Yummy superfood smoothies! They have various food and drink items; nutrient-rich bowls, immune-boosting shots, cold coffee, bottled smoothies, and meal-replacement smoothies. The girl at the front was friendly and patient.

I recommend juice Crafters after having their Green smoothie post workout/run. The customer service was really good and the price for the quality of smoothie I received I would not mind paying again. The store front is small but was well organized and you are able to view the menu and see the other items for sale easily on display.

Had the original açaí bowl 11.99 and it was splendid. They put a whole banana, the best coconut pieces I ever had (pieces not flakes ok) 2 strawberries, and their mixed granola. The girl who helped me out was super nice too! Didn't give it a 5 star because I came here 3 times in a row already and spent $36, wish they had smaller options just for small cravings.

Great basic açaí bowl option! Probably the best in the Marina/Playa area and they're generous with their toppings. Overall bowl size is large and very filling. General side note - the shop isn't large and wait can be long if you're hitting a rush (aka Sunday morning 10am when most folks are done with workouts) but the bowls were carefully made and customer service was good so it's worth it! Definitely will return when I'm craving something fresh and cool after a workout or when it's warm out.

First time coming here and my last. Super expensive açaí bowl and it's mostly filled with granola and on top of that I had to wait like 15 mins to get it

Juice Crafters is my go-to when I need a meal replacer, açaí bowl, or just in the mood to cleanse/detox my body. They have a great menu and usually have specials that gives you a free protein powder scoop, wellness shot, etc. If you've never been, i strongly reco trying the Pacific Love or Crunchy monkey. both are similar in taste and are really great! The dragon fruit reboot or açaí power boost smoothies are good if you're not a fan of peanut butter/banana combos. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a light breakfast/lunch in MDR.

That was just half of the nuts in our bowl.

Asked if they recycle. They said no. Ordered açaí protein bowl with their vanilla protein powder and asked if they know how many grams of protein they put in there. They said no. The bowl of açaí was more a bowl of nuts than it was acai. They should just call it a nut bowl with protein powder. The amount of nuts in there was utterly off putting. I hope they start a recycling bin soon.

First time trying juice crafters must admit they have some amazing smoothies. It's a perfect spot after a long hike or a quick jog.

Really tried to like this place. The staff can careless about their customers. Did not speak a word with me when I tried to say hello.

Very disappointed this time. Have been drinking smoothies from Juice Crafters for years. When I ordered my smoothie I specifically asked for double blending- this was clearly not done as I was chewing the kale in my drink (Summerland). My husband's smoothie (crunchy monkey) was tasteless. Finally, they were using paper straws for awhile, but for some reason these were plastic (I thought plastic straws were banned) and had holes in them so you couldn't use them. We were driving so much easier to use a straw than the alternative, but couldn't because they were damaged.

I got the açaí chocolate bowl and a juice. The juice was good, but I personally wasn't a fan of the bowl and don't feel like it was worth $16. Service was okay.

What a wonderful surprise…read more I live just around the corner from Jamaica Bay Inn, and for whatever reason, it took me far too long to finally have dinner here with family and friends. I wish I'd discovered it sooner. The restaurant overlooks Mother's Beach, and the setting is exactly what you'd hope for: peaceful, relaxed, and quintessential Marina del Rey. You almost expect the view to be the highlight... Then the food shows up. For appetizers, we shared the hummus plate and the calamari. Both were excellent. As someone whose kids were practically raised eating seafood around the ports of New England, calamari is one of those deceptively simple dishes we judge pretty harshly. Beachside absolutely passed the test. I ordered the cheeseburger, which was solid, but the real stars of the evening were the roasted Jidori chicken and the jumbo shrimp fettuccine. The chicken was perfectly juicy, something that sounds easy but surprisingly few restaurants consistently get right. The shrimp fettuccine completely stole the show. In fact, it's now become my daughter's regular takeout order, and she's easily the toughest pasta critic in our family. Congratulations... you've officially earned the title of our favorite pasta spot in the Marina. The service was another highlight. Our server spoke both German and Italian, had a great sense of humor, and made the evening feel warm and effortless. Between the location, the food, and the hospitality, I already know this is going to become one of our regular family dinner spots.

First let me say that Nahum, who helped us was excellent. The absolute perfect balance of checking on you but not overdoing it. If it weren't for Nahum, morning sun, and the breeze, I think we would have sent back our plates and left. Really. We didn't tell him there were any issues, because once the decision was made to stay, why ruin his holiday too? lol Ordered coffee. Dreadful. Ok, no big deal. The food came out and I could immediately SEE The Unappetizing . It's special when you can tell that your food is going to be bad before you take one bite. The French toast was Sahara dry, burned and flavorless. The chicken, was competing with it in the dry and flavorless category-- I really can't say which was worse. I don't really use hot sauce and I drowned the tenders in Cholula just to make it halfway edible. Literally we could have waited for the AMC chicken tenders and they would have been better, which is horrifying. Particularly when you try to avoid fried food in general and now you are poisoning your body for no good reason. Husband ordered a steak and eggs, medium well. I'll attach the picture and I'll let you be the judge of whether or not it was cooked properly. Eggs were not good either. Immediately, I gave hubby more than half my plate because he eats All of Everything that's put in front of him. Something would have to get up and walk off his plate for him to not eat it. He was taught not to waste food, period. The exception was steak so that he could take it home, cook it, and then eat it. This was possibly the worst meal I've ever had, and certainly on a special occasion. So many places we could have gone today that would have been a different experience, but it will never happen again. I was excited to see that this place had a biscuits and gravy and one with fried chicken bits nonetheless, but I guess they... lied? My biscuits and gravy came without fried chicken bits. Unless by "bits of fried chicken gravy" they meant fried chicken emulsified into a gravy- but I thought that "bits" implied that I would be receiving actual *bits* of fried chicken. The biscuits were nice and buttery enough but paired with the proteinless gravy, it kind of just tasted like butter overload. This place is also pretty inflexible. Wanted to replace my potatoes with turkey sausage, but it would've been an upcharge despite these two sides being of equal value a la carte on the menu. Alright. Then, I ordered a chocolate crepe, sat for a minute, and then changed my mind and wanted to switch to the cinnamon and sugar crepe. Problem is is that they only have one cashier at all times, and the bald cashier was pretty busy ranting about this serial grubhub scammer to his line of customers, so by the time I got to the front, the crepe had already been made; and they were unwilling to switch it for me at that point. Cool. The ambiance itself seemed nice-ish; they had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for the space and the indoor was nicely decorated, but the clientele that day made it a miserable dine-in experience (at least two screaming toddlers and a man who refused to hand over the bathroom key until I explained to him that if they gave the bathroom key to another customer, someone would walk in on me in the bathroom). So yeah. I think I won't come back.

Everywhere I ate, I would be set aside like a discarded salmon skin, or even like chopped liver some might say. I would cry after every dinner out, because the very people who fed me, did not care about me. Life was a spiral of nightmarish service, and absolute resentment for the Los Angeles dining experience. I had multiple attempts because of the life I was living, the services I was being provided. This all changed when Bridger was my server yesterday at the Bacari PDR, on June 20th 2026. A god give day I will never forget. His graceful and swift movements, his keen attention to detail, and his genuine interest in me as a customer shined through the dark clouds of ill service plaguing our city. Bridger was the most extraordinary service worker I've ever met in my life, and because of this I have new reason to live. For this, I want to say thank you Bridger, and thank you Bacari PDR for scouting such a gem as Bridger. Praise god, praise Bacari, and praise Bridger.
