My friend chose Don Taco because it's one of his favorite spots, and he kept raving about how great the tacos were. And because really, you can't go wrong with chips, salsa, and drinks for a quick happy hour. The salsa which is not pictured had a great smoky kick, the tacos were very flavorful, fresh and hot. The host and waitress were very sweet, kind and attentive. The atmosphere was pretty cool, nothing to complain about. A lot of space, we sat upstairs which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, this place isn't handicap accessible so if you're unable to walk 2 flights of stairs this wouldn't be the a great option. Thank you Don Taco Staff

We had the entire upstairs area to ourselves, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, and I loved the mini fans placed throughout the space--perfect if you're feeling a little too warm or have enjoyed a few drinks! As for the service, it was a bit hit-or-miss. The young lady who took our orders was pleasant, but it took quite a while for drinks to come out. There were also several missing items from people's orders, which caused some frustration since those items had been ordered well in advance. Now, onto the food--the real star of the experience! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals and had great things to say. I ordered a salmon taco, which I actually saved and ate the next day for lunch, and it was still delicious. The queso, however, wasn't a favorite among our group. On the other hand, the chips and salsa were a hit. The mocktails were excellent, and everyone seemed to enjoy their cocktails as well. Despite a few service hiccups, the food, drinks, and atmosphere made for a great experience. I would definitely visit again.

    - Very clean restrooms w fun comic book art. - Food came in…read moreabout 20 minutes. It looked good. - Brussels had just hint of sweet, I actually wanted them to have a little more, but they were good and crunchy. - Shrimp was piping hot, I almost burned my mouth! Not overly seasoned (I didn't use the sauce) and maybe grilled a little too hard and a bit dry, I had to chew for a while. But I ate it with the crab cake and it was good. - Mac and cheese wasn't overly seasoned either but sufficient. Some might say it needs something, maybe salt, but I was ok. Pretty good cheese pull. - Crab cake was also pretty hot, and yummy. I did try it with the sauce, but it tasted mayonnaise based and I don't usually add sauces. I prefer the food to be seasoned on its own, so I just ate it with the shrimp. - There were a few people at the bar when I arrived and two people in the dining area who left by the time I sat down. You can see from others' pictures how small the inside is, so I found it odd that the server sat a couple that arrived about 15 minutes later right next to me (booth and chair seating). I get having sections, but that seemed a little close to me. The next couple that arrived was sat a couple of tables away, similar booth/chair seating. - Soft R&B from an artist I wasn't familiar with was playing. Then some reggae. It was loud but not obnoxiously so. I enjoyed the vibe. - I chuckled when about 3/4 through my meal then busboy brought a to go container. I shook my head that I didn't need it. This girl can eat! LOL. - Docked one star because the menu said to add shrimp to the Stacker was $4, but the check said $6. I'm not crying over $2 but it's more about accuracy. Also, they add an 18% service fee. Not sure why establishments do this; I would have left 20% on my own. - Overall I was happy with my visit and the food. Casual with elevated prices. Not the perfect meal, but good enough.

I know when I order from here, I'm getting my ZEN on. Every time I've had their PB Acai smoothie it…read morehas always been amazing, from the peanut drizzle that makes the cup look picture perfect, to the fresh flavor of the Acai. There's something about their peanut butter that's mildly addicting. I think it's homemade (need to verify this). The other day I decided to also try their "Zen rolls" since I saw this on the Uber Eats menu. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! When I took the first bite, at first I noticed how refreshing it tasted, and how delicious the chili sauce was. As I was eating it the veggies tasted fresh, especially the peppers and the strawberry combined with the chili sauce was so good in the most surprising way. Who knew rice paper rolls could be THIS healthy? Despite being tired that day I ended up with renowned energy after eating those rolls. Like it felt super nourishing. These were definitely the most tasty veggie rolls I've had in a while. The sauce is just divine. I love that they really package their stuff so carefully and the box has such a cute aesthetic. Everything truly feels like it's made with love, and their cups have little fake stickers on them to really give your drink a personal touch, something I don't see at other smoothie or juice bars. Everything just has this niche personal feeling to it. If you want a healthy lunch or drink, this is your spot. It definitely feels like you are getting real good nourishment here and I am all for it. I will be back soon for my ACAI fix! Or maybe I'll try their other smoothies like the blue one with spirulina in it. Such a gem!

The smoothie was creamy, fruity, and visually one of the most striking drinks I've had in a while. The mango and banana gave it a naturally sweet flavor, while the coconut yogurt added a rich texture. I could still pick up some of the blue spirulina underneath everything, which kept it from tasting one-dimensional. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. It felt like a place where you could slow down for a few minutes instead of grabbing something and rushing back out the door. One thing I like about this smoothie is that it's easy to customize. After having it before, I've found that ordering it with light banana and no agave makes it taste lighter and lets the mango come through more. That said, the standard version was still enjoyable and is probably the best starting point if you've never tried it before. I'd definitely come back and try other drinks on the menu.
