Pico 3 sour smoothie beer was top notch
Matthew B.

came here to kill time while my gf was at a nail appointment in reston. great beers and great service--will def be back

My new favorite spot. They have a great assortment of beer and the chocolate berry sour is just like a delicious alcoholic smoothie. And they are STRONG! My only con is that I hope they are able to do some sort of outdoor seating situation. The place is small so not a ton of seating but has the feel of a garage, so had an indoor outdoor feel with the open entrance wall.

Small craft brewery in an office park. Tap list is available on their website https://www.juicybrewing.com/ The star is the Opaque New England Hazy IPA (6% ABV) with Galaxy, Motueka, and Citra hops. Super citrus juicy notes without too much piny resin from the hops. Very well balanced. We also liked the Black Milk, a sweet stout. But recommend in the smaller 7oz pour given how filling it is and the overall sweetness.

Juicy has me smiling! For as new as this brewery/taproom is, I'm super impressed with the quality of their home brews! You can tell the time was spent perfecting them before releasing them to the public. I really appreciate that! The opaque juicy Gage IPA was sweet and kicked at 9% ABV! You couldn't taste the alcohol and hops were subtle. The Opaque IPA was smooth and hoppy. Loved the Kolsch by Spring Mood too! It was hot as Satans Den outside, so I was very thankful for a cool breezy tap room to chill out in. They have a slushy beer on tap as well! No tasters, but half pours are available. The space is dog and kid friendly. Smaller, but community tables make for good conversation and ample seating. This brewery works on the honor system! Well you can pay as you go, also have the option of settling at the end. You just have to let them know what you bought. It sends a good vibe to have an honor system! I'm so glad this brewery open in Herndon! We will be back for sure :-)

This is a great little spot! They have some good beers on tap! Service here was great and was able to try different things as well as being given a great description of the beers they had on tap!

Great hidden little jam! Their hazy IPAs and kettle sours are definitely worth the trip! Small & cozy, definitely a family atmosphere and perfect for catching up with a friend!

Juicy Brewing Co is a cool spot to hang and enjoy Aussie created brews. Service is great! I'd stop by again.

My favorite brewery at the moment. They're committed to good beer, stanky IPAs (in the best way possible) and fruited sours. Perfect for IPA lovers and people who aren't shy with new flavors. Very laid back atmosphere and great service. Garage door opens to the outside. No food but you can bring your own.

Triple IPA. Camera doing something weird, vertical shade lines not actually present

I love love love Juicy brewing and what they bring to the beer landscape in the area. I was drawn in by the lure of smoothy style sours but have found comfort in their other brews; IPAs, milk stout, and hefeweizen. They occupy the warehouse in Herndon that Aslin got started in. The sours are still my main attraction but I still stop by for the others. Follow them on insta for the release announcements and other promos. The tap room sits about 30 and all tabs, at the moment, are on the honor system, meaning you pay at the end, no up front credit card necessary. Can't say enough about this place, and they're just hitting their stride.

First time here but wow! Yes the beers are definitely Juicy! Anton was working and he provided great customer service! He offered recommendations and where to start. Tried both #1 Opaque and then #3 Oppaque and both were tasty, although #3 was sweeter which I liked. The glassware is really cool and and Anton said they are working on swag etc. This is definitely a hidden gem that should be visited. Juicy is appropriately named!

Great new spot! Super laid back, has an open garage door for good weather. I got the Oppage, a smooth Citra IPA, yum. My husband was stoked to see Schwarzbeer on the menu too. No food except soft pretzels, but you can byo.

Tasty though nonetheless, I enjoyed their Belgian style beer. They also have stouts, IPAs, etc. Lots of seating inside, good for large parties, food was good too. I'm glad the wings were not an afterthought like some other places. Look forward to coming to here again!

They also have a sister space in Falls Church that I need to visit now, too. The staff was super friendly, offering their recommendations on food and drink. They were patient in my indecision and helped me make all my picks. In the end, I went their grilled cheese and tomato soup, which will envelop you in its coziness on a cold wintry day. And let me TELL YOU. That was the best grilled cheese + tomato soup I've ever had! I don't know what I was expecting. But the bread was light, perfectly buttered and toasted in just the right way to give it that chew. The cheese had a great melt and flavor. Then the soup! Move over, Campbell's. This was a housemade soup and you could really tell! I could taste the basil - it was perfectly seasoned and not overly tart or creamy. Just right. Who knew you could elevate such a simple staple like a tomato soup. My partner ordered a delectable stout to finish it all off, while our friends had their picks of IPAs and other beers. Check out their extensive beer menu! As a non-bar food lover, I was raving about my meal for days! Very odd for me. But I love how refreshing this place is. Bravo!

We attempted to go to the stout fest the first day and were unable to find parking and saw lines out the door at 1pm. So, we went for the second day when they opened and had no problems at all finding parking. The space is large with high ceilings and lots of tables, which they supplement with outdoor tables during good weather. There are a number of pinball machines (which only take quarters) along the wall to the right of the entrance. They were very well organized for the Stout Festival and servers were helpful with answering questions about the large number of (around 20, didn't actually count) stouts on offer. You can select a flight of 4 brews to try or go straight for a pint. Eugene's sausages are also sold here and they are outstanding. We opted for sample flights of the stouts since it was the Stout Fest, but they offer a wide variety of brew styles. All of the stouts were excellent and varied from a dry style to much sweeter. My personal favorite was the Black Forest which featured distinct notes of cherry and chocolate, as the name suggests. If you love beer you might just find your new favorite here. Highly recommend.

This was my second visit to this location…read more As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff members. They let me check out the place before being seated. The bar area is self-seating.I chose to sit in the bar area...the only remaining big table with high chairs/table...it was packed! The happy hour is pretty awesome here. They have daily happy hour from 4-6 pm, which is pretty awesome, starting early and ending late. There is also a power hour from 3-6, where everything on the happy hour menu is $5, which is a little early!! The menu includes regular bar food and a variety of drinks (as shown in the picture). We ordered the following: -Let that "man"go - in general it's an iced drink, so I'd avoid. -Spicy pina marg - another iced drink. It was ok. -I'm Ron Burgundy (2x)- this had a nice strong coffee flavor, doesn't come with ice; I would highly recommend it...they made it so good!!! -Maker's mini nachos - There proportion of chips to toppings was off there wasn't enough toppings and too many chips, but there was a lot of cheese. -Calamari was a good portion, and tasty -Chicken tenders - they were delicious and moist There are so many items to choose from on the power hour/happy hour menu. I would definitely recommend lil B and the wings. There was live music, which was just way too loud for such a small space. We would have been okay with all the music. There is plenty of parking available in nearby garages, I believe free after 5pm. There is also timed/paid parallel parking. Would I return? definitely!

The biergarten has ample canopy seating with long benches and tabletops, perfect for groups! You can't make reservations. They have a strict policy of no outside food or drinks. The ambiance is very casual and there's no table service. Rather than ordering through a QR code, place your order at the bar and then you'll get a text alert when the food is ready for pick-up at the long table closest to the bar. The line is always pretty short and you can get a drink within 5-10 min, the food takes longer and even up to 1/2 hour for fries. I would stick to the beer on draft, the cocktails can be hit/miss depending on the bartender, the draft drinks tend to have better consistency. The Wildberry Mule cocktail and Pina Colada Sangria and Peach Seltzer on draft were my picks while the Bourbon Smash, Passionfruit Mojito, Pina Colada Mojito, and the Passionfruit Seltzer were misses. On the flip side, the bartenders poured a generous amount of Prosecco for Mimosas, much appreciated! The bottled Angry Orchard apple cider is generally my go-to. There's always a mocktail on the menu (came in handy when I was pregnant!) The new battered fries are so much better than last year! The menu is limited with simple bar food (bbq pulled pork sandwich, burger, grilled cheese, hot dog, fries, kettle chips). Wish there were more vegetarian options like charcuterie board, hummus and crackers, nachos, mac and cheese, etc. While I give credit for having a Veggie Burger on the menu, it's sad and disappointing. It has a very smoky meaty flavor (from the grill, not the patty) with lackluster toppings - the vegan cheese is disgusting. I would swap out the kettle chips and pay the upcharge for fries. The doughy pretzel sticks are quite salty and a step up from the movie theater. They are good for absorbing the alcohol! Despite these minor complaints, I love coming here with family and fries. So glad The Perch opened up, Starr Hill Biergarten is a great spot to kick back and relax with a beer or 2!
