If you want a healthier version of Jamba Juice, come here! It's a small spot, meant for picking up or taking your juice on the go. I went in the evening and they were very fast with getting me my drink. I was looking for something green, but more of a smoothie and the worker was helpful in guiding me! We chose the Evergreen drink with kale, spinach, apple juice, lemonade, sherbet and pineapple. I'm more interested in healthy and fresh juices, so I asked for it without the apple juice, lemonade and sherbet and though they were surprised by my request, they did it and did it well. It's also very, very cheap! I got a 24 ounce smoothie for $4, and as a New Yorker, that's impossible, so I'm grateful for such an affordable drink! Mmm Juice... The plaza that this Juice It Up is located is really clean and provides a nice environment. Store is small but there are outside seating if you prefer to sit and drink. One thing I would recommend for people who likes juices: The only thing I order is the blend of Orange, Carrot, and Apple Juice. It is quite pricey for a drink but the price is worth the freshness. This place is great in taste, I love the acai bowls here but I do not think this is on the lower calorie count side...Also, I keep encountering grumpy staff! I usually come in Sunday mornings and I don't know if they're sleepy hungover or what but every time, they throw the most bitter life sucking attitude and I don't want any of that on weekends. I ordered a regular (she made it a point to say med over and over again) I asked her," you only have two sizes right?". I consistently get great service here and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I typically ask for more Greek yogurt and berries and they make sure to get your order right. The establishment is clean, bright and welcoming. In fact, I've never seen it dirty or messy. They play upbeat music. Good ambience. Had a order pick up... went to go pick it up and 2 bowls I got had the same topping everything in it but the only different was no blueberries on one due to my daughter is allergic... it wasn't labeled and I said "which one doesn't have the blueberries blended in it " randomly point to a bowl and saids that one look confused when said..... and for another bowl there was an extra topping adding that I didn't ask for... I've probably been here a good amount of times, but only once recently. LOCATION: It's in Chino Hills in a large okay-ish looking shopping center, but it's in an area of the center with a bunch of other eateries. There is, of course, lots of easy parking throughout the whole center, which is but the lot area by the eateries is smaller and is always significantly more filled. 3/5 ATMOSPHERE: It's pretty small, but there area a few barstool seats if you want to sit inside. It's clean-ish, but nothing special. 2/5 SELECTION: They've got lots of raw juices and a few "Fusions", which are basically smoothies made with just fruits and veggies. They also have a few acai/pitaya bowls. It would be nicer if they had more vegan smoothies, considering most of their specifically-labeled-as-smoothies smoothies contain yogurt or sherbet. Like, c'mon it's 2017 -- do people still put yogurt and sherbet in their smoothies -- just use juice or plant milk or something -- or even frozen bananas to make it creamy. 2/5 WHAT I GOT: I got their Ultimate Acai Bowl without honey (bc why would you want to eat bee vomit?), which is a basic acai bowl with granola and bananas on top. It was ok. It was better than I thought, coming from a random old juice shop. I thought it would be tasteless and super small. It was a little smaller than the average acai bowl, but whatever, no biggie, I guess. As for the acai blend, it was not bad -- it could've been a little thicker, but the acai flavor was present, and it wasn't icy or too frozen-berry tasting, like some acai bowls can be. The granola on top was like a standard granola a lot of juice bars use, and I wasn't mad about it because I like the granola -- it has a nice crunch and texture, and isn't hard to chew or anything. And the bananas on top were all right, surprisingly. I thought they'd taste super unripe, but they were soft -- they could've been a little riper, but they were still better than expected. So, overall, I was surprised that their acai bowl was better than some fancier juice places' acai bowls I've had (I've had a lot of acai bowls), but it wasn't special. 3/5 SERVICE: The service was pretty good. There were three girls working, but one seemed to be superior to the others. When I walked in, she told me she'd be with me in a minute, and then she took my order, and made my acai bowl in a very fair amount of time, considering I wasn't the only customer when I came. 3/5 read more

Why have signs about the rewards card app when you ask the clerks they look dumbfounded and then say they don't know because they don't have the app themselves. Smoothies are ALWAYS amazing here. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, polite, and helpful with suggestions. The facility is always clean as well. I don't think I have ever seen any spills on the counter or the floor ever. The location is easily accessible with other surrounding restaurants so you can get your smoothie and a bite to eat if you are still hungry. This place is my go to place for smoothies and açaí bowls. But this time it left me shocked, appalled and dismayed. The strawberry wave and açaí berry bowl were not prepared to Juice it Up standards. The strawberry wave had chunks of fruit (banana was possibly spoiled not edible). It was not blended long enough, it was tough to sip the smoothie with a straw. The açaí berry bowl with granola, blue berries and strawberries was also different. The amount of açaí was quite a bit less than usual. The amount of honey added was way too much. All that could have been overlooked but not the quantity and quality. The smoothie and the açaí bowl was NOT what I am accustomed to. Do I need to be inspector twelve before I leave the store? This is my go to place, but the quality and quantity is not happening. Employees should know when fruit is spoiled and make product according to Juice it Up standards. New employees should measure all ingredients to meet Juice it Up standards. It seems like there could have been an ownership change; as a result, new employees. So sad... read more

I always get any smoothie involving pineapple, and I especially love their Pina Coolada smoothie. Also, their service is super prompt and I love the fact that you can always add 1 add it for free! I love this place, great smoothies and açaí bowls! Overall my experience was great, The employees were very sweet and helped make my experience good! My only complaint is with one of the employees, her name is Victoria, she was horribly rude. When I walked in, she had rolled her eyes at me and I just thought she was having a bad moment, as I continued ordering she had a visible attitude and being really aggressive. I felt really uncomfortable. After this, I observed her talking to the other employees and I felt horribly bad, she was being so rude and demanding. I think it is very unprofessional. I was 3rd in line, so I figured that it will take some time. I was wrong, they have a great teamwork of staff working at this location. I figured since they were working on 2 juices of 2 customers, and I had 2 people ahead of me, it will take time. I stepped out walked by the shopping center water pond to take a phone call. I was only on the phone for 4 minutes! And my juice was already sitting on the counter. The girl at the register said, "Your drink is ready with a smile! only thing I could say was, "Wow that was fast" Please keep great customer service at this location.
