Dr Chandramouli was my heart doctor for many years till we moved out of the area recently. If you have a heart condition and you want a cardiologist who knows what he is doing you need look no further. In spite of the fact that he is extremely busy, he will take time to answer all your questions and provide the best advice and care. His staff has always been courteous and helpful. Thank you, Dr. C. So I'm changing this to 3 starts and will update after I see them. But it impressive that they actually did what they said. Took two months to get an appointment. They call the day before and tell you that it will be another two months because so and so won't be in tomorrow. So their answer is to cancel your appointment and call you back when they can fit you in. read more

Wonderful staff and thorough work! Appreciate Dr. Chandramouli and his Physician Assistant Aaron Englebright. I highly recommend this office, they are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have been seeing them for follow up after an open-heart mitral & aortic valve replacement & bi-pass surgery. They monitor my INR, blood pressure & cholesterol as well as check my pacemaker. Staff there is a joke, they don't tell you everything that you need to do before coming in for a stress test and just blame someone else. Don't seem to care about your time or physical disabilities. Even the "PA" can't seem to chart down everything important you talked about. You never actually see the guy you write your checks to, guess he's to important to talk to his patients. I would not recommend going here, unless you want you be treated as their next paycheck. read more

His office staff is one of the rudest & disrespectful group of people I've ever encountered. They interact w/people who are sick from their hearts & still completely disregard them as human beings. They treat you like you're trash & value nothing. They yell & talk over you like you & your words don't matter. I told them to please stop yelling because she was stressing me & I was beginning to feel lightheaded & sick. And asked why they were treating me this way when I was not in any way. They continued w/maltreatment. I had called because they had mailed me a bill of $2000 from 2020. I asked why I wasn't notified earlier either by mail, call, email, really any way & she stated I had to notify them. How am I suppose to know I have a bill if they don't notify the patient. I asked what address they had & gave me an old one & said it's my responsibility to update it. They stated that "We have to many patients and we don't have the time to call or notify any patients about anything ever". But I stated I had & clearly they had it because I just received their bill 3 yrs later. I also asked why I hadn't at least received a call or email because this is an important thing to know. She clearly did not care & continued to yell, speak over me, & when she was done, hung up on me. They certainly don't have the manners, behavior, or professionalism to be interacting w/other human beings & truly lack respect, empathy, & thoughtfulness for others especially towards sick humans. This one star certainly isn't deserved. If they were in a larger city they would have to close due to having other options but they certainly take advantage of that. I will most definitely be reporting them. You don't treat others remotely how I've been treated by them much less people who are sick & vulnerable. I also told them I needed to schedule an appt. due to experiencing frequent heart palpitations, hyper-intensive crisis, & rapid heart beats of 125-130. Although I have been a patient with them she stated I was needing to get another referral from my primary. I had my primary doctor send one in & they denied it with no reason. They CLEARLY do not care for their patients & treat their patients horribly. They CLEARLY do not care for the well-being of their patients and cause more unnecessary stress upon them w/their maltreatment. read more

Dr. Chandramouli's cardiologist office is a well oiled machine! It's sad to say in today's healthcare environment that an excellent, well run practice is the exception and not the rule. After speaking with the hospital staff at Mercy, it was apparent Dr. Chandramouli is highly respected by his peers. The doctor himself is pleasant and speaks in laymen's terms when discussing diagnosis and strategy. He is backed up by a competent and personable PA. All nursing staff and techs I have come in contact with are top notch, and the office staff is efficient, pleasant, and cheerful. This is how a medical office should be run. I have recommended Dr. Chandramouli to several people and will continue to do so. read more

I had a cardiac procedure today, and going in I was both very nervous and pretty angry because nobody in my Dr's offices where I live had told me much about what to expect. The PA in Dr Chandramouli's office was very helpful, and answered all my questions. Staff was great about booking around my schedule, and the possible need to change everything at the last minute, as there are forest fires burning around the area and smoke really gets to me. Dr took me seriously about my anxiety levels. Staff at the Medical Center were great, the Kiwanis House where I stayed was great, and the procedure went beautifully and was great. I would highly recommend Dr Chandramouli. Pretty hard to say that everything about a procedure where they "jump start" your heart was good, but that was MY experience. read more

Two stars for the Doctor, zero stars for the staff. Dr. Chandramouli seems a pleasant, caring doctor, and staff has spoken highly of him in the past. Unfortunately several new faces among his staff and those I encountered should try another occupation. I just came from a "stress test." a horrible experience made even more uncomfortable by the fact that staff was uncaring and without good communication skills, e.g. not explaining what they were doing, what came next, etc. When questions were expressed, staff gave one syllable responses that explained nothing. When staff was questioned about anaesthetic (topical) for IV insertion, staff asked if it was the worst pain I ever had and what about childbirth, and went on to wonder why other people kept talking about anaesthsia, I explained there were ways to anaesthesize the area to eliminate pain and It was commonplace for this to be done as I had experience it on other times when I had an IV inserted. The staff person would have none of it and only found it amusing and absurd. This was an older male staff member who seemed completely out of touch with current practices. The IV hurt like hell, which he explained was only because I wasn't breathing. When the IV was removed and bandage applied, they suddenly realized I was bleeding profusely and blood was puddling on the floor. For that, the staff person gets a grade of F. I think the tragedy is that when staff are lacking in skills and the appropriate personality to make patients feel comfortable it can't help but reflect on the doctor. Needless to say, Dr. Chandramouli is extremely busy and would likely not know the quality or lack of quality of his staff. I only hope he reads this and can find better qualified staff to join his practice. The two staff members I was subjected to have resulted in my resolve never to return to subject myself to the two of them again. read more

This cardiologist office is for definitely money only, rather for patients. The doctor himself should be responsible of how his biller bills patients. They are trying to bill you much higher than insurance company actually legitimately allowed. They divided tests into separate visit while insurance confirmed that there should be only one co-pay. They are trying to get you more visit, so that they could impose those fees into patient which contracted insurance company doesn't legitimately allowed. read more
