She has been asking for earrings for a few months now and I had seen many posts on mom groups where this salon had been mentioned as THE place to go for kids, so I decided to go for it. I always knew I wanted my girls to have their ears done by a professional, NOT at a store with a gun. The whole experience was so relaxed and gentle in comparison to my own experience when I was 4 (with a gun) or the horror stories I'd heard from my sisters when they had their kids done at Claire's. My girl did great, no tears thanks to the numbing cream, and none of the trauma that accompanies piercing with a gun! 10/10 experience and when my other 3yo daughter wants hers done we will definitely be coming back!

I had an idea in my head and…read morehad looked at her portfolio of work, but the piece she turned out was even better than I had imagined. She accommodated all of my adjustments and requests and it turned out perfectly. My only critique would be that there was a bit of a lack of professionalism in the planning and booking process and she was late the day of the tattoo appointment. But life happens and Miranda does EXCELLENT work, I would go back to her in a heartbeat.

I messaged her to see if she could look at my piercing. she got me in immediately and looked at my piercing. it was a bit infected. She took care of the infection and again told me exactly what I needed to do. she asked me to reach out to her in a couple weeks to see how it was healing or sooner if it gets worse. She is amazing and knows her stuff. I strongly recommend her. maybe I'll listen to her this time.

The location is in Riel industrial park, just a few minutes off the Ray Gibbon exit from the Henday. The studio is on the second floor so if mobility is an issue, this shop might not be for you. It's an open concept top floor shop - beautiful, airy, and bright. Our piercings all healed okay, though I think it would have been better if we had been given options of non pronged noise piercings because they caught on masks, sheets, etc. my nose finally started healing once I purchased a flat style piece of jewelry elsewhere. Booking, waivers, and payments were all made electronically. Environment was spotless just as you'd hope for at a tattoo and piercing shop.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys, and will come back anytime I need work done!…read more I had two pretty easy one-colour tattoos scheduled for the same day, and had Kate as my artist. These were my first, and I was not sure what my pain threshold would be, but I was determined to do it! Kate is friendly and SO efficient! I couldn't believe how fast she knocked these out! One on my inner arm, and the other on my calf (gotta admit, I twitched, because there was some serious shading happening). But I appreciated the sheet they sent me beforehand with everything I might need (snacks and a pillow, ftw!) I couldn't believe I was done in just over 2 hours, so my price was less than quoted. The shop is immaculate, and for someone like me who had always been intimidated by the thought of a "tattoo parlor," it put me completely at ease. The music was cool 80s/90s rock and grunge, and I was completely relaxed there and with Kate. I was given good after-instructions for care and cleaning, as well. Other artists came over to check to see what she was working on, and were friendly and chatty. If you want new ink, come here! You won't regret it! I now want to plan a few more!

The clinician who did my facial and wax was patient with my questions and was very friendly. The massage facial is to die for - highly recommend for facial newbies or those looking for a relaxing and beneficial experience!
