Lisa has helped me and my family through many medical and mental health issues. Lisa is Compassionate, Understanding, thorough, intelligent and trustworthy. I have never had a provider I trust as I do Lisa Monroe. Dr Sullivan is Professional, intelligent and through and a incredible asset to the practice and has been my families primary care provider for over five years. The office itself is full of kind staff, the MAs especially Lisa's and Dr Sullivans are outstanding and the front office is also very sweet and helpful. The only complaint I have is since Covid and staffing issues I have called multiple times with no return calls. I know this is out of their hands but can be very frustrating.

We feel as though we as patients are being taken seriously, and that it matters how we feel about treatments and medications, we have never had this feeling before. Doctor Liwanpo is young and extremely well informed , she welcomes questions and encourages collaboration. She goes out of her way to accommodate her patients, follows up in a timely manner with test results. It is totally refreshing and encouraging to see medicine being practiced in this manner. The couple times we've been there the behavior of the front desk staff is so off putting that we chose not to go back. It's unfortunate because the providers are wonderful. He carefully researches and passes along his findings in a very logical and understandable conversation that never feels one-sided. I am a difficult patient because I am an RN and Will is always willing to listen and allows me to vent my concerns. My wife has always been seen by females but she now is a patient of Mr. Nesbitt. There is a reason for that! The Staff is courteous and attends to every call or inquiry in a prompt, professional manner. I was over billed and called the billing dept to look into the issue, they did and agreed that I was not billed correctly. This was for a doctors visit in July 2016. I am still waiting for the refund which they keep saying will be issued next Tuesday. Many calls later, still no refund. It is now December, they still say that I should get my refund which will go out next Tuesday. They have told me this twice already. Still waiting for my $196. Don't believe they will ever give it back to me even though they admit I should receive a refund. So, other than their billing incompetence, it is a good clinic. Just hold on to your wallet when you pay co-pays and deductibles. They will probably screw up the billing. Thanks Mike, but apparently you did not read my review, I have been in touch with your billing dept for five months. There is no disagreement that I will get a refund, Steve in your billing office has told me that I will get a full refund. The issue is that it takes five months for your business office to go through it's processes. Still haven't received my refund. Just keep running into people like you that choose not to advocate for the patient and defer to your incompetent billing offices. I know it will happen eventually, but don't you think waiting for my money (not my insurance companies money) for five months is excessive. Instead of giving me billing dept phone numbers that I obviously have used many times, why don't you look into my account and get a better understanding what your patients have to go through. That would be real patient centered care. In regards to phone numbers, Dignity has my phone number, give me a call, maybe I can clarify the issue better than I have done here.

But the last few years have been amazing. They have that place running like a tight ship now. People are always super pleasant to talk to. My appointments always run on time. Patient Advocacy and Hospice were contacted and attempted to contact him for medical records to be able to begin hospice treatment. Again, no response. When we went to his office to attempt to get records ourselves we were treated in an extremely rude and disgusting manner. Hospice finally agreed to provide end of life care without Dr. Harden's referral (thank God). I don't know if it is the Doctor or his staff that are responsible for bailing out in my mother in her final days. I do know that this is an inexcusable way to treat a patient and family especially in her dying days.
