We feel as though we as patients are being taken seriously, and that it matters how we feel about treatments and medications, we have never had this feeling before. Doctor Liwanpo is young and extremely well informed , she welcomes questions and encourages collaboration. She goes out of her way to accommodate her patients, follows up in a timely manner with test results. It is totally refreshing and encouraging to see medicine being practiced in this manner. The couple times we've been there the behavior of the front desk staff is so off putting that we chose not to go back. It's unfortunate because the providers are wonderful. Suggest reassign those trolls back under the bridge until they learn how to deal with people respectfully. The office manager isn't much better. I guess when you ride the coat tails of dad you can be anyway you want.

Took my mother in law to an appointment they had scheduled for her and when we got there the Dr asked why we came. Thought that was his job? Anyway will not return and you shouldn't either. Dr's are rude and always in hurry. They have a hi staff turnover which is an indication of their incompetence.

I did ask if they were in network with Cigna and was told the are in network. I tried to verify a couple of providers on the Cigna website and the website is down for maintenance. My mother was a patient of Dr William Harden. During her final days we attempted to contact him to…read moreget a hospice referral. Absolutely No response from his office. Patient Advocacy and Hospice were contacted and attempted to contact him for medical records to be able to begin hospice treatment. Again, no response. When we went to his office to attempt to get records ourselves we were treated in an extremely rude and disgusting manner. Hospice finally agreed to provide end of life care without Dr. Harden's referral (thank God). I don't know if it is the Doctor or his staff that are responsible for bailing out in my mother in her final days. I do know that this is an inexcusable way to treat a patient and family especially in her dying days.

After that he just blew her off. Mom changed doctors and the new doctor discovered she had esophageal cancer that had metastasized to her right sub-clavicular lymph node. By this time it was at stage IV. Mom passed away May 13th. This doctor is a worthless diagnostician whom I wouldn't refer my worst enemy too. Stay away from this guy if you wish to stay healthy.
