The office itself is full of kind staff, the MAs especially Lisa's and Dr Sullivans are outstanding and the front office is also very sweet and helpful. The only complaint I have is since Covid and staffing issues I have called multiple times with no return calls. I know this is out of their hands but can be very frustrating.

Once again, I'm wondering if they understand the idea behind being a health care provider. Clearly they do not, and have prioritized turning this into a for-profit commodity that completely lacks the customer service part. Here's the latest I've gotten from Grand Rounds, my employer-provided assistance with health care and insurance matters: Good Afternoon, I wanted to give you an update, I have called Dignity providers at several locations near you, no one is taking new patients and they have a waitlist, they are not sure when they can start calling people on it.
