Amazing establishment however homegirl decided to put honey on my berries after I specifically told her I couldn't have honey. then had the audacity to make me a super watery açaí bowl. No thickness at all, just like my girlfriend, I should've just got a juice. Then she didn't blend my smoothie well, frozen chunks of fruit. But good smoothie bowl. read more

I was debating on going to some free raw place in Downtown Riverside and chose this because I figured the other place might be slow. Show up... 5 people in line, 1 person working. Typical corporation improperly staffing to save money. While I get to wait, because they studies show that customers would rather wait then go to a competitor. I whack. read more

Came in around 930ish got a detoxifier drink and got back to work and spilled it! Called them letting them know happened told them if I had to pay for it again I will and without hesitation BAILEY was super nice about it and told me to come back in and they took care of it!!! Great customer service!! Thank you! read more

I bought a carrot juice there and while drinking it there's something like sand underneath my tooth.

The four stars are for the smoothie itself but the girl who's working right now always seems to have an attitude with me when I come in. It's like I'm bothering her by ordering. Her name is Maddie and her customer service skills are terrible. Management needs to talk to her ASAP read more

Came here an accidentally ordered the wrong drink. They were really nice and took my previous drink and made me a new one just like I liked. It was really nice of them. Shoutout to the two girls working Sunday am. read more

Manager was walking around the store taking pictures. He didn't acknowledge any of the customers that walked in. The cashiers were patient and answered all questions I had about the menu items. Establishment was clean and upbeat. They made my smoothie in less than 5 min and it tasted great. read more

My whole family knows I love juice it up (hence why they're getting 2 stars and not 1). So I got a giftcard for Christmas to buy my oh so delicious grinded up vegetables and fruits. But sadly everyday since christmas their "loyalty machine" has been down? I'm not really sure what a loyalty machine is but it sure doesn't seem very loyal to me. But oh dont worry you can spend normal cash and just come back another time to be rejected again! I've gotten to the point where I just call in to see if it's working but the employees must be pretty young because I'm pretty sure they dont even know what a landline is. read more

Management needs to talk to their staff about not judging people's requests or orders. This was my first time coming to this location and I requested to have something added to my juice, nothing extravagant or cause pain to the maker, and the guy helping me was so rude. I have my juice made like this at other locations and it tastes good to me, but he was the first to show disgust and rolled his eyes when I said I like it that way. He barely added any spinach, kale, or cucumber, etc and his demeanor was unprofessional. When his coworker came from the kitchen she looked sloppy and was looking on her phone trying to tell him about something, while he was trying to make my drink. I'm all for having fun at work, but they need to be talked to about being professional when customers are present. If they don't like their job, then go find another. Thank goodness this is not my regular store. read more

I come in all the time and really enjoy the great customer service. I was kindly helped by Vandella and Breanna. These girls always greet me with such a warm welcome and are always happy to help anyone! I can definitely see how hard they work to create a great experience for everyone! read more

This location used to be my favorite. NOW IT STINKS! On MANY of my previous visits, this location was ALWAYS OUT of IMPORTANT ingredients for my FAVORITE DRINKS...which I tolerated b'cuz I still enjoyed drinking my second and third favorites. After this past week...I've decided it would be my LAST VISIT~ I placed my order and paid, then overheard the next cashier reminded her customer about the JIU loyalty card. Since my cashier did NOT remind me, I approached this cashier with my receipt and "paper" loyalty card, and asked for a "punch" for my purchase just made a few minutes before. She stated that they no longer honor the "paper" card and began to hand me the new keyring/plastic version. I asked if she could honor the purchase I made (less than 5 minutes prior) and she said NO...b'cuz it had to be at the time of purchase. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The NEW MANAGER ( I inquired about the man who was PICKING HIS NOSE...and STANDING with his arms CROSSED just behind her) which she stated is the NEW MANAGER. Although I did NOT ask her to get his approval to honor the transaction, she did NOT offer to see if he could override the cashiers level of approval. I guess he was a little to busy looking for buried treasures! Lastly...regarding MY DRINK. I decided to order a Juice beverage. The employee did NOT clean out the juicer until he made my medium beverage (which was $6.25...WOW! I'll now give my money to Trader Joe'S) He SCOOPED CHUNKS of PULP from MANY PREVIOUS orders...and did NOT RINSE the machine. I am ALLERGIC to some fruits...and could have easily had a serious reaction if the CROSS CONTAMINATION of a trigger fruit wound up in my cup. Suffice to say...I will NEVER solicit this location again! 5 - thumbs DOWN! read more

I absolutely LOVE juice it up! This one especially. Their customer service first of all is great. If anyone reading this works at the juice it up in riverside plaza, GOOD JOB WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KEEP IT UP. I value highly of good, prompt and friendly service. Thank you for that. I love that they actually put REAL fruit into the smoothies. Absolutely delicious and phenomenal. My favorites that I would recommend to anyone would be Passion Punch and Razzle-Dazzle. The store is neat and really organized. There isn't a restroom though, which is not that big of a deal since they are surrounded next to different stores that have restrooms and the plaza has a restroom for the public as well. But overall it's a great place to go to and I always go after my climbing workout, grab a smoothie and head home or to work. read more

Really bad service from the blonde. Dont come here. She is rude, all she did was talk to her friends and co workers... all the while my smoothie was lumpy and really grainy... she was upset about my use of a Buy one get one free coupon, I was buying drinks for my office, we come here regularly... but after this bad service, never again! read more

Went in today with my son and my friend. One of the girls working there was so rude and none of them were friendly when we walked in. I don't go here often and I am not really familiar with their menu, so it took me a minute. The girl waiting to take my order had an attitude maybe because she felt I was taking to long? I don't really know. I ordered a smoothly and got my free boost. My friend had offered right before me and asked what a boost was so I showed her on the menu. She was bummed because she didn't know and didn't read the entire menu to see. I asked the girl at the counter why they didn't ask customers if they wanted their free boost when offering and basically her response was if we can't read then it's the customers fault. All this with an eye roll and attitude. Needless to say, our experience was not pleasant at this particular Juice it up. Not at all. read more

the staff does not work as a team, 3 employees and it seems that there is only one, I waited 20 minutes just to pick up my order that was already ready and also 3 clients left because they were not attended to, I think the owner should take more care of his business read more

Try their seabreeze squeeze if you are into tropical drinks. one of my favorites and I always seem to get it since its sooo delicious good customer service. Made sure they say hello and if they're busy they'll let you know they will be right with you. Which says a lot since I use to work in customer service. It's also a great location since I go to the community college down the street. read more

I usually go here because my daughter loves their smoothies. It is not always a pleasant experience. Usually, the staff makes me feel like they are doing me a huge favor by waiting on me. Tonight my 14 year old daughter, her friend and I went there. The people working were a breath of fresh air. Their names were Alyson and Asher. They were friendly and helpful and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. Such a nice change from the way we are usually treated. I have to say, the smoothies are always delicious, but I like to patronize places where customers are still treated as if they are important and not an imposition. Even the person I assume is the manager is rude. read more

I live right between the JIU off wood and this store. And ever since I've been here I've never been disappointed. The wait is never long for my drink, the lines are never too long, all because of the pace their staff has. Very friendly staff that will help you find the right drink for you. Definitely try something you've never had from a juice it up, you won't be disappointed read more

Went in for a quick snack and got a great smoothie. We ordered my son the ever green smoothie and he loved it. It came out quick and was the best tasting ever green we have had. read more

I've been coming here for years. Best time to come though is bright and early when the open. I love that they can make all their stuff non-dairy for all the lac-tards like myself. read more

The juices are fine, nothing remarkable either way. The customer service or lack thereof is what warrants the review. They charge $1 to split a juice into two cups. Other Juice It Up locations don't do this. When I mentioned this to the manager, she without any type of empathy or consideration said it was the owners' decision. No apology, nothing. I understand that they have to pay for the cup, which probably only costs them 5 to 15 cents, and I would have paid that without problem. But I have a problem with the fact that they are marking it up so high and that the manager was so indifferent to me about it. I really hate the California customer service model where businesses and their employees think that they are doing you a favor. I can and will take my business elsewhere and suggests others do the same. read more

Finally! I've found a Juice It Up that is the way all juice bars should be. They are very friendly and helpful - especially the manager. All of the vegetables are consistently fresh. I love this place! read more

Juice for breakfast. Yum. Awesome girls this morning! Fast and friendly. Will be back again!

The service is so bad it is preventing me from ever walking into this establishment again. The few teenagers they have working there have NO idea how to run a shop unattended. I waited for someone to even acknowledge me, considering there were3 employees and not one other customer in the shop, this was pretty bad. In addition, one employee said I needed to wait because she was making food for herself. The other decided to chat the entire time, even turning off the juicer to continue his conversation with his colleague while he was making my drink. And any extra juice thats made with your order? The employee drank it! You would think good customer service would call for them to give me the remainder of my drink. Horrible horrible horrible. read more

Love this place! My favorite is "The Zone" smoothie. I highly recommend it if you like peanut butter. Delicious! The employees are always happy which I find slightly creepy, but hey if they're happy my drink's probably gonna make me pretty happy as well...and really that's all I care about, me :) read more

The larger woman working around 4 on 3/27 was really rude to me and didn't even make me a good smoothie and when I complained she told me to "deal with it". She was very unprofessional and I don't think I will be going back anytime soon if she's there and I pressure others to do the same if you want quality service and a quality smoothie. read more

I LOVE this Juice It Up!!!! The staff here are all very friendly. I've been bringing my little daughter there since about 7months old and she's now 1 1/2...she LOVES her custom smoothie and they all know her order and most of the time start making it when we walk in the door. Juice It Up! - Yum - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Riverside, California

im partial to jambajuice..but the ladies at this particular juiceitup arent just pretty eye candy they make some tasty lavaflow.

Had the strawberry wave and it was a sugary disappointment. I couldn't even taste the fruit in it, just the sugary yogurt. And it was almost 4$ for a small. Not coming back. read more

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I came in I would say about a week or 2 ago (and I've seen this multiple times). one of the workers i believe by the name of Marty was drinking the smoothies from the blender after just giving it to me . MIXED REVIEW! Great staff and friendly service, however the store policy's by the owners are ridiculous. Ordered a M "the zone" and added extra whey scoop, obviously it's gonna be more than the 20oz. I PAY for the extra whey scoop. But they only give me the 20oz. And have to throw the rest away because it's "store policy" doesn't make any sense. THIS PROBLEM SHOULD BE ADDRESSED AND FIXED. Wouldn't come back u till it is. Manager was cute but didn't really offer much or try to understand the situation. read more

Haven't been in about a year, but it is not what I remember. We had two different juices and hey both tasted watered down, very disappointed

So I was visiting the area passing out coupons, and I lost my debit card!!! What a klutz. Couldn't remember where I lost it but knew I used it at juice it up. Went back in and asked the cashier if she gave it back. She said yes. But I still don't have it and still have no clue where it was. Did I mention they were busy??? The manager stopped what she was doing to review the cameras for me.... yes the cashier did give it back, so now I had my starting point!! Thank you for taking the time away from your line to help this scatter brained woman!!! read more

Sadly this will be my first & last. Breana who was taking my order is rude & made faces at me while I was trying to order. And when I didn't understand her because she was speaking so fast, she looked at me like I was stupid. Her multiple eye rolls to an older person (let alone a paying customer) is disrespectful. She also argued with me. Really? Is this how you treat customers?! This is my first time here. Thanks for not helping me & rushing me through. Needless to say because I was treated so badly & embarrassed in front of other customers, I had to get a refund. If she is a rep of this company, I would not be happy with the level of service & attitude she exemplified. She has no customer service. First & last time here! read more
