His staff will treat elderly with disdain and instead of explaining why something can't be done they will just say, "the doctor doesn't want to do that" or "no" if you ask for further clarification, they become angry and hostile. This guy was my doctor and I am so glad that I don't have to deal with his over the top rude personnel, his lack of caring or any sort of bedside manner. The people at the front desk are the worst our family has ever encountered. There just are not enough words to describe it. Avoid this practice if you value professionalism.

I did ask if they were in network with Cigna and was told the are in network. I tried to verify a couple of providers on the Cigna website and the website is down for maintenance.
