Lisa has helped me and my family through many medical and mental health issues. Lisa is Compassionate, Understanding, thorough, intelligent and trustworthy. I have never had a provider I trust as I do Lisa Monroe. Dr Sullivan is Professional, intelligent and through and a incredible asset to the practice and has been my families primary care provider for over five years. The office itself is full of kind staff, the MAs especially Lisa's and Dr Sullivans are outstanding and the front office is also very sweet and helpful. The only complaint I have is since Covid and staffing issues I have called multiple times with no return calls. I know this is out of their hands but can be very frustrating.

The couple times we've been there the behavior of the front desk staff is so off putting that we chose not to go back. It's unfortunate because the providers are wonderful. Suggest reassign those trolls back under the bridge until they learn how to deal with people respectfully. The office manager isn't much better. I guess when you ride the coat tails of dad you can be anyway you want.

He carefully researches and passes along his findings in a very logical and understandable conversation that never feels one-sided. I am a difficult patient because I am an RN and Will is always willing to listen and allows me to vent my concerns. My wife has always been seen by females but she now is a patient of Mr. Nesbitt. There is a reason for that! The Staff is courteous and attends to every call or inquiry in a prompt, professional manner. Patient Advocacy and Hospice were contacted and attempted to contact him for medical records to be able to begin hospice treatment. Again, no response. When we went to his office to attempt to get records ourselves we were treated in an extremely rude and disgusting manner. Hospice finally agreed to provide end of life care without Dr. Harden's referral (thank God). I don't know if it is the Doctor or his staff that are responsible for bailing out in my mother in her final days. I do know that this is an inexcusable way to treat a patient and family especially in her dying days.

After that he just blew her off. Mom changed doctors and the new doctor discovered she had esophageal cancer that had metastasized to her right sub-clavicular lymph node. By this time it was at stage IV. Mom passed away May 13th. This doctor is a worthless diagnostician whom I wouldn't refer my worst enemy too. Stay away from this guy if you wish to stay healthy.
