When I first arrived at her practice, I was in such severe pain that I was walking with a cane. Over time, she has provided me with valuable information, exercises, and support in addition to treatments that alleviate the pain. After a course of treatment, taking her advice and doing my exercises, I'm able to walk 4 miles a day on my treadmill! I now return to her whenever I feel as if I need a 'tune up". Whenever I do contact Beth's office, her assistant Sheri bends over backwards to work me into the schedule. In addition to scheduling, Sheri also goes above and beyond to negotiate with my health insurance coverage on my behalf. Everyone associated with the practice makes me feel like I'm a part of the family. The Neurosurgeon wanted to do more surgery to try and relive the symptoms. A nerve conductive study gave a diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel. I asked for a referral to PT before considering another surgery. At 74, surgery risks increase. My Physical therapist was Pablo Pelayo. After my initial interview, we both agreed that my symptoms were not typical of Carpal Tunnel. After 5 visits, I was elated to find I was getting sensation back in my fingers. This was HUGE!!. After more than a year I finally got sensation back, without surgery. Pablo's approach was phenomenal.We continued to work for a total of 16 visits. Now I have 75-80% feeling and tactile sensation back. I could not be more appreciative or grateful for having the full use of my right hand again. I had so many problems with my hip and was dismissed by my surgeon. I couldn't walk or even drive a car. I finally got stem cells at another location that worked miraculously, curing my iliopsoas tendon that was destroyed in the surgery. I knew stem cells worked before seeing Dr Aello, so when I discovered his prices on bone marrow stem cells, I went to see him for a free consultation for my remaining problems. When she returned, she informed me that the office manager said I could not be seen that day. I explained that I had been treated at this same location in November without any issues. She responded by saying I "shouldn't have been seen in November because they didn't get paid." However, I have the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing that the claim was paid. I expressed my concern that this was an urgent care facility and that I was being refused care. I was simply told that I could not be seen there. The entire interaction was disappointing. I found the staff to be rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to communicate respectfully or resolve what appeared to be a misunderstanding. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this facility to others. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I had a Right patellar tendon rupture and needed a right patellar tendon repair.Let me start by saying that since the first appointment I knew they were really professional and had empathy towards their patients. From Cindy in the front desk to both surgeons that operated on me to their whole staff. Both Dr. Steven Allsing, & Dr. Scott Barker were very attentive, & answered all my questions. They were very clear and explained the surgical procedure step by step, so I had a clear understanding. I felt a sense of security the moment I walked out of their office. My surgery went well and Dr. Scott Barker followed up with me to answer any questions and/or concerns I had post surgery.
