Super friendly staff and great original drinks you won't be disappointed by the service at all.

Best place to go for coffee in Provo. Every one here is super nice and the coffee is always amazing!! Waaayyyy better then Starbucks!!

I will never be coming back to this coffee shop. I would give it a zero if I could. My experience went like this. I pull up to the menu outside of the place. My 3 year old is asleep and so we decide to go through the drive through on our way to an event. We all decide to get certain drinks but notice 1. There are no sizes on the menu board. 2. There are no prices. By the time we get to the window we can't even remember all the choices on the menu board because there is no menu where you order. The girl with shoulder length black/brown hair opens the window saying "yes". (Already not how you ask someone what they want) my sister asks a quick question about the amount of shots in the coffee drink she wants, the girl looks annoyed and turns her back to make the drink. She hands the drink to me and I say we have a few more drinks. We order a juice and on the board it says to par it with other juices. We say banana and her tone and the way she told me you can't get banana in the drink like I'm idiot. I point out that on there menu board it said that. She says, "well that menu is wrong" I said alright can you give me my choices and we will all pick. So she quickly lists everything off. We give her two more drinks and go to give her the third and she closes the window in my face. After almost ten minutes goes by(my 5 year old has gone into the shop with my younger cousin to use the bathroom and come back in this time) the employee opens the window and hands me the drinks. I tell her I have one more drink. She gives me the most disgusted look and says,"girls, you can't order that many drinks in the drive through. If you want another drink you have to come in." I said what?! I just waited in line where does it say there is a drink limit? She said I don't make the rules and I'm not the one who asked all the questions. If you are going to ask questions about the menu you should have come into the shop." I said well your menu is incorrect and three car lengths behind us. She told me "well people who come through usually know what they want. So that's on you. " I asked are you a franchise that everyone knows your menu so they know exactly what they want when they pull through? She said no. I said okay well don't treat me like I'm stupid and be so rude. She said well your problem isn't with me. Well yes it is. The way she spoke to me. I'm physically look older than her and she spoke with the worst attitude, the most chastising tone. I am appalled that she is even working in the service business and wouldn't be surprised for them to go out of business if they are limiting themselves to four drinks at the drive through. Well you just missed out on more money. I won't tip someone being a bitch to me and I sure as hell will never go back nor recommend you. I've got a big family and they won't be going there ever either now as they all have heard my experience it pissed me off that much. read more

I was very excited to check this place out as I'm new to the area & it's near my house. I went through the drive thru, assuming it was closed as there was no one else in the parking lot. I looked at the menu for future reference & went to the window to look at the hours (as I know some chains have different hours & menus). One of the employees came to the window & instead of saying "I'm sorry, we're closed" he rudely pointed at the hours that were on the window, rolled his eyes & walked away. VERY disappointed as I was trying to drop by to look at the menu while on my way home. It doesn't matter if he was on or off the clock, he represents the business and he did an awful job of doing so. I will never come back to this location, simply bc of a rude employee. read more

The girls attitude was pretty annoying. We asked for a non coffee drink and they put coffee in it. Then I asked for 2 pumps of raspberry in the other one and they didn't do that either. I wish I would have looked at their yelp before spending my money on two drinks I didn't ask for. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I worked at this little coffee shop around 20 years ago. Still to this day it was the funnest job I ever had. The customer service is excellent, the owners are awesome and the coffee is well priced for what you get. Which is top of the line coffee. You can even buy it by the pound. If this review had 10 Stars Juice & Java would have them all read more

The barista was really sweet and quick, but my blended drink tasted like plastic for some reason and after just a few sips my whole throat was swollen. Not sure if I'll come back to this one because of this. read more

Starbucks level coffee. Why even open a shop and sell shit espresso. Bland flavor and cold employees as well.

Went the morning of October 6 & giving the Benefit of the doubt I will just assume the woman working was just having a rough day herself. Unfriendly and making snarky looks to the other employee about my drink order. Customer service is so vital especially at smaller company's like java n juice. I've been coming for a few weeks and hoping to give it another try hopefully the red headed maybe brown hair - middle aged woman will be having a better morning. Worst experience I've ever had in customer service. Will NEVER be coming back to this location. The girl with the short black hair. Should not be working in The ANY type of service industry. Walked away and shut the window in the middle of our order. Took forever to make the drinks and since we didn't get to finish ordering we went to order our last drink (4th one) she said "girls seriously you can't do that many drinks in the drive thru." First of all do not talk to me like that I'm a customer not a child you're chastising. Second I'm clearly an adult with the another adult and three small kids in the car, probably older than you so do not talk condescending to me. You guys have no sign that says you can't order 4 drinks at the window. Told me im suppose to come in if I'm gonna have any questions about the drinks. Okay so I can't ask how many shots are in a drink. I have to come in. Also you guys have one employee working. We waited in line so long I almost forgot what I wanted when we got to the window. Lastly I said well sorry I've never been here don't really know how the juices work like which ones can mix what can't and she said with the bitchest tone I've heard from someone in customer service, " Well unlike you guys most people know what they want when they get to the window." No way in hell did she just speak to me that way. I use to work at a coffee shop, I've worked at many service places you never speak to a customer that way. You never just close the window in the middle of a customer ordering. You never tell a customer they are wrong. And just as a human learn some manners and treat people with some decent respect because that was terrible. read more

After reading madi H's review...I'd like to point out the the amount of time I sat behind them (when it was their turn)in line was crazy... very inconsiderate not to have your order ready to go.... plus the short black haired girl as referred to in the review was very apologetic about the wait. Also asked since the order was so large and time-consuming if they would like to come in and then she answer more questions... I've been coming to this coffee shop for a long time and it has always been awesome (that is why it is so busy)! So some words of advice Madi H ( clueless person) if the line is long. Have your order ready so that everybody can get taken care of. And don't order a bunch of drinks and expect them to be done in a snap of the finger ( they are made to order).remember don't take it out on the barista because they're trying to get everybody done in a timely matter. If you had worked in the coffee shop, you would probably remember that. Love this place, all of the staff is awesome and I will always come here forever! read more
