within the next day or two took care of them for us. My dad was happy with the service, how well the palm tree looked and the cleanup after the palm trees were trimmed. Would definitely recommend. read more

Jeremy is fast and fair. Great job on the trees and yard. Shows up on time and knows his stuff. read more

I can't speak to the quality of work by this company as I was never able to get scheduled. I initiated contact by phone and then text (as the voicemail suggests) and I heard back right away. I sent some photos of the yard I was trying to have landscaped, as the gentleman I was in contact with was unable to come by and look. I did not hear back. I followed up and still nothing. I'm going with 2 stars because I appreciate any company willing to text with me (much easier for me and I hate phone tag) and based on the initial quick reply I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that these folks are as good as many other reviewers say and are maybe just too backed up to really deal with new customers right now. read more

Hired Jeremy just over a month ago and he never showed up to do the work. Tried contacting him on his cell and the number is disconnected.

I was impressed from beginning to end, starting with all the great reviews. Cahill landscaping definitely lived up to their online reputation. Jeremy responded to my phone call promptly, he presented himself with professionalism, provided an estimate when he said he would and always responded to my emails and texts. The pictures I sent him didn't represent the work well enough, especially the size of the tree to be removed, so he had to add a little extra on for removing it. He told me this long before the work began and did a complete and thorough job before asking to be paid. He even did a little extra work for us smoothing out an area under some pavers we had removed. It probably only took a few extra minutes but we appreciated the extra touch. The only negative was that he said he would come between 6:30 & 7 and didn't get there until 8 but he did let me know at 6:30 that he would be there at 8 so he still gets 5 stars. I would give him another star for extra credit if I could. He checked in with my wife multiple times to make sure she was happy with the work inspite of having not previously meet her and only working with me so far. The landscaping work was meant to make my wife happy and he helped me acheive my goal. We will be using him again and referring him to our customers. read more

I don't know what happened to Jeremy Cahill. One of the reviewers 2 days ago below stated they tried to get in touch with him and the phone has been disconnected no longer in service. Jeremy cleaned our yard thoroughly and quickly! He was friendly and professional. I know who to call next time our yard is a mess!

I am so happy with the work Cahill Landscaping did with our yard! When I called for a quote, Jeremy stopped by the same day. Once the we scheduled the service, they showed up right on time - and Jeremy called once they had finished to give me an overview of what they did. When I got home, I couldn't believe it - no trimming debris, our rocks were RAKED and evenly spread, and I don't know how, but they managed to make even the artificial grass in the backyard look better. Cahill Landscaping is worth every single penny, and I will definitely be using them again! read more

I have known Jeremy for several years and if there is one word I can use to describe him it is Honest. He is always upfront with me before the work is done and there are never any surprise charges! He does great work and personally oversees every aspect of the job site. If you are in need of any landscaping needs I would reach out to Jeremy. read more

Overall did a pristine and beautiful job. The crew even worked during inclimate weather. I gave 3 stars vs five for several reasons: 1. Communication issues. One no show and no return call. 2. Workers landscaped on a Friday but left debris and large branches that I wound up cutting and placing in trash cans. They did come back 3 days later to empty and dispose of the debris after I called on Saturday. 3. I highly recommended the company to a close friend and he was stood up and did not receive a return phone call as other reviewers had complained of. When they show up, Cahill Landscsping does great work overall but they need to be more attentive to the clean up and especially the communication issues as this will hurt their business which has tremendous potential. read more

The front yard of the home we rent was in MAJOR disrepair. I tried 2 other landscapers who took my info but never bothered to call me back! Jeremy came out same day, was super professional, gave me a great quote and was out a few days later to get the job done. The few days were because it was new years day. :) They did an AMAZING job and had some great recommendations for us. I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone and will definitely be calling them again. read more

Best landscape company in town. They cleaned up my rental after my renters moved out and made my house look perfect so I could put it back on the market. They are worth every penny and easy to work with. They don't cut corners. They even fixed all my sprinkler heads and adjusted my timer system to make sure my lawn and plants were getting the right amount of water. They fertilized my lawn and it looks great just 2 weeks later. You won't be disappointed with Cahill Landscape. read more

Jeremy and CO are professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy landscapers. I received a good referral to them and Jeremy was able to give me a quick quote on 3 tree removals and a trim on a very large tree instantaneously.
