The couple times we've been there the behavior of the front desk staff is so off putting that we chose not to go back. It's unfortunate because the providers are wonderful. Suggest reassign those trolls back under the bridge until they learn how to deal with people respectfully. The office manager isn't much better. I guess when you ride the coat tails of dad you can be anyway you want.

He does not work to make the insurance company happy or the pharmaceutical companies rich. Dr. Malotky is genuinely concerned about the health of his patients and he also looks out for your pocket book. He may not be a preferred provider for most insurances as another review mentioned, but that is a good thing. He makes decisions as a medical professional, and does not put up with the BS insurance companies force many doctors to do. This has resulted in better care for me and my family and always ends up costing less than going somewhere else that may be "preferred" by insurance. I would refer Dr. Malotky to anyone. I know he will take great care of you and your family!

I am the caregiver to a patient at this place why would my doctor know anything my parents care? They don't and they won't certify a claim for this. This practice has now cost me 2 days of pay. Additionally, good luck getting a call back. My dad is dying waiting for any action from these doctors. He was discharged from the hospital very ill and no one from this office bothered to call and check on him even though his labs were in the life saving range. There is no patient or family support here. My dad will die waiting.

So please, when you read the negative comments by the gentleman by the name of Stephen, you might take all that into consideration. I'm sure even Stephen has not been perfect 100% of the time.
