They have a sign saying newbies in training be patient. Management needs to train these newbies to make orders as they go. Not what is easiest for them. read more

The manager is AWFUL here. Customer service is very poor. I take celery juice every day as a MEDICATION and she would not make a plain celery juice. When I was there I was the first person in line no one in front they didn't take my order until 9-11 min later. But yesterday there was a tall slim man that wasn't in the same uniform as the other employees? He didn't have a name tag. He was wearing gym shorts a tank top and he had his long hair down, while all the other people there working were dressed correctly with their hair up. Let me start with when I first entered this location neither of the girls greeted me. I walked up to the counter and the brunette with the long hair just stood there staring at me with an attitude. I get it, not everyone knows what a Mayan Bowl, but she looked me like a dumb look and rolled her eyes. Probably be best to keep her in the back mixing the drinks instead of being at the front "not greeting" people. I came here recently after a hike. I didn't want to shop at trader Joe's on an empty stomach. I ended up buying the greens blended juice which is technically a smoothie. It's blended with pineapple, apple, spinach, kale and banana. It was very delicious and healthy. I wish Juice it Up had more healthier options. Most of their smoothies and bowls are made with punch, pineapple juice and lemonade. Too much sugar. If you are trying to eat healthy, stay on the left side of the menu which consists of juices and blended juices. read more

This is a mixed review: The bad: They don't open until 8 am (the morning fitness crowd is NOT their target group) and even then they aren't ready to open - the are still setting up until around 8:30 & I don't know what time fresh juice in the bottles makes it in the cooler since I've never seen those racks with anything in them in the morning.
