Lisa has helped me and my family through many medical and mental health issues. Lisa is Compassionate, Understanding, thorough, intelligent and trustworthy. I have never had a provider I trust as I do Lisa Monroe. Dr Sullivan is Professional, intelligent and through and a incredible asset to the practice and has been my families primary care provider for over five years. The office itself is full of kind staff, the MAs especially Lisa's and Dr Sullivans are outstanding and the front office is also very sweet and helpful. The only complaint I have is since Covid and staffing issues I have called multiple times with no return calls. I know this is out of their hands but can be very frustrating.

The couple times we've been there the behavior of the front desk staff is so off putting that we chose not to go back. It's unfortunate because the providers are wonderful. The negative about the Prestige Team is the scheduling. You can't schedule more than a month out and you can't schedule until two weeks prior the following month. I am within the two week window to schedule for next month and our Dr has no availability. It more like a first come first serve thing. So be aware of this if your anything like me who likes to schedule in advance. My rating is based on the scheduling.
